My concern was handled with a complete exam, explained easy to understand what the care plan was. The pharmacy quickly filled the script and I was able to get on my way to enjoy the rest of the day. The store itself though (retail side) had very high prices and looked inviting. Did not see one staff member of the retail floor and the floor was unkept with freight all over the aisles making it so you had to navigate around totes that were not being used CVS clearly has a long ways to go when making the retail side better but from the health side they are on the right track.

The deli is full of delicious looking items. The friendly and cheerful staff seem to genuinely enjoy their work, which is evident in their helpfulness and positive attitudes. I typically drop by here for emergency food needs (if I forgot my lunch-on-the-go or needed to get something for a group, like candy or chocolate). The hours are really pretty long here, so I opt to go here when other places aren't open yet. There's a pharmacy in the back, and I think they do flu shots at this location. Don't be fooled by the small storefront; the store extends within down the length of the building, and you'll get all the amenities of a normal CVS, from different health and beauty supplies to the pharmacists on call. I do think, as with any convenient store like CVS or Walgreens, you pay slightly more than a big box store. However, there are very few stores like this within walking distance, so the price is justified by its location. Pretty standard store, but the staff have always been polite and the aisles well stocked.

It is impersonal; but what is worse is that it is incredibly more delayed than it was before. The multitasking is not saving anybody any time . This was a horrible change to make, and I hope they aren't thinking of doing this at their other locations.

I had to have jaw surgery and my husband went to pick up my prescriptions two days before, which was a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. The liquid anti-biotic prescribed had to be kept refrigerated and he wasn't told about it, so it got left out went bad (I do admit I should have checked the bag). However, I have also always been told by other pharmacies. I did call on Sunday and there was a number to leave a message for urgent matters, which I did. I figured at the latest I would get a text or call Monday. They never followed up. I would not care too much if it was not something major, but surgery is pretty important. I am not trying to be cruel or hurt their business, but I hope they see this and change how they handle certain things, because it was very badly done, and the last thing I want to worry about right now is chasing down medicine I need that I should have had.

This last time I went it was for my Aunt to pick up some prescriptions for her. Mind you, my aunt is disabled and she isn't able at times to pick them up herself. So, I went to the pharmacy department and told them I was picking up some medicine for my aunt. I gave them her DOB and name. However, the lady there looked very confused and asked why my aunt isn't here to pick up her own medicine. I kindly explained to her that my aunt is disabled, and at times, her disability prevents her for getting her own medicine, so I try my best to help out. Then, the lady at the pharmacy department scoffed and told me to wait to get the medicine. I sat down at the waiting area and waited for about 8 minutes. The lady comes back to the counter, and said that my aunt didn't have any prescriptions on file. I told her that was impossible because I just dropped those prescriptions off for my aunt two days prior. The lady went back to her computer, started typing for about 4 minutes and said that they wouldn't be ready until Sunday. Now.. Why did it take all that time, all that confusion, just for her to say they aren't ready today??anyways, I told the lady that's fine, and I said have a good day, and she didn't say anything back. It's fine, I wasn't upset, but still, I just felt a little disrespected. So, I called my Aunt on the phone, and told her the situation and she told me that she will get it filled this last time at this CVS and she will switch pharmacies because she doesn't want to do business with a particular establishment that disrespect their customers. I would've gave the review 1 star, but since the lady at the front of the store ( not in the pharmacy department) was really kind to me, I didn't want to blame the whole store on just that one person in a single department. Not only do they know a lot of the patients by name but they always know information about them and they're family and they learn this by communicating with them. It's not everyday you come across this type of people who genuinely care about not only just filling someone's prescription and making money off of them but care to know more about the person. Almost everyone that works here knows the patients by name that walk up and make you feel welcomed. This pharmacy is defiantly one to give a chance! The front store staff is just as kind and are willing to help you find anything you need! Store is always organized and clean and I don't have to worry about being neglected as a customer needing assistance.
