I always go here, as I live right down the street. Normally, the employees are very helpful and nice. But this morning, I was just making SMALL TALK with the front cashier lady as I was waiting for her to run me up, and she felt to need to respond VERY rudely. I come in there like 4 times a week, and she was that rude? Not going to lie, I'm thinking I may not return to this location because of her poor attitude. Maybe she's just having a bad morning, but that just uncalled for. But otherwise, the other staff are great. read more

The previous reviews here are spot on. I've been a return customer here for quite some time now, if only for the fact that it's one of the closer drug stores to my residence. On previous trips, my wife and I have endured teenage-like attitudes from the pharmacy center. Today, however, we went in to purchase a couple of gift cards, and ended up with a disrespectful cashier. We did not catch the employee's name, but he was an older (50's-60's) Caucasian male with glasses, working the register closest to the exit doors. His lack of professionalism and respect left us undeniably speechless, and we ended up walking out without purchasing our items. As two former retail employees ourselves, we NEVER treated customers the way the employees at this location approach their customers; If we had, we would've been fired. Whoever manages this location needs a serious reality check -- Hit the "restart" button, and start over -- This place is a dumpster fire. read more

I remember commercials for Walgreens which said that they were located at the "corner of Health and Happy". This location is at the corner of Crooked and Crappy. I submitted a refill for a prescription through GoodRX as it would be way more expensive to go through my insurance. They filled it going through my insurance anyway. I was waiting at the pharmacy for this to be filled and they didn't say a word to me about it. I had driven home before I noticed that I had received a quantity of 6 instead of 20 as my prescription was written for. I called the location in which the Pharmacist told me that she could not legally fill my prescription for that quantity. THAT WAS A FLAT OUT LIE! They can fill a 90 day supply for this prescription, just as they have done in the past. Why sell a quantity of 20 for over $70.00 when they can sell 6 for the same amount and lie to you about it being against the law. I went back, returned my prescription and took it to another pharmacy where it was filled without any issues. I will never set foot in this place again! I had a complicated situation involving a transfer/ exchange with another Walgreens pharmacy and they handled it really well. Not sure if the reviews here are a good reflection of this pharmacy as I also saw lots of staff, smiling faces, and many customers going through the drive through and picking up inside the store with what seemed like no issues. read more

I stopped by tonight at 6:15 on a Monday night. Only one other person in line. I had not been here before, have 2 prescriptions and being told the wait is only 15 minutes. They have been continuously calling customers names on the PA. So far so good despite the previous reviews. And the young woman at the counter has been very friendly, greeting everyone and thanking them. Update only took 11 minutes and our the door! read more

I wish there was a way to give NO STARS!!! Has anyone had a good experience at this pharmacy?? Every time I come here it is aggravating. How do we reach the regional managers and complain about the lack of Customer Service at this location? My doctor called my three prescriptions in at 4pm. My wife drove through at 6:30pm and was told they were not ready and they said they would text me when they were ready. At 7:30pm I received a text that they were ready. I get to the drive through at 7:45pm. Three cars are in the double drive, I pull in the lane that has one car. I watch the drive through pharmacy technician mix several prescriptions at the window for the front car of the two car lane. This took until 8:05pm. I am not sure why that wasn't done by another technician while he helped another car in the drive though, but I guess that's just me thinking efficiently. He then helps the car in front of me and then the second car in the two car lane. By now there are other people behind us both. Then he gets to me and I tell him I have three prescriptions to pick up. He tells me only one is ready and it will be 20 minutes more for the other two please pull around. I look at my clock and it is 8:20pm, 4 hours and 20 minutes after they were called in and 35 minutes after I got in line. I told him I would wait for them he told me I would need to pull around I told him I'm not going anywhere I watched you deal with a Customer for 20 minutes there is no reason why I cannot wait for them to fill my prescriptions that were supposed to already be ready. Some lady gets on the mike and tells me that if I refuse to pull around they are going to call the police. So I pull around and now I am behind three cars. I look at my email on my phone and at 8:25 I received an email that my other two prescriptions were ready. In other words as I was driving around the building they finished the other two scripts. SMH. SO REALLY I HAD TO DRIVE AROUND???????? I will never go there again!!! read more

Im currently writing this while waitting in the drive through line for over an hour and i only had one car in front of me the whole time and now that i am at the window the prescription isnt ready and was told to wait an additional 20 mins when they said they would be ready over an hour ago! Worst walgreens ever. I will now stop shopping at walgreens forever because of this experience and will make sure others know as well what they are getting into trying to pick up prescriptions here. I have been coming to this Walgreens for years and have never had bad service, everyone is always nice and friendly. I just want to share my last experience here. I ordered 2 of my senior boys their graduation announcements online and went to pick them up, they turned out ok but 1 of the 2 was missing a few words so I tried to return them, the gentleman working behind the photo counter said without my receipt they really couldn't return them for a refund but if I re-order online they would give me my money back (understandable)...I placed another order with announcements that had pictures on them and Rony the manager was so prompt and helpful, he was super nice and made it so hassle free! read more

Steven at the pharmacy drive through is THE MAN! However, this pharmacy is understaffed (by their own admission) on a pretty regular basis and on at least one occasion they gave me a pill that was 2X the dose it was supposed to be, mixed in with the rest of the prescription. Please staff your pharmacy properly, you have a couple of great folks there but they need support. The drive through should not take 20-30 minutes per car. Ever. read more

Dung, a MANAGER, was so rude to my father and I at the Photo Center. He completely dismissed our order of sixty prints after feebly looking (and our order WAS there), when he told us it wasn't there, and claimed we never ordered them. He said to reorder them, which would have charged us again, to which he said they wouldn't. After having to point to him where are order was, sitting right behind him, he refused to admit that he actually had our order, and said that we gave him the wrong number, and that's why he couldn't "find" it. read more

Needs to hire more staff. It's a constant problem. I have had issues with orders and no one can find a fax from my doctor.
