I stopped at this gas station on May 3rd and unfortunately had a very poor experience with management.I went into this gas station and politely asked to use the restroom. I didn't see a key available, so I asked the manager for help. Instead of assisting me, the manager responded by calling me "blind" in Spanish, which I understood. I found that comment disrespectful and completely unnecessary. All I was asking for was access to the restroom, and there was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Basic courtesy and professionalism were missing in this interaction. the manager (Ashley) was dismissive and unprofessional. I will contact Store Mng. [C] Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they spoke in a rude tone and acted like I was inconveniencing them. I reach out to a Police Officer that was outside and requested assistance to collect their information, thanks SDPD What stood out most was the lack of basic customer service -- no effort to listen, [Ashley stated wether are we talking either english or spanish] no attempt to fix the issue, and no accountability. Quick stop at Chevron for a fountain drink. Smaller convenience store than most. As I walked up in line to pay, I could not help but to notice the hot dogs screaming for their lives as they rolled around in the rolling grill. The dogs were burnt and shriveled. You can tell that there are good people who work here. They take pride in their jobs and serving customers. I have been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. I really hated the customer service here before, but now there's a new face at this location. His name is Allan and I usually see him working pretty late. There was a lady who used to work around his hours and she was very rude and unwelcoming. But Allan is different, greets you when you walk in and always smiling on the job. I love seeing hard working employees like him :) Also, I just cleaned out my car for 20 minutes around 12pm. Usually, I can't even think of staying in a gas station for more than 5 minutes because I get scared. But this location is well lit and has a super big gas pumping area, which makes me feel a bit safer. As for the car wash, I always get the $10 one. Just came in to buy a large cup of hot coffee for a friend. I got 10 creamers and when i went to the register, the lady said she would have to charge me after 2 creams. I told her ive never had that problem before and she said well they should have charged you for creamers after two (ive gone here many times and there has never been signs saying that they would charge you after so many).... I really enjoy the ample space this location offers its customers. I personally find it very stressful being sandwiched between vehicles at gas stations that have very limited real estate so on that front, this Chevron is already galaxies ahead of their competitors. Also, I really enjoy perusing around in their Extra Mile shop. I have always been greeted in a professional manner, and they offer a great variety of chips, hot dogs, and beverages. If I'm under severe time constraints, I'll pick up some snacks for on the road trips. The shop is very well maintained and organized too. This location offers a drive through car wash service with a rewards program if you are a frequent participant. If you're in the area and need gas, give this Chevron location a try! read more

It is a suburban gas station located along E H Street. Getting in and out is pretty simple since it has a very spacious layout.
