My Grandmother's Doctor sent the prescription here. The pharmacys Manager Sonia was rude and very unprofessional. I tried to pick up the meds on Tue they claimed that the insurance did not cover prescription but DID NOT INFORMED ME. On Saturday when i returned to pick up the rest of the medication Sonia claimed that is not their responsibility to tell us what the insurance covers or not. That I have to call other stores to check availability on the medication that thy dont do that. read more

I came here because I needed shampoo and some feminine products. We walked in and I love how it's not busy here on a Sunday. They had a clearance rack but found nothing to my liking. I love how clean the aisles are. Everything is so easy to find. Love the makeup section as I'm always looking for new products on the shelf. Parking is plentiful and this place has what I need. I dropped an package off on Friday with an expedited overnight label. The package contained my own blood for testing with a specific amount of preservative considering it was supposed to reach the testing facility within 24 hours. After 72 hours I had not received results and started to investigate where the package was. I called the Walgreens I dropped the package off at for FedEx and the package was still sitting on their counter. Horrible workers, horrible service. SO grateful for the wonderful pharmacy staff at this location. My husband and I were traveling, so this is not my usual Walgreens. I spoke to 3 different pharmacy staff members, and they were all wonderful. I was on vacation and fairly desperate for my asthma inhaler. This Walgreens was out of the medication, and it would take a day to order it. But, the pharmacy staff member I spoke to offered to call another local Walgreens and have them fill the prescription. Save some time & don't go to this location. Only two people in the store (besides pharmacy). Came to get my photos & as I walk to the photo counter, staff tells me she's going to the registers to help there after the customer she was helping. I told her I was there for a photo pick up so she finds my order & takes it with her. She proceeded to go help someone in the beauty department then went to the registers to help out. She didn't tell me to go so I was waiting for her to come back since she had my order. She then rings up everyone in line while I'm still waiting at photos. New customers come in & continue s to help them. At this point I see that she's not coming back so I get in line which I've already waited about 10mins at photos. When I'm finally next I tell her that she shouldn't have had me waiting & should have told me to go to the registers. As I'm telling her this, her boss comes up & tells her she stacked an isle wrong. I would give zero stars if I could. Dirty, alwasy stuff on the floors or in the middle of aisles. Staff is lazy and rude. They never acknowledge you, just make you stand at the counter, then finally come over and act annoyed that you've interrupted them from gossiping with eachother. My mom used to get refills here and she just thought that's how pharmacies are. She had auto refills setup but they never work on them until after she calls them and waits on hold or is hung up on multiple times. I'll give 2 stars only because lady on phone when I called was super nice. I had my prescription transferred here after it never got to Ralph's. My first choice. I waited and waited all morning. I needed to get my eye drops to start treating my eye ulcer, so about an hour after my Dr told me she successfully transferred it here ayer I asked her to. I drove up to window. They said they had received nothing! Fed up I drive back to Dr office to pick up paper prescription myself and go back to square 1. Ralph's. I arrived and was informed those eye drops were on back order. I walk to CVS in corner of same center were Ralph's was. They take my info down and inform me, Walgreens has filled prescription. To go back there to pick up! It was 3pm. I drive back, park and get off. Finally I reach window and girl tells me, it's there now but it won't be ready till 730pm!! I was confused because at CVS girl had walked to shelf and pull drops right off but she couldn't give them to me because computer was telling her, prescription was filled! What was there to do? But pull a box off shelf! I didn't wanna argue so I leave. Drive all the way back to San Diego, with a bad eye!!! In freeway I realize I never gave them my insurance Info. I was on hold for 18mins! They literally answered when I pulled into my driveway. Lady was nice, I could tell it was different one who helped me at counter. She asks for my info and says it'll be ready in 30mins!!! If I would've known, I'd waited!!! I wait for traffic to die down before I leave again to pick up my medicine. I get there and It's same girl in counter from earlier. I give her my information and she pulls bag from shelf with my box of drops. I pay and leave. I look down at prescription detail stapled to my bag. Time stamp 2:50pm!!!!!!!!! SO . i wasted 3 days trying to get a covid booster shot at CVS... and all I got was pi**ed off. SO, some genius at CVS told me to go to Walgreens, SO, i called the 800 number, and got some lady who ALMOST spoke english. No problem, i think its good that we help underprivileged people in other countries. HOWEVER, after about 10 minutes of humming and hawing, it became obvious that this lady had NO knowledge of the geography of the San Diego and she was guessing at the zip codes. THere were several interuptions by a ROOSTER CROWING in the background. (yep, no kidding) SO, obviously she was "working from home". Besides the accent, and the rooster crowing, this lady had NO knowledge of what she was doing. Close to home and has mostly everything a local drug store should have. Everyone I have come into contact with has been friendly and helpful. Lines can get long but they are usually coming to help out from the cosmetic and photo section to ring you up and get you on your way. I've gone here for a quick fix if I need an emergency sweater, present, or snack and Walgreens has never steered me wrong. This location also has a red box in it which works out for me when I'm sick and getting meds. I stock up on movies too. Not a bad little drug store. read more

