The pharmacy here was slow before now they added a kiosk system that makes it twice as slow. This will be my last visit. They suck.

Terrible on every level. Had 3 photo orders there in the last few months. They've screwed up all. It's not rocket science to print photos from a machine yet it's a major struggle bus for these people. They always have excuses, can't seem to count, can't manage to look at the order to see if it's correct. Just shrug their shoulders then they get mad when you point out the order is incorrect. The staff is a dumpster fire and rude to customers. Multiple times experienced rude idgaf behavior from them but I've also witnessed it as well with other customers getting the brunt of their teenage angst. They even say rude comments out loud where customers can hear. Kind of amazed the store hasn't canned some of these people. There is one good dude. The guy who works the front in gray shirt, maybe manager or lead? He's nice and has his sh@t together but he's the only one. Feel bad he has to put up with the people who work in that place. Don't go to this store. You'll regret it if you do. Save a trip and drive the extra few miles to a CVS. Or really anywhere else. read more

We have used the pharmacy for the past 5 years and in the last several months it has steadily declined. We will no longer be using this pharmacy. Relieved I got my Covid booster here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for fast service. I ran late but they still got me checked in. The lady upfront was patient and helpful. Friendly pharmacist, Steven, came out within minutes, was clean and professional giving me the shot - done! The process was the complete opposite from when I took my mom to her appt at competitor, CVS, which was chaotic and over an hour behind. read more

Bad business, Bad company, Bad work experience, Everything's miserable there including the manager that runs the store. She read my girlfriend's birth control out loud to me that I forgot one night and she found to prove her point that we dated when we worked there even though we didn't. She defended a new worker that never showed up and called in late, when he covered his rear by telling her a lie about how I scared him and she rode with it so that she wouldn't have to deal with a person leaving even though he was a bad person and he blamed me for his call ins. And It made me feel horrible, because I knew I never talked bad to that dude and my own manager basically let him keep working. And the expectations were the same so I left. Reported her unprofessionalism to the brand new district manager and nothing was done.CHECK EXPIRATION DATES because people don't want to work there and I don't blame them. read more

Every aspect of this store is failing. They rarely have prescriptions in stock, they never have photo items in stock, they have lost our photo orders multiple times. Half the time I'm in there another customer is having to yell to find anyone to help. Other Walgreens even complain about how terrible this store is and the stories they have heard. This store was 3 mins from my house but I have suffered too many of their failures that I'd rather drive to either of the further locations than ever step photo in this establishment again. read more

This place has fallen apart. Used to be a reliable pharmacy but they have hired lazy pharmacists and lazy techs. Can't be bothered to help staff. Just want to get paid standing around. My wife received a Covid booster and typical response from the pharmacy manager Duane. He gave her the shot and closed the pharmacy for lunch. What if she had a reaction? His customer service skills are pathetic. Duane, if you hate your job so much go do something else. You are condescending and rude. I guess it is time to move onto a new pharmacy, as HEB is now down the street. when CVS opened years ago, I was told Duane was the best source for new customers. Very poor customer service and very disengaged management. Don't expect to have a problem solvers if you have an issue.

Pros: 1) Didn't have to wait long at all to ask my question. 2) My interaction with the pharmacy tech, who was cordial and helpful. Cons: 1) The main pharmacist on duty is needlessly aggressive and combative. You have to wonder which he hates more - his job or himself. read more

The Walgreens on Main and Teel has one of the WORST pharmacists you will ever come across. His name is Duane. This man is rude, arrogant and has a hateful attitude. I've put with him so many times. He argued with me about my insurance info and when he checked the computer found out he was wrong. Did he apologize? No!!! He just kept on being rude. FYI he doesn't talk to men like this. My husband never has a problem with him. I have changed pharmacies and there's a BIG difference. Nobody should have to put up with Duane!! read more

