    Extremely poor customer service. Their website claims that they honor returns for online products in the store. The manager at the Pike and Rose location confirmed this but the staff at this location protested our need to return online orders. They say they can only take online returns by calling the online department who continuously hang up on the store.

    I've never visited a Bluemercury store before, but from what I had seen online (from when I found out a location would open at the Rio) I was excited to have a fancy beauty boutique specializing in luxurious products so close to work. Bluemercury is the perfect place to shop for yourself (make-up like NARS, Laura Mercier, Ahava, Le Mer) or for family and friends. The store is neat and well-stocked. Mini makeovers happening this Saturday!

    Clean and organized store. Never very crowded. Staff is knowledgeable and freely gives out samples!

    Sunday hours open at 11:00. Went at 11:10, and it wasn't open. Killed time for more than 20 minutes, and it was still not open after 11:30.

I've been going…read moreconsistently every 4-6 weeks except when there was a very stressful time in my life (with work) where I was so busy and had a two or three month gap from visiting Irina and my skin became soo bad! From the stress and also from me not taking good care of myself and following the skin routine Irina always reminds me to do. This was right before my wedding too so having all my acne come back added to the stress. I also developed a lot of back acne and my wedding dress was strapless. I texted Irina about my back before I had my scheduled appointment and Irina was able to move my appointment earlier so then she could spend more time on me and fix my back. Irina helped me do a lot of extractions and also told me how to best care in the next week leading up to the wedding. By the time the wedding came, my acne was cleared with minor areas where it was a lot easier to manage. I can't thank her enough! I now know I must keep with the schedule and visit Irina every 4-6 weeks, not only does she help me clear up my skin but also as a constant reminder to take care of myself. She never pushes products on me but I've fully bought in and listen to whatever she tells me I need as I have my full trust in her. Not only was it dry due to the weather changes, but it looked dull and what I can only describe as "gray." Basically, not cute. The website laid out what services were offered and how each helped the skin, even combining some of them into the Ella Ultimate Treatment package, which is what I opted for since it was my first facial and what not. Went full on out. Location and ambiance: located by the new One Life Fitness on the second floor of Sola Salon Studios, where there are a ton of different businesses under one roof. I saw hair, makeup, etc. The room was the perfect size, very clean and organized. Backlit with a calming purple hue, plus acoustic music playing in the background Service: Taylor was my esthetician and she was really warm and welcoming. After filling out some forms, we jumped right in, talking through what was happening during each step since I was pretty unfamiliar with it all I left with my skin feeling the softest it has in years and very glowy and dewy - exactly what I was hoping for. It's only been a few days, so I'm curious to see how long the results last, combined with my new knowledge of what my skin needs (she emphasized hydration and exfoliation). Looking forward to returning for maintenance. Small suggestions for improvement: I wish there was a way to fill out the intake form online. I did it when I first arrived and we didn't deeply discuss the form or my skin concerns before diving in. It would also be helpful to give patients a resource for when they leave. For a noob like me, there was a lot of terminology and products and suggestions, so it was a little hard to wrap my mind around.
