Pharmacy was terrible. Went there 3 times to get prescription. They didn't tell me the first 2 times I needed my wife's ID to pick up her prescription. read more

I love that this location is 24 hours and convenient when in need of late night over the counter medications.

The only pharmacy open 24 Hours in the Elk Grove, the location is very convenient as it sits in the heart of Elk Grove. I was recently here to pick up meds for my gf's sister and they worked promptly and did it all with a smile. I definitely recommend people having this prescriptions sent here because their hours are so convenient! read more

Baby formula button is broken and don't expect to get serviced quickly when it comes to waiting for someone free to open the case for you. Other than that they Are great. Just get your button fixed and it would be 5 stars. I really like the people and customer service. And it's very conveniently open 24 hours. read more

One of the few place in Elk Grove that sell Blu cartomizers (electronic cigarette refills)

They have really great employee's, except for one woman who works as a cashier and is EXTREMELY SLOW! And a gentleman with an accent who works at the pharmacy who also likes to take his sweet @$$ time and is also extremely rude everytime I see him. I don't even bother trying to kill him with kindness anymore. It's useless, lol. read more

This store always has a ridiculously long line and the cashiers seem to ignore it rather than call up another checker. The line i will be at least 7-10 people every time I come here. Only reason I come here is because other drug stores don't stock the cigarettes I buy. read more

This Pharmacy lost a copy of my prescription. This caused a major issue, and my Doctor had to send over a new prescription request. Major incompetence to lose a person's prescription. If they make mistakes like this, it makes you wonder what other errors they have made. I stopped going here right after. read more

Still the absolute worst pharmacy service in the world. I urge you to go anywhere else.

This is one is open 24hours which is nice. Sometimes its hard to get in and out of here quickly. They wait for a huge line to build before they call up another cashier, and one of the cashiers moves super slow. When i see here up front when i walk in I know it's gonna be 10 minutes to check out just to buy 2 items. They also have redbox outside, but at this location the redbox is frequently out of order and you have to go somewhere else to return your movie. read more

Open 24 hours and within walking distance for me. Very convenient when I run out of milk or creamer and need to make a quick stop in my jammies! read more

Everyone is so nice here! I always enjoy coming in here even if it's busy! Im always greeted, and helped when I need it. I have never came across a rude employee here! And I always visit at different hours! read more

Has a small corner store vibe. Can get my snacks, Rx, photos, and greeting cards. Great for not having to deal with bigger stores that are crazy busy and crowded. read more

The worst pharmacy ever!!! The staffs are rude and full of attitudes. Waited 50 minutes just for a freaking vaccine!!! Better off going two block down to another Walgreen's pharmacy. read more

After getting prescriptions filled for years here, all of a sudden they've lost my insurance information? How bad is this store at record keeping. Standing in line for 45 minutes so they can ask for something they should already have and then try to overcharge. Of course if you call them you get a computer and they never return a call with a real person. Even the so called real people behind the counters aren't real people!!! read more

Pharmacy poorly staffed. Have never waited less than 15 minutes on hold. My doctor phoned in a prescription at 4:45 pm. An hour later my husband hoes over there and waits and they say they don't have it. Trying to call and put on hold until I gave up. My husband goes back over at 10:00 pm and waits one hour. One person on duty running counter and drive through. This happens frequently. read more

7-30-17. oh my.....24 hr pharmacy and after waiting in line for 20 min at 10 pm they say it will be ready at 11:20 pm... ok I come back at 11:20 pm and the pharmacist, who really seems like he is trying to ruin Walgreens reputation, says the don't have Kefex or the genetic brand! Really? OMG. read more

Rude, the cashier made me stay in her line with a customer that was taking forever. Then she tells me go ahead and go to the other line which now had several people in it. Why it was such a waste of my time and she did not apologize and even snickered with the customer... I will never spend my money at this ghetto store again! read more

