I love this store for one it's 24 hrs. The staff are always courteous and friendly and most importantly very helpful. From the quick care to pharmacy and to beauty department , they have always assisted me with all my needs. The beautiful lady in pharmacy helped me out today with some change I didn't have, I don't know her name but it was very sweet of her. Bridget told me about the polish I usually buy that is usually $12-13 bucks,happen to be in clearance as well. We had a great conversation about polishes and nail care. I gave her a few tips on how to properly do the gel application. It was just very nice talking with her. I love this Walgreen :-D read more

3/23/17 approximately 9:00 pm.....my wife and I picked up our photos we ordered online. No one was stationed in the photo dept. The young man at the front of the store told us he will call someone. 20 seconds later Latrell came around the corner ready to help with a smile!!!! Horrible customer service from the pharmacy department. I had my boyfriend pick up my prescription and the pharmacy tech questioned whether or not he was able to afford the price. She told him "you know how much it is right?" which he proceeded to say "yes, it's $56" and she then said "are you sure you can get it?" my boyfriend frustrated at this point just said "yup." He said from the moment he walked to her cashier window she was rude, not friendly and talked down to him. Will not be refilling any prescriptions at this location!! I only discounted one star because the pharmacy is always a joke- no one is ever working there and the lines are ridiculous The rest of the store is amazing! They keep it clean and they carry more high end items than most local Walgreens- even though it's not the closest Walgreens to our house I always come here for the specialty items- like sore throats suckers for kids :) read more

This review is for the Take Care Clinic inside this particular Walgreens location. If 2 1/2 hour waits just to be told we don't treat that sort of issue here is what you want to be told, this is the clinic for you. If you want a nurse practictioner who doesn't read the notes you leave on the check in screen, this is the place for you as well. Health care in Las Vegas already has a less than sterling reputation. Clinics like this one are definitely a contributing factor. I will pay the premium for Urgent Care services and avoid this place like the plague. read more

So far we've have really bad luck with the Walgreens out here, their pharmacy department has been the worst! I've never experienced such bad luck with pharmacies! We started at the one on Arroyo Grande (don't ever go there!) and we switched to this one, I am very new here and barely was seen by a doctor last week and I had about 5 prescriptions I needed filled, of course I knew it was going to take some time so I dropped them off and came back a few days later to pick them up, everything was smooth when it came to pick up except for one of my prescriptions, it wasn't in stock but they never told me until I came to pick up all of my meds and said they needed to order it. I do wish they could have called me and said there was a delay. Other than that my 4 prescriptions were ready, bagged and waiting for me! No issues with my insurance either since I'm new to Nevada! I still have my eyes out on them, I hope and pray their nothing like the Arroyo Grande location! So far so good, I'm sure I will update as I go along on this journey of meds LOL! read more

I have pulled all of my prescriptions from this Walgreens pharmacy. I have been doing business with them for about two years now. Walgreens has demonstrated that their pharmacists can refuse to fill prescriptions based on their moral opinions and disregard the physicians instructions. There are too many options here in the Henderson/Las Vegas area than have to deal with a company that disregards doctors orders. read more

I am a long time Walgreens customer--I always get my medication filled with this pharmacy (though not this particular location). I woke up with a very sore throat and wanted to have a rapid strep test done (I have a lot of exposure to sick children with strep) because I was heading out of the state in a few days for business. I tried to schedule an appointment online for that day, but the only appointment available was in the late afternoon. I saw that the clinic accepts walk-ins as advertised on the Walgreens website so I thought I would go right when they opened. I understood I would probably have to wait and that was not a problem. When I arrived 10 minutes before the clinic opened there was another customer waiting--fine--I tried to check-in on the kiosk, but it again prompted me to schedule an appointment around 5PM (I was here at 8:50AM and did not want to come back at 5PM). When they opened the practitioner came out and asked what I was waiting for--I told her and she said they do not take walk-ins. I asked why not when they advertise that they do and she said because people may show up for their scheduled appointments and I would have to make an appointment and show up at that time. She then proceeded to take the other customer who was waiting there back even though this person's appointment time was 9:20AM and it was 9AM (so I guess she wasn't going to wait for the person with the 9AM appointment?). I found this to be completely ridiculous! Of course I understand that people with appointments should be seen first and in a timely manner, but I was willing to wait to be seen as a walk-in. Oh well, the lost a customer over this dumb rule. I went to the CVS Minute Clinic down the street and they gladly accepted walk-ins! read more

For a store who filled my prescription with significant shortages on two occasions but thought they filled the entire thing until I called and had them check. The pharmacist and their helpers have become very rude here lately. Horrible experience with the lady at the pharmacy here today acting very rude and judging. This review is based on the pharmacy alone. Poor customer service and they give a damn, especially when changing shifts they say it's not their problem. A prescription for my lil dude who needs ibuprofen, arrive at 1pm, they say to pick up at 4pm, arrive at 5pm just to say it's going to be another 15min wait. Horrible place for kids prescriptions that you need asap. Save yourself the inconvenience and go elsewhere this has happened to me at least three times and I wont be coming back. read more

