Half the store is devoted to women and half the store is filled with men's colognes. I think you need to have a perfume in mind when you are shopping and I am still in the decision making process. But, it doesn't take rocket science to take a few people off the sales floor and put them behind on a cash register. That being said, I had a lovely cashier wait on me. She did not greet me, barely made eye contact, and responded with an attitude whenever I had a question. Her overall demeanor came across as very unprofessional and unwelcoming. When she handed me my bag, she didn't say anything or acknowledge me at all. We come to places like Sephora to relax, treat ourselves, and enjoy the experience of shopping. The least we should receive is basic courtesy and respect from the person assisting us. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customer service and professionalism still matter.
