This is a rating about the pharmacy ONLY. I went in for a flu shot and it was very busy, I was helped by a tall black guy who I'm guessing is in his early 20s. He was very kind and helpful & reminded the person administering the shots that I was waiting for a shot. As I was waiting I noticed how almost every customer that came up he seemed to remember their last name from previous visits and I am a fan of that. The only reason I am rating this pharmacy 4 stars is because it took a little while for the lady who gave the shots to come out and give them to me. It wasn't a long wait considering how busy they were so I am not upset about it but for anyone looking to get a flu shot here just plan a few extra minutes. read more

Always an annoying experience when I come here. It seems like a lot of the older people working don't really have it together - I always have an issue. The manager, Eric, was also not helpful and had an attitude. Didn't resolve or really talk to me about the issue just talked at me as he walked and kept walking lol. Who does that? He talked at me walking towards me, didn't stop just kept walking & talking and exited the store. Didn't help me or his employees. Pertains to the pharmacy: please read until the end :) or at least skim. Pharmacist told me I had no refills on my medication, the app and my doctor told me otherwise. Tried to show it to him and he wouldn't look just told me that it was "old and out of date and needed refills". The prescription was not a controlled medication and was written 8 months prior. Currently, they are charging $40 out of pocket for a medication I know isn't covered under my insurance but I have gotten at another local family pharmacy for $25. The staff is not trained properly. They do not call you if something is wrong with your prescription and they are not friendly at all. I've been going to Walgreens for years and this is the first store where I am furious at the staff and their lack of care or standards. If you would like to know about a local family pharmacy that just opened up that I am a fan of, please go to Wayback Burger and it's next door. I don't think I can say the name of it because I'm not here to advertise it and I don't want to get in trouble. Family and local pharmacies should be saved in the community. This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever had dealings with. The staff always gives you the sense that you are bothering them. They never ask for your card and when you tell them you want credit you almost get the deep sigh. This morning I sat at the drive thru window over 10 minutes having pushed the call button. Walgreens is known for filling pet prescriptions so long as the same drug is available for humans. I was just told that they would not fill my dog's Flagyl. A drug often used to treat GI problems in humans. Ridiculous. Either the pharmacist doesn't know their corporate policy, or doesn't care. read more

Been here for 15 minutes so far in the drive through and was the next person in line. Unfortunately the person in front of me has not been served yet and I'm still waiting. I'm not sure what takes them so long but I've been to just about every pharmacy in this area and have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and that's with a long line of people. The pharmacy department needs to be either closed or reevaluated! The lines inside and in the drive-thru are LONG....bring a book...like War and Peace. It is always something with this store. I get a text AND email confirmation that my prescription is ready. I called to confirm that the prescription was in...they said yes. They confirmed my prescription pick up for today for 90 tablets. I then go through the drive-thru and he says "90 tablets, your total is $200." I pay $200 cash and I GET HOME TO FIND THEY GAVE ME 5 pills for the $200. The rest are on back order! Are you frickin' kidding me?? They say that they'll let me know when they get the rest, probably Monday. I complained and Emily said, that is how they do it and it works for them. I'm sure it does! ***At the corner of pissed off and waiting longer*** Had toddler antibiotic e-scribed at 11am. Went to pick up 5:20PM and was told it wasn't ready. Coming from a pharmacy background...I know it doesn't take long to dispense ML's from machine and shake suspension. I overheard them say I sent the label to the back which means they never released the script to be filled until I arrived. Now they want me to sit for over 40 minutes while my toddler is at home with fever waiting on my return with IBU. read more

I transferred my husband's prescription over from CVS to Walgreens. Walgreens had the prescription ready, but said they didn't transfer the insurance information over. My husband went to pharmacy and didn't have prescription insurance information with him. They were not helping him with this situation, and kept insisting that he either needs to wait to pick up the prescription the next day so they can get insurance information from CVS transferred over, or pay cash of approximately $120. I used to be a pharmacy technician for 6 years at Target. I know that they could have done better to help him. They could have called 24 hour CVS nearby and get insurance information over instead of calling the one that was closed. All same corporate pharmacy companies share data base, and any CVS could have pulled his insurance information. They also could have assisted him with finding coupon - which is what I use to do all the time for customers who had high copay due to not having insurance. In the end, I did a quick search online and found a coupon code. I gave the coupon information to the pharmacy staff over the phone and brought the price down from $120 to $12. This is a terrible customer service of this pharmacy. They should be helping customers who don't know or who don't have information about how insurance, billing, and pharmacy work. They cannot assume all customers understand how these processes work and must explain in common language to their customers. In the a pharmacy's customers are their patients. In this incident, this pharmacy completely lacked patient advocacy. read more

The beauty advisor chased me out of the store because I didn't have a bag and my daughter (1yr old) was holding a box of lashes and she assumed I didn't pay for them. I tried calling back after speaking to this "pharmacist." They kept putting my call on hold because they probably don't know what to do or know what their doing. Stay away from this pharmacy! I waited 50 minutes to find out if they had mercury free flu vaccines. I'm pregnant and my doctor recomended it. I asked a total of 4 times. The last time I asked the young girl helping walked to the pharmacist and they both laughed. HORRIBLE PHARMACIST. Always an issue every time. This pharmacy accidentally gave MY prescription to SOMEONE ELSE. I pulled through drive thru an hour after dropping off my updated insurance and when I came back to pick up my medication they had told me it had already been checked out by someone else!! They wouldn't admit they messed up untill I threatened taking legal action for the administration of medication to the wrong person. They also keep switching the brand of my medication with our telling me or asking me first! So I keep getting continuous side effects. read more

Absolutely the worst experience with the 24 hour pharmacy! They don't check their voicemail for newly called in prescriptions, despite the customer's requests. This location is highly understaffed, very slow, and incompetent. Most of the staff members can't even read your insurance card correctly. I will definitely not be returning. Lady in photo wouldn't print off four pictures for me when she did it for the guy in front me in line before our times were ready for pickup. I wasted 35 minutes waiting to load pictures and get them printed for her to not do simple task that I know she is capable of doing when this is done every other time I try to print pictures off.
