I have been in retail for over 35 years and know she has a contact when something goes wrong. I tried coming here to get my meds a few minutes before closing cause I was running late. The workers said "I'll be with you in a minute." They then proceeded to wait until the pharmacy was closed and told me to leave saying that their pharmacist is not there. I went in to have a covid and flu test. Paige the pharmacist was excellent at doing her job and took care of everything. It was very easy to get it done. I am glad to say that the results for both came back negative. Paige was honest, Kind, knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, personal, patient and care about the customer which I am glad I am one of them. read more

This is the closest to my home, and the store staff members are very friendly, I can't say so for the pharmacy side, they are very slow and the waiting period for prescriptions is very long. The overall store is clean and well kept, you can find everything you need in its right place. I recommend if you're in a rush to get your prescription filled allow some time because you'll have to wait. Overall I give 3 stars read more

The local Walgreens store had a USB-C cable normally priced at $39.99 with a sale tag on the shelf showing a price of $14.99. The item was in a locked cabinet so it was obvious that a store employee was responsible for the tag. When checking out, the sale price was not honored. Both the store manager and her supervisor insisted that the tag was a mistake and Walgreens would not sell the item at the tag's price. I have seen this before with Walgreens where they do a bait & switch. Also, why does the store manager have a supervisor on-site? One star, because zero stars is not an option. Perpetually understaffed (I assume). Regularly awful service. I guarantee it. I have pleaded with my fiancé to get her script filled elsewhere. Unfortunately, her insurance limits our options. American health care. Chefs kiss. Alas, I come to this Walgreens, because the guaranteed 15-25 minute wait in the drive through (TO SIMPLY PICK UP A FILLED PRESCRIPTION) is shorter than the added time it would take me to go to another Walgreens on the way home from work. Considering going inside to pick up? Forget about it. A pharmacy technician will try to tell you to come inside, do not do this, it is a trap. There is a line there also. They cannot balance the workload between the desk and drive through so they consistently ignore you or tell you to come inside and get in line. Mobility issues? They aren't concerned. Kick rocks pal. They are overwhelmed, I don't take it personally. I get it. Again, it appears they are perpetually understaffed. This is clearly a management issue. When you pull up, expect to be ignored. They will not greet you. In fact, they will avoid eye contact with you. I have never once made eye contact with a pharmacist there, only with the techs when they finally get around to helping you. They all seem mentally crushed. Honestly a zero star experience consistently. Recommended for your enemies. Don't send anyone you care about to this pharmacy unless absolutely necessary. Can I leave less than one star? They made me feel invisible, so they should in return get invisible stars that equate to 0 or less. When I went to check out, I was asked twice to swipe a gift card myself that was issued at this store. It didn't work. The shift leader, who the employee I was dealing with called his manager came over and offered no help at all. I asked if she could type in the card number and she said "no". I told her I would call corporate to get assistance. Those were the last words anyone has spoken to me. I've been standing in the front of a basically empty store now for going on an hour and a half on hold with corporate. Whether my gift card can be used or not at this point is somewhat irrelevant. More than an hour wait time on hold is ridiculous, and totally being ignored and offered no help in the store is not atrocious. You've let me down, Walgreens. read more

If I had a choice to give zero to this pharmacy , I would . I am writing this review as a pharmacist who knows the work flow for the store. Store has two pharmacist and two techs that they are all ignoring me as a patient . I have been promised to get my medication in 15 min and I have been sitting here in drive true for past 25 min being ignored by them all and after I had to ring their service call 2-3 times , their techs comes to me and says their system is down while I was watching them four laugh and talk this whole time . I am still waiting on them in the car and they are just ignoring me as I'm writing this review . Very unprofessional. The pharmacist didn't even bother to come to the window to respond to my calls and concern . The two pharmacist here on charge are Anne H and Paul P. With two Technicians. The pharmacy should have 0 stars. My 86 year old uncle ran out of his meds. We tried to call and on hold for over an hour. (1 hour and 37 minutes). Eventually we drove to the pharmacy and showed them the call that was still on hold- an hour and 37 minutes later. We got there just before closing and the staff was embarrassed enough to provide 4 pills because they wouldn't answer the phone. It's a shame to have such poor customer service. read more

