One thing I really like about this location is how convenient the set up is for when you need medicine they have a section right up front near the checkout, so you don't have to walk all the way through the store. It made this trip super quick and easy, and thankfully it was exactly where I remembered it. I didn't plan on doing any shopping, but of course I spotted a few good deals and started grabbing more things than what I came for. I didn't even grab a cart since I thought I'd be in and out, so I ended up juggling everything in my hands. That's when an employee noticed and came over with a basket for me because he probably seen me struggling lol. It was such a small gesture, but it genuinely meant a lot and helped so much in the moment. I really wish I caught his name because his customer service was amazing. All this to say, the store was very clean, the workers were friendly, and it's a really spacious location. Definitely a great experience and I'll be coming back!

This 1 star review is specifically for my experience ordering a cake from the bakery that was wrong…read moreand sloppy and the way MIREYA (the store director like she likes to remind you 20 times in one conversation) poorly and disrespectufulltly handles the situation. My cake was sloppy, the cupcakes were smeared and the wrong topping, pictures were yellow, and the filling was wrong. We paid over $100 for this order. I called over the next week and a half with no response from bakery and no reponse from anyone in the store as no one would pick up. I have the call logs as proof. I finally got a hold of erin who said the refund was approved by Carrie and to come in with my receipt for a refund. She said to come in and ask for Mireya or Carrie and I would be refunded. I showed up and a nice gentlemen approved the refund and was about to process and Mireya intervened and said no. She made every excuse as to why this bakery job was acceptable: "it was a hot day", "we must have mishandled the order", "it must have been the customer". She was so rude and took no accountability after showing pictures of the cake. She said she was no notified and needed names of who i spoke to. I called this morning and provided names and again more proof and she still denied any refund. I have shown this woman, my receipt, pictures, and names plus call logs. Everything she asked for i provided to show the wrong order as she requests it but she still makes an excuse as to why i am out of my money and received something i did not order. She is rude, unprofessional, and so difficult to deal with. She is not trying to solve any problem. She is trying to be right and mighty throwing in every other statement that she's "the store director and can do what she wants" no matter what others already guaranteed me and what proof of wrongdoing I prove. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BAKERY OR EGO. Your cake will be sloppy the day of and Mireya will take no accountability.