If your thinking of picking up meds here from the Pharmacy...DONT DO IT worst possible thing you can do. Better off somewhere else... This place sucks better off going to Kaiser to pick up.....be better off read more

My medicine was suppose to be ready at 8:00 am. When I went to get my medicine at 7:30 pm I was told only one was ready. When I asked about the other two I was advised they would get them together and it would be about 15 mins. I was ok with that. I was advised to pull around because I couldn't wait. As I waited the next care after me was allowed to wait 20 mins causing the #1 lane to be stopped. When I complained by phone while waiting I was hung up on by the pharmacist because according to him I was talking to loud. When I pulled up the lady working the window literally laughed in my face. At that point I drove around and walked into Walgreens. When I did the lady working the window was no longer laughing and clearly didn't want to help me. The pharmacist that hung up in my face asked how could he help. I request the store manager and explained there was nothing he could do since he hung up the phone in my face. With an attitude he said he had to because I was to loud. Not only was I racial profiled I was treated unfair, the pharmacist hung up in my face, and the manager acted like it was no big deal. Not a single sorry from anyone working there. It was as if they were mad that I had an issue with the unfair treatment . I will never spend another penny at this place. Not even the manager apologized for the treatment. If this was the only pharmacy in Elk Grove I would travel to another city to avoid spending my money her. So I guess I can't be upset when I'm treated unfair for no reason beyond my appearance. read more

Me and my bf came here 4 times in 3 days trying to get his high blood pressure pills and my eye drops, and still didn't get it!!! Friday we got there at 3pm, was told the pharmacist "just" step out for lunch. Same night we came back, this 24 hours pharmacy is CLOSED! Next day we back at 11am, the pharmacist "just" stepped out for lunch again!! Also we were told his insurance card is expired so we called our insurance , and the lady told us it is not expired and they would call pharmacy to fix it, later that day, the insurance lady called us back said the person at the pharmacy is not helpful at all but they fixed the problem so he is good to go. So we came back the forth time!! And we were told the card is expired and we have to pay full price!!!! And for my eye drops they have unclear reason that they cannot give to me, tell us come back the next day!!!!! This place don't even deserve one star!!! Sooooo stupid!!!!!! read more

I came in here in MONDAY Night with my brother who just spent about 60 dollars on misc items. He was in front of my mom, who had a separate transaction from me and him. As she proceeds to attempt purchasing a bottle of wine Ron the dick of a manger that night would not sell it to her since I was considered with her. Mind you she just spent the last 10 hours in the ER. I am 21 years old and only have a temporary ID, Ron wouldn't except that even though we both had separate transactions. He was rude and didn't show any compassion. He couldn't even give a valid excuse to way she wasn't allowed to purchase wine other than I was in line with her. Like seriously? Ron, even though you were in a crappy mood that night, we turned down the couple behind us who offered to go in and buy what you would not sell us. And drove our happy asses to Safeway who had a greater selection. Better pricing a smiling staff, and no expired bottles of Mosacto. read more

I picked up a couple healthy cheap frozen dinners here late. Its open late and convenient. I forgot my wallet in the car and the cashier actually waited for me to come back to process my transaction. I didn't have to wait in line again. read more

24 hrs Walgreens! Great services! They gave my mom's advance medication supplies when they were waiting for my mom's insurance approvals.

I've had a horrible experience with the pharmacy. The staff I've talked to on the phone has been really rude and have tried to interrupt me. I've been going back and forth between them and my doctor trying to get a prescription for my face over the last month. Walgreens notified me the first time that my prescription was unavailable due to insurance purposes, but failed to notify me that the second prescription isn't available either. It's been a real nightmare and I'm very close to switching over to Target's pharmacy. Do not recommend. Save the time and the headache. read more

This is hands down, the best Walgreens I have ever been to. Their customer service is excellent! Abdul in the Pharmacy, is always friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help customers. I would recommend this Walgreens to anyone. read more
