I love the NEW renovation of this Circle K. It's good that this Circle K now serves pizza and hot dogs for their patrons. Although, tbh I wouldn't dare to try their pizza or hot dogs since I wouldn't know how long ago their pizza or hot dogs were cooked & I wouldn't want to risk getting sick. ** Helpful Tip-- Make sure to download the Circle K App to browse for ANY deals on their foods or beverages!! The newest cashier Marco is very friendly!! He is always helpful to me by pointing out which lottery Scratchers had recent winners! The other employees at this Circle K in Bonita Road are also friendly!! ** Also, IF you still own a DVD player, outside this location, there is STILL have a Redbox kiosk!! I would've thought ALL the Redbox kiosk would've been obsolete since there are so many people streaming movies at home nowadays. Ok so I go to get one of their $5 meal deals. It shows a sandwich and 20 coke for $5. I go and get those and some other items and they are not able to honor the $5 meal deal. They tried other items and nothing would trigger the $5 meals deal. Same as their 3 dollar coffee deal in which they tricked me in before. I waited a little while they said they would try to contact a manager. They weren't able to honor the deal. It was visibly advertised on their photos. See my pics. If you don't get honored on an advertised deal you can report it to the city for a complaint. This is not for first time this happening here. Hopefully they can get their act straightened out. They have a sign in the front door saying mask is recommended, yet one employee wasn't wearing a mask. Gotta practice what you preach. Anyways, we love this location because it is typically always clean and staff is friendly. Ive filled up a couple times before getting on the highway which is conveniently located at the next traffic light. It is easier to exit on the side street rather than trying to force your way through traffic on "E" street. read more

I stopped by the store just now and there's a sign saying "I'm sticking in the coolers be back in an hour" like wtf? Why would you not stock during the day when more than one employee is there? That's crazy. Not to mention it didn't even say what time exactly so who knows if it was reasonable to wait for them to open back up. Do not go here find a better store. The clerk here Dora has a mouth to talk back to customers, 2nd its dirty, cups and lids are not filled and finally their card reader for payment does not work and somehow this is all my fault, the customer. I never blamed Dora either. But she needs to let her manager know, and people need to stop going here if any change for the better is to be made. I'm not going back. read more

I had a $5 off $30 deal for Exxon/Mobil on my American Express card, and this location seems to be the cheapest in San Diego. Almost as cheap as an Arco even before the discount! The receipt didn't print out for me the other night at 2am, and I drudged inside to grab it. The guy working behind the counter couldn't be friendlier, which was super unexpected. Had a nice little chat, and he seemed to know how to use his computer. I thought not understanding the computer is a requirement for a 2am worker?! Awesome. read more

This gas station is awesome. I always get my beer here and the guy who works late at night is super friendly. They also have a tire pressure machine that's lets you know how much air pressure you are putting in your tires. I drove to 3 different places trying to put air on my tires and three places took my money, but the machine did not work. read more
