After taking a bite and realizing it tasted rotten, I returned to request a refund or exchange. The clerk responded in a rude and hostile manner, raised his voice, used profanity, and repeatedly said "this is not a swap meet." As a Latino/Hispanic customer, I felt this comment was directed at me as a racial stereotype and made me feel racially profiled and discriminated against while simply trying to resolve an issue with a spoiled product.

I didn't see a key available, so I asked the manager for help. Instead of assisting me, the manager responded by calling me "blind" in Spanish, which I understood. I found that comment disrespectful and completely unnecessary. All I was asking for was access to the restroom, and there was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Basic courtesy and professionalism were missing in this interaction. the manager (Ashley) was dismissive and unprofessional. I will contact Store Mng. I reach out to a Police Officer that was outside and requested assistance to collect their information, thanks SDPD What stood out most was the lack of basic customer service -- no effort to listen, [Ashley stated wether are we talking either english or spanish] no attempt to fix the issue, and no accountability. Because of this experience, I won't be returning. I will pursue to higher management and eventually for calling me blind just for having (one eye)

He stays quiet starts rambling that he's not sure why and he needs to tell the owner. Sounds like these people are falsely advertising gas prices to lure people in and over charging them.

Gas prices are middle of the road for San Diego. Not the cheapest, but not terrible either. The area is sketchy with homeless people everywhere, thanks to the ghetto 7/11 next door. It's not the worst, but it's not a place I'd hang around longer than necessary. The only reason to stop here is that the gas station across the street is charging an insane $5.50 a gallon.

I thought this would never happen, but it's true... I found a place worthy of the infamous "1…read moreStar" and that's being very generous... Ouch! It's 7:15am and I'm sitting in moderate traffic on westbound Telegraph Canyon Road. I'm eagerly waiting my turn to get onto the 805N, when my car's sexy voice announces, "low on fuel." I turn the indicator to see how far I can go before EMPTY. The screen reads, "25 miles." Oh, snap! My commute is 30 miles and I don't want to fuel up north. I was in desperate need for gas because my car was beginning to suck fumes... At first, I thought, "wow, how convenient it was to have a gas station?" Hmm, there were no cars... What an easy way to get in and get out, right? Oh boy! ...was I wrong!!! In the 6+ years, I've lived in Otay Ranch I never had given this place a second thought... Thank goodness for YELP. Now, I have a voice to share... NOT!!! Never again!!! Please, please, please, avoid this place like the plague!!! If you ever stopped here to get gas then ya know what I'm talking about... We're in a time where being thrifty & price conscious is the best way to stretch our dollars. Then, out pops this obnoxious place (then again, it been here for quite some time). I believe it was an UNION 76 but now it clearly is an independent. They're supposed to be price competitive with the big names companies, right? That's surely not the case... This place is the most expensive gas $.15 more per gallon than it's nearby competitors... And that's if you pay cash, add an additional $.10 to that price (per gallon), if you choose to use credit/ debit. Hot damn! And that's without the Vasoline. Now, that's rough =( This doesn't make sense. How do they get away with this? Unlike the good old days when you would be willing to pay more for FULL SERVICE, the lazy a$$ attendant sits behind the bullet proof glass laughing at all those willing to come & pay his outrageous rates =) He wasn't friendly, whatsoever =( I walk in to voice my opinion and the store attendee (probably the owner) tells me if I don't like it, then go elsewhere... Wow, are you for real? He reminded me of plain clothed, Oscar the Grouch (not a compliment). Where's the professionalism? As I walk back to my car, I hear snickering all the way from the pump. The store was dirty and not pleasant. I didn't even want to use the restroom to wash my hand fearing they'd charge me too =( Happy ending? I put $5 in cash (about a gallon & a half) just enough to get me to the next exit on H Street and fuel up with real gas. Take it from me, if you have to gas up "don't get it" from here and you'll be better off. Lesson learned. Now, I'm the one snickering when I drive by... Wow! what a (bad) experience?!

When I pulled up the attendant gave me a dash wipe and a car freshener and scrubbed down the front of my car. I went mid-day on a weekday and had no line and lots of clean towels to wipe my car down after. The coverings over the vacuums aren't fantastic but gave just enough shade to get through vacuuming without breaking a sweat.