This is by far the worst customer service experience. Communication is extremely poor, or rather non existent. Too many times I've been there (and it's not convenient I'm about 10 miles south in 270). Into there when i get a text update that my meds are ready. Too many times I'd get the update and I'd go all the way there only to be told it's not ready yet, come back at 3. I go back at 3, they tell me they're out. Their phone etiquette is awful and that's if they even pick up at all which is rare. There is one gentleman by the name of Abdul that works there who is the only employee that seems to care and knows what he's doing. He's always worked well with me. End result, i have finally after many years, changed pharmacies. Simply because when I suggested it, the pharmacist said "that's fine" and didn't seem to want to save a customer that gets 12 plus prescriptions monthly. I hope for the sake of the customers that need their meds, this Walgreens gets their act together, however, in me, they have lost a customer. Used to be a solid 3.5 star pharmacy- not great, but then, none are. At least you could get your prescription filled. Now? No. The last 3 times I've been there the same tech comes to the window and tells me in a low voice- which is inaudible, so I have to ask her to repeat at least 3x and I'm nowhere near deaf - that my insurance either (a) won't cover my Rx, or (b) won't allow a refill yet. I have to point out that I don't ask for early refills because I know they aren't allowed by law to do that, and her computer clearly tells her that I'm due; if (a), then I tell her that my insurance does cover my meds. She always looks annoyed or bored, leaves the mic, does nothing that i can see, then comes back. Tells me "no, your insurance doesn't -" at which point I ask, "How much is it? $44? OK, I don't care, I'll pay for it and talk to my insurance later." She will then look surprised and ring it up; when I look at the bag, the printout clearly says, "Your insurance saved you X dollars!" If (b), I then become trapped in a 2-day loop of calling my doctor and asking for the Rx to be sent (with my Dr responding that they already sent it days ago), and I have to explain that the pharmacy says there's no refill on file; doctor's office says, "Fine, we'll re-send it." Then I call the pharmacy to be sure they got it. They deny it. I demand to speak to the actual pharmacist and, "OH THERE IT is! Yep, we'll get that for you today." Whereupon I start the drive-thru dance again. The same tech also tells me, 9x out of 10, to please come inside. I tell her I can't stand up for more than 5 minutes without literally falling down, do they want that liability? Then I get the bored/annoyed look again. Every other tech has been friendly and helpful. This charisma-school dropout apparently also failed basic reading and comprehension. I am up ranting this at nearly 2am because a week ago when I was there, one of the meds she said wasn't covered (or was out of refills, who can remember since we were talking about several prescriptions for the family) - was NOT in the bag that I eventually received after tough negotiations (i.e., repeating myself half a dozen times). I hadn't noticed its absence in the circus of getting everyone's business straight bc it was one of *my* medications. Unfortunately, this is a med that has rough side effects if stopped suddenly. I'd been wondering all week what kind of bug I had that made me violently ill and dizzy, but with no fever or other symptoms - til it hit me that I was missing that medication. I have been vomiting my guts out ALL WEEK after every commute to and from work because this uncooperative creature finds it easier to lie to a customer than to y'know, do her job. I am so far BEYOND furious I can't even express it. I have been less of myself for every part of my life from being so ill - because SHE WON'T READ. I am tired of doing this fucking dance every time I have to go to this store. I try to time everything so I make just one trip a month and I STILL dread that one interaction that I know will leave me with elevated blood pressure and impotent rage. For the love of all that is holy, Walgreens, get this pharmacy's act together. A pharmacy is literally what you ARE. The store is just a cash grab, and it doesn't distract from the fact that your woefully understaffed pharmacy is struggling. You've got ONE GIG and you're messing it up. read more

If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I would. Day 1: I dropped off a refill prescription at the drive thru. Pill bottle and contact info. Employee "A" seemed annoyed to take my pill bottle--no customer service skills. She said I'd receive a text notification when it's ready for pickup. Day 2: no text received so I went to the pharmacy in person. Person at pickup counter (Employee "B") said there was no record of my request. When I said I'd dropped off the pill bottle yesterday she scrunched face and said well it's not in the system. Employee "A" from Day 1 showed up and pulled the pill bottle out of a box. It was just sitting there and nobody took action. Employee "C" came over and said I'll just call the number on bottle now to transfer. I waited while people joked around, interacted with other store employees, and just generally did everything but actually work. One person was working while 4 or 5 goofed off and sneered at customers. At some point they laughed about the automated voice system required to transfer my prescription. The woman ahead of me in line was treated the same so I kinda knew what to expect, but still. Too many people getting paid to make customers feel unwelcome. Zero problem solving. The one person actually working gave me a 5 day supply of medication so I didn't have to wait while they completed the prescription transfer. *Day 7 - STILL NO PRESCRIPTION. No call or text. Nothing. Obviously I chose to go somewhere else. This pharmacy should be overhauled and 4 out of 5 staff replaced. If you have zero customer service skills find somewhere to work that doesn't require them. Totally incompetent staff, no problem solving/follow thru, and bad attitude are reasons why I give this store zero stars. read more

If I could do zero stars I would 100% do so. Please Owners (or someone above management read this). I deposit money every single week at least one time to my Varo bank card. I just had the most frustrating experience THIS TIME dealing with your very incompetent employees. The first person I had, it was clearly her first day or maybe week, so I'll cut her some slack. She has never done this, so they call a manager up from the back who takes a good ten mins to come and also about 3 calls over the intercom before another employee had to physically go get her. Finally she comes loli gagging up there and tells me (after trying 2 or 3 times to add cash to my card) that she can't do it And is getting error messages due to my card. She doesn't even think they accept Varo (even though I do this all the time at this exact location. Plz Look up security footage of it if you don't believe me ). So after going back and forth with her I hear her mention they do it for cashapp. Perfect I have my cashapp card with me as well. Let's do that. Nope she can't do that either. She claims she's getting an error message and it's my fault due to both of my cards not working. So I guess mine are the only cards on the planet who don't work. Highly unlikely. So I leave frustrated beyond belief that I now have to go to another place to add cash to my card. I check my Varo account and it says it's been locked because of someone trying to CHARGE my card several times and it being declined( they were never adding money like I went in there to do but instead trying to charge me). So that account is locked where I can't use it at the next location. But I go down the street to 711 and immediately have NO ISSUES adding money to my cashapp card (which your "manager" could not do). Plz Walgreens, plz, I beg you......find some competent employees who know how to work a cash register and know how to do the simple tasks you have advertised your store to be able to provide. I will never go back to that Walgreens and discourage anyone who suggests going there to go elsewhere. Your "manager" ( and I know that can't be the main one because I've seen other managers do this for me before) should be terminated OR go through a thorough training session because she can not even work your cash register. I guess that Walgreens has literally ZERO qualifications for working there. Thank you for absolutely nothing. Fire everyone in there today (10/13) because there all completely useless IMO.
