The last time I went, they imposed an extra $40 charge for manual extractions which was previously included with the service. This was not communicated prior and it almost seemed intentional - they asked what services I was looking forward to and waited until I was undressed and on the spa bed before communicating that the specific service I mentioned is an extra charge. It seems like the extra charge makes up for the difference between booking the service directly versus your ClassPass credits converted into dollars... facial was great but just beware of the extra charges going into it.