Went there Friday to pick up some medication. And I go there all the time but the first time for pharmacy. You will wait a while to get your meds had to leave and come back till 4 hrs later!! That sucks!!! The customer sevice for the cashier lacks some experience but the actual pharmacist was professional and did explain all precautions for the meds.. And did answer all my questions...but feels like they are in such a rush!! To me that rude... After that went to get a movie at the red Box and then agin is the worst. Went there to have my prescription transferred to a pharmacy that actually accepts my insurance. I walk in personally to the pharmacy and asks the pharmacist to have my prescription transferred and give her my info. She told me to come back in an hour. I said that will be fine I will stick around. I wait over an hour and come back for the pick up at the pharmacy and they tell me it wasn't even submitted yet and that it usually takes up to a day for a transfer to happen which is bs. Then I told them this medication is for a UTI. I woke my happy ass up early to go to an urgent care facility because I was in need of the medication now. And they actually asked me who told me to come back in an hour. Well I don't know Kim Kardashian. Who the heck do you think told me. A pharmacist, unless you allow other people to fill prescriptions back there. Horrible. And rude people. Oh and get this, the pharmacist had the nerve to look annoyed that she had to even had to help me. Wish I would have caught her name. read more

Made me wait in line more than once because there's no way to know where to pick up the order. First I was in the cash register line. Then they said it was actually where the photos are. Then they forgot to mention after I waited that I really had to wait in the pharmacy line. When I got there, it tried to charge me for my order I had to wait for them to fix it. I basically spent an hour trying to pick up one order from waiting in so many lines. So really, maybe think again about order pickup if you actually have somewhere to be. read more

I have been a customer at this location for years. I always talk highly off it because of the friendliness of the employees, the selection, and convenience. There was an issue during COVID about the use of the bathroom but that is understandable. But today I was very disappointed. I use the photo finishing constantly and never have a problem I didn't have a problem the photo processing with the cashier. I was standing at the counter waiting for help maybe all of 3 minutes. A customer came in with a big boxes filled with more packages he walked with the cashier to the counter. As I stood at the counter the man proceeded to place all his boxes on the counter actually pushing me to the side not an excuse me or anything. The cashier DID NOT acknowledge me even to say I will be with you in a moment. In fact I was there first. As I waited they finished their transaction, I figured out they do FedEx there now. I may not be going there anymore if this is the case. I understand bringing in different services which is great for the community. But what about your loyal customers. After they finished the cashier finally asked me if I was picking up a photo order, as he continued to finish putting stickers on the other customers packages. I said yes and told him my last name he glanced at the shelf where it says wood panels, told me it must be in the back he would look in a moment. He kept doing the other customers order, I pointed to a package on that shelf and said that should be it and yes it was it. He asked me to go to the front to pay, no one has ever asked me to go to the front to pay. I did not get his name but I haven't seen him at the store before. I went to Walgreens to buy advertised case of water. Ad and sign said limit 3. Went to register and clerk was extremely rude saying, "Really? You can only have 1." I told her sign says limit 3. She says, "No, it doesn't, show me where it says that." She looks at sign and says, "Well, due to Coronavirus you can only have 1." I went the entire day at work with a migraine and went straight to urgent care after picking up my kids. At 5:30pm they faxed over my prescription for migraine meds. I got to the pharmacy around 6:15pm and they just saw the fax at that time. They told me that they'd text me when it was ready. It is now 9:05pm and no text. The pharmacy is now closed, so I get to be in pain all night now. I won't be picking up the 3 prescriptions when they text me tomorrow and I'll be getting my future prescriptions elsewhere. read more