I called the photo department to ask a few questions and although it took them in a while to answer once he got on the phone he helped me with everything I needed. I went in and use the kiosk to order some prints which was very easy to use. They were done quickly and within good quality also a fair price. It was six dollars for 15 prints done right away. The cashier (older lady with bright pink lipstick) is such a sweetheart. I go there with my daughter and unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the manager. She is not very nice at all. I hate having to go to this store, but its the closest one to where I live. I hope she can change her unpleasant attitude. DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY! AWFUL trying to get through on the phone. They continuously put you on hold (without allowing you to speak) and if it goes long enough (past 20 min) it will hang up and you get to start the process all over again. This Walgreens is located in a very nice neighborhood (medium house prices are higher than in most other areas of Henderson/Las Vegas) with a well-maintained doctor office park behind it, yet when you drive into the parking lot of this store, there is trash around the outside - HORRIBLE first impression. Also, need to powerwash the sidewalk (entry way) - gum spots everywhere. The manager needs to make keeping the premises clean a priority. Walking in is not much better - dirty floors eveywhere. Pharmacy is super slow and the staff needs to look more like they enjoy their jobs...even if the don't - just smile for God's sake. My neighbors drive further out to the Walgreens on W. Horizon Ridge just to avoid the uncleanness and unpleasant staff of this store. Management, please train your employees to smile, be more poised, and get your location cleaned! read more

This has been my Walgreens since I moved to Vegas in 1990. In my 46 years I've never received such HORRIBLE customer service. My 81 year old mother went to pick up a poster she had made for me for Mother's Day, and was assisted by Diana. Diana gave my mother the wrong order, even though my mom insisted several times that she could not have the right one as she had not paid for it yet. Diana was extremely rude, did not listen to my mother, and gave her the wrong order anyways. When my mother drove all the way home and opened the poster, she realized that in fact she had been given the incorrect order. I returned to Walgreens and was assisted by Diana again. Diana did not apologize once, grabbed the poster and spent about 10 minutes rolling it, without speaking to me once nor apologizing. She then yelled for me to give her the receipt which I did not have. I told her that she had given my mom the wrong order and that I had to pay for the right one. She did not say one word to me, looked extremely irritated, and once again did not apologize. I honestly cannot believe that a person that works for customer service could show such disregard, lack of care, discourtesy, and horrendous service. I'm completely speechless! read more

If I could give this store a zero rating, I would. I have just experienced the final straw. I went to pick up an Rx and they refused to fill as ordered. This is after I had waited four days for this medication to be "in stock," just constantly getting the updated, "ready tomorrow." As a nurse, I know many things about medications, not all, however, this medication is common and well known. They argued with me about the medication expiring in 28 days versus 14 days and would only give me the one insulin pen saying it was for the month, however, their insert itself says to discard medication 14 days after opening. After not filling the full Rx, they also refused to reprint the label and insert which states 3 pens were given. The rep is upset, my doctor is upset, I'm beyond upset. This place stinks! They are always, always running late. Tell me to come back in an hour, when I do they say come back in 30 mins. For my toddlers antibiotics while he screams in pain from an ear infection. They have sent me home with unmixed, dry penicillin powder. When I called, they asked if I had a measuring cup so I could mix it myself. WTF? Then they said I could come in and wait another hour until they mixed a fresh one. I was livid. I insisted they had my replacement ready immediately, & then magically, they had it ready. I have been sitting unacknowledged in the drive thru window for 15 min at 12:45 on a Monday. This review is for the The pharmacy employee Stephanie and the manager Nina. I went here after two other pharmacies to get a prescription filled and I walked up told Stephanie that I wanted to fill a prescription she took the paper walked over to the computer and the went over to the manager Nina and they did some whisper and the manager looked at me and gave her a nod and she walk back there for 2 seconds and came back handed my paper and said we aren't in stock. I walked off then thought about it and said wait a min where is your manager. Nina came and she said come to this other window, she said what is it. I ask her I came to fill a prescription and even if you guys didn't have it in stock right now Stephanie didn't even ask me if I wanted to drop it off and have to wait and give me a wait time she didn't even asked to see my ID it seemed that she had attitude. Nina proceeded to say didn't she tell you we didn't have it in stock I said yes I understand that but that's not what the issue is . The issue is that you were supposed to take my prescription and tell me how long the wait may be and if I want to leave it I have that choice and I didn't even get that option. Which was shady like I seemed like a druggy or something . Nina told me that I was going to need to fill out some paperwork and I was going to have to wait and I replied I don't mind waiting if it's my prescription I need to fill out paperwork that I am more than willing to stay and wait and she seemed like she only said that so that I would not want to do it anymore. And once I told her I don't mind she walked off came back and said if someone calls you and it's a person then there's the issue and we won't be able to fill it if you receive a text message then your order will be available to be picked up I asked when where I know that everything is OK and that you guys are maybe waiting for restock and she proceeds to say when I finish filling out my paperwork in 24hr I said I thought that you wanted me to do the paperwork she said oh no. I honestly think that we're being very stereotypical and had horrible customer service. read more

