There was a lady who used to work around his hours and she was very rude and unwelcoming. But Allan is different, greets you when you walk in and always smiling on the job. I love seeing hard working employees like him :) Also, I just cleaned out my car for 20 minutes around 12pm. Usually, I can't even think of staying in a gas station for more than 5 minutes because I get scared. But this location is well lit and has a super big gas pumping area, which makes me feel a bit safer. As for the car wash, I always get the $10 one. Makes my car smell like bubbles~ Anyways, I like this location and the one right next to the super walmart in otay.

I didn't see a key available, so I asked the manager for help. Instead of assisting me, the manager responded by calling me "blind" in Spanish, which I understood. I found that comment disrespectful and completely unnecessary. All I was asking for was access to the restroom, and there was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Basic courtesy and professionalism were missing in this interaction. the manager (Ashley) was dismissive and unprofessional. I will contact Store Mng.