We needed updated shots for school for our 14 year old (MMR and Meningitis booster) so we SCHEDULED online appointment, as to not miss school time and arrived 5 minutes ahead of scheduled time at 11:05 am. We were not greeted but had to find a window to slowly approach and ask where we check in. There is a big COVID-19 sign but apparently no other health concerns need signs? Anyways, I digress. The woman helping me did not have our appointment even though she acknowledged that there was my phone number listed. After about 45 minutes of waiting (after me kindly asking what time frame we were looking at considering I took him out of school for the vaccine visit) and they told me 5 minutes. I paid and waited and waited. Meanwhile, people walking up to quick grab their refils were helped. Similar stories of unprofessional, unorganized, lost prescriptions and insurance cards were heard over and over as we waited. When the pharmacist was ready, he quietly called out our name, we entered the tiniest room possible. I tried to lighten up the mood and said, "Good morning how are you?" NO RESPONSE, NO EYE CONTACT and he said, "o.k. no questions? pull up your sleeve." I said, "may I see the vaccine to make sure it's the right one?" and he says, "IT'S THE RIGHT ONE." Then he injected the vaccine and said, "wait here for 15 minutes in case there's an emergency". The entire visit was unfriendly, not efficient and definitely never returning. I took my Handicap Daughter to this location she' was afraid of taken the vaccine. Pharmacist Duane was very rude to my daughter and din't give her the vaccine . He needs to find another job where he belongs, you pick the wrong career Mr. It looks like he hate his job the way hi treat people. I will never go back to this place. read more

Pharmacist Duane B was just so annoyed by me being in his store, trying to purchase items behind his counter. I had to greet him, he stared silently waiting for me to tell him what I needed. Not sure what the issue is, but other reviews are right on. As a frequent Walgreens customer in other areas of town, I'm surprised by this cold customer service. 10/10 would not come back. read more

There is always something wrong when I come here. My own doctor got hung up on after rude treatment when they called because this location can't figure out how to read instructions. Has been my primary pharmacy since it opened. The pharmacists and staff have always been courteous and professional.

I can't say enough about how kind the pharmacy staff has been to me. I've used this pharmacy for several years and recommend them highly. I have a serious disease and have had numerous medication changes. They have never made a medication error. As long as I have a choice I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Please note this review is not for the store itself but for the pharmacy. Ive been coming here 7 years and don't know why I continue to punish myself. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff are extremely rude, never a smile, always seem put out. Ive yet to see or visit one time where I was greeted warmly. Even asking questions the main pharmacist shouts at me from the other side of the pharmacy. I won't name names. There are two main pharmacists that have been here a long time. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the pharmacist when I got my flu shot. I even made an appointment on the app.

Very slow. Technicians struggle to find your prescriptions. I've even had issues on refills where the Dr told me they had faxed it but Walgreens claims they never got it. There seems to be a complete lack of service at this location. They don't get in any hurry even if you have been waiting a while. They seem to be very disorganized and slow. read more

The pharmacy at this location does need serious help. Being a 30+ year veteran retailer, I would say this location is one of the worst when it comes to customer care. Example #1: my wife dropped off a pain scrip at 3:00PM and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Not feeling well she left. I went by at 4:30 and was told 10-15 minutes all the while my wife was in pain. Example #2: I handed in a scrip on a Friday and it wasn't until Monday did I find out there was an authorization needed from insurance. I received the text service but when following the prompts/options, I did not need to call in. I called anyway and had to FULLY facilitate the conversation between the pharmacy, doctor and insurance company. Good thing I called or like my wife's scrip, it would have sat there another 10-15 mins. Needless to say, if this was one of my stores I would clean house and start with new staff. Good thing these scrips where of a non life sustaining need or the outcome would have been bleak. read more

This Walgreens is horrible! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! The worst pharmacy ever! They keep billing my old insurance and argue with my husband and I every time we pick up our prescriptions as to which insurance we currently have. We've had the same insurance for OVER A YEAR!!! Every time they insist the system is correct and we are wrong. Which clearly is not the case. We literally sit and wait each time while they manually enter it in. I'm totally DONE with this Walgreens! They also do not accept debit through the drive-through. Who doesn't accept debit these days? Our HSA has to be run as a debit which means you have to go inside every time. Ridiculous! read more

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Ridiculously slow - it takes hours to fill a simple script. Use the CVS @ Legacy and Main.