I visited the clinic twice. The first time was on 9/15/2015, the second time was on 9/22/2015. The first time I picked up my medication from walgreens they messed up with my address. The second time when I picked up my medication from walgreens I already showed them my patient plan for 9/22/2015 but they gave me the wrong medication. They gave me the medication prescribed on 9/15/2015 instead of 9/22/1015. Are you guys trying to kill me? Do you guys have measly ounce of sense of responsibility? This Walgreens pharmacy is super convenient when getting my prescriptions. They don't make me wait so long to receive my prescriptions.

now Walgreens offers FedEx. I get so many shipments delivered to my house. the delivery is always during the day when I'm not home so if I have signed delivery I have to go all the way to the main FedEx office to pick up my packages. this Walgreens is one block from my house. I can now at my convenience up to 11 at night come and pick up my FedEx packages. I do not like FedEx leaving packages on my porch because I've had a lot of theft and signed delivery doesn't work for me because I'm never home when they come by to deliver my package. this new FedEx things that they're doing is great and again they're open until 11 at night most nights. read more

In regards to the pharmacy and clinic: the worst customer service ever. They were able to do a blood pressure reading for my husband a few weeks ago, but then told me I needed to a grocery store because no one can do it..... Then, he sends me over to the clinic where they wanted to charge $99. First, I was told my the cashier that they don't do it there period. Then, after signing in, I ask why would I pay $99 to have my blood pressure taken, when I could just buy the machine. Then, the lady at the clinic says exactly. Exactly what!?! Why didn't you just make that suggestion in the first place instead of me having to fish for information. OMG!!! These are the very least helpful people I've ever encountered. I would give ZERO if I could. Went in for flu shots. Was told to wait 15 min. So 25 minutes later when a group of people, not just one person, but approx 4 or more, had just walked in and up to counter were walked right in to get their flu shot, we asked what happened. We were told there were two separate things we had to do since one of my daughters was a specific age and my other daughter was a little older. Why didn't the woman at the counter say anything to us? Then we were told they didn't know how long the wait would be now to get in. This was so unprofessional and not one person we spoke with seemed to give a rats a*s about the miscommunication we were given. Someone in a leadership position needs to know how this location handled this situation and the level of bad service these employees provided. read more

This Walgreens is the closest to my house. It has a normal selection and it's major positive is that it has a 24-hour pharmacy. The major con is that I've often had to wait 15-20 minutes to pick up a prescription that I've called in hours ago, and sometimes the prescription is not ready. It's the most convenient location to me, but I think the service levels could be higher. read more

I have shopped here for years and have always had great experiences. The pharmacy is great, and had never had any problems overall. Tonight, a shift leader on a power trip was extremely rude to me and my wife. It was the first time I'd seen this woman in this store, and I'm in here at least once a week. I'll be taking my business to a different location. There are many options within a couple of miles! I won't deal with rude customer service when I'm on my own time! I have been using this Walgreens for about 6 years and I continually tell myself never to go back. But unfortunately my prescriptions get called into this store and it's literally 3 blocks away from my home. My doctors office even made a comment about hating to deal with this particular store!! To make a long story short most of the employees have bad attitudes and look like they hate their jobs. They constantly either screw up your prescriptions or give you the story their system is down or updating so they can't process your prescription. The lines are usually 10 to 15 deep and the drive thru is backed up 6 to 8 cars most of the day. Do yourself a favor find another pharmacy to use! Today I was sick and needed to go to the Walgreens clinic that I was recommended to go to. When I walked in, there were probably about 8 people sitting or standing around waiting. This was my first visit ever to a Walgreens clinic. I asked a random woman waiting at the desk if I should sign in on a computer screen and she nodded yes so I proceeded to type my information into this little computer. I'm on page four of five when one of the employees/nurse/doctor comes out and asks me if I'm signing in for an appointment. I said yes I'm almost finished with this. She then tells me that there's about four people left until they take their lunch break. Yet she refrains from telling me what to do then or when to come back or if I should make an appointment. So I asked her if I should continue entering my information and she said yes and then walked away. So I enter my information but she does not look my way again and continues working. I'm glad she had the time to treat the people that were there, but for my first visit ever I really was taken aback that she didn't even tell me what I should do in this instance or if I am wasting my time putting my info in the computer if I am just coming back later after lunch. It was a small environment with people huddled in the corner of the Walgreens that had the clinic. She clearly did not want me there or take the time to sound like she cared so I will not be back. I went down the road to Legacy Urgent Care where even with filling out new patient paperwork I was in and out in 30 minutes. And the doctor and nurses were very nice and accommodating. read more

I was trying to use 1.00 off with my balance rewards, and she rudely stated " do you have a coupon " it's not showing up! I said " no it's on my account".
