I've been coming to this Costco on H Street for years. The food court never disappoints, though I always end up buying way more than what is on my grocery list!lol The only downside is the limited parking. If you want a smooth trip, especially if you need to pump gas, make sure to come here early to beat the crowds. Happy Yelping :) read more

Great weeknight to get in, pickup a prescription, shop a little, then self checkout quickly. Tonight it was super packed! There are soma really great prices happening during this Holiday Season. Plush blankets for $14.99, Frigidaire Ice Maker for $169, beautiful 3 set Christmas ornament balls for $31.99, LOTS of food deals to prep for the Holidays...I spotted Toffee Cashews large tin for $8.69! Overall we did the self checkout. It was smooth and easy. The regular checkout lines with cashiers were packed but they moved pretty well. read more

It is always packed but I have been here over 8 years. Love Costco. Wish they have everything is it will be my only stop for grocery.

Always get what I need and more when I'm there. Forever thankful for the rotisserie chicken and croissants. Unfortunate how Costco prices have changed significantly too. Costco cards are worth it even if it's only for the gas station perk. - Happy customer read more

This is the worst Costco in the country. It is not like other Costcos. This one is so MISMANAGED. The lines to check out are horrendous. At 9:30am, when only executive members are shopping, they have TWO check out lines open. I spent 20 minutes trying to check out. It is a rarity to see a friendly employee at this location. Parking is chaos, and shopping carts are not collected until they are spilling out blocking traffic. read more

I would like to have given a five star review because the customer service at this Costco is always excellent. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me today, and because of 1 employee Eduardo. I went in to make a price adjustment which is supervisor approved, however, I was waiting for my daughter who had the card that was needed to refund the money. Once my daughter came and provided the card the price adjustment was processed. At the end of the transaction, I asked Eduardo if I could, please have my receipt. He told me he had given it to me, and I asked him again and clarified that I was looking for my original purchase receipt. All of a sudden he gave me attitude and became aggressive, while raising his voice at me telling me that he had given it to me and that it was in my hands. I looked down, and I did realize the receipt was in my hands, and I apologized for not having seen it in the first place. Even after my apology, for not realizing I had the receipt in my hand he was still rude and condescending in the way in which he spoke to me. I asked him why he was being so rude, and he shooed me away with his hand. I'd like to add that at times I have trouble processing information due to an injury, and I felt extremely embarrassed by the way that he spoke to me in front of other people. It was disrespectful and completely unnecessary. When all he was asked to do was process a return. It was on 8/8/23 18:59 I am uploading a copy my receipt read more

I had a rating for this Costco as low. The customer service at the food court is awful. But today I had the next experience. My contactless pay was not working at the pump (putting gas) and the attendant educated me that you need a physical card. Ok, I didn't know that. But he was SO NICE! He scanned the membership card and I used my card at the pump. Just the way he was so nice. He was understanding. I appreciated him. Especially because I had 10 miles left in my car and no wallet. Thank you! I didn't give it 5 stars because the card should work... read more

Bustling Costco! Has everything you need a great prices. Is generally clean and well stocked. Service is typically fine. The parking lot feels small compared to other locations - the warehouse doesn't feel insanely crowded but you might have difficulties finding a space - even if you arrive upon opening. The gas station is large but has many pumps, which generally keeps things moving. read more

Did you know you Costco gas is usually the cheapest? The check out line moves quickly although people's baskets are full to the rim. The system runs well to get you home even if it's pre-holiday shopping. Costco is importing common and popular goods that are organic (e.g.Orgain Protein Powder) five dollars cheaper than online. Way to go Costco. You can't beat the price on bulk toilet paper, paper towels, snacks. What's more competitive is the Kirkland brand wines and other libations. Also noted is diapers and baby wipes are better priced here than anywhere. I would recommend the following for a household at a bargain of a price even compared to Smart & Final: Kirkland Colombian coffee Kirkland organic orange juice 3x64oz@10 bucks) Rotisserie chicken@6.00, yes, a whole chicken Kirkland Anejo If there is an item or items that you use frequently then you may want to check off Costco has the product. You'll definitely save money and several trips to the store. Remember, you need to have a membership card or a friend can sign you onto theirs. No money or credit card attached or required as as second member. read more

So as I always say it's Costco and it's gas this particular one is always busy however it has 16 pumps and the line goes really quickly. Don't worry about what side your gas tank is on as they're specifically designed to reach across your car if it's on the other side and it's typical for Costco gas stations prices are typically the cheapest in the area read more

I've been going to this Costco for the past 12 years but as of recently (my last 4 visits) the customer service here is horrible. It was never like this. Employees are rude and snarky. It's happened to me, and I've seen it happen to another couple. It's disappointing and unwelcoming. Went to Broadway which I never do and wow, no rude or miserable employees. Out of my way, but I think I'll be going there for now on. read more

This is my favorite Costco location. They always got what I'm looking for example groceries, electronics, and furniture. Its definitely you one stop shop for you home necessities. The only thing that I hate about it I come in for one thing and I leave with 100 things. It never fails. This store is handy dandy. Especially when you need to buy by the bulk to keep your big family satisfied. I have been coming to this location since I was a kid and it's still here. The staff they have are always in a happy smiling mood and they have been their for every. Majority of the staff their is like family always takes the time to say hi and how your doing. I literally visit this Costco on a weekly base. They also carry some decent priced clothes as well. read more

It's a costco. It's clean. Their food's good. For some reason, the whole pizzas are garbage compared to just their slices, but I've only really experienced that anecdotally, so I dunno about what it actually is. Either way, the store is good, everyone that works there is good, and pizzas are some conspiracy. read more

I've been going to this Costco location for the past 10+years & never have I ever encountered such terrible customer service from an associate like I have with Ernesto. I have done returns two times with Ernesto and every time he makes you feel so uncomfortable doing returns. He makes you feel like you're doing a scam. In his words he told me to shop somewhere else if my food was not good. He denied calling upper management by saying one was at lunch and the other was busy. I told him I wouldn't mind waiting and he told me to wait outside and not block other people returning items. I am considering taking this incident to corporate. His behavior is unacceptable and not appropriate to be working at a customer service desk. His work energy matches a position in the restroom cleaning toilets. read more

Great service. Excellent offers. We've shopped at Costco all the time for the last 40+ years!

Been a Costco member for over 7 years now and had by far the WORST customer service experience here. I just moved here and went to membership services because I had a question on adding my wife to my membership and the employee, Elizabeth was very rude - raising her voice and pointing accusative towards us. Super disappointed with this location and will be driving further to avoid coming back here . read more

I recommend avoiding this Costco, especially if you're black. I've been coming here for 10+ years and yesterday was by far my worst experience. Not only has the customer service gone way down, I was treated like a criminal by my cashier. My wife and I have a Costco credit card and I happened to have forgot my card at home so I was using hers to pay as she was not feeling well and decided to stay in the car. Normally when we pay it's not an issue as she's used my card to pay and vice versa. No one has ever checked or thought twice when we use each other's cards for whatever reason, especially when my wife uses mine as she's a petite Asian woman. I am tall, black and have a lot of tattoos so I guess that gave the cashier the right to ask for my ID and ask me 21 questions about not having my card on me. On top of that, she demanded I have my wife come inside. I understand policy but we know for a fact the cashiers do not check the way this woman did yesterday. She acted like I was committing a crime by using MY credit card that I PAY FOR just because it belongs to my wife. We will probably not be going to this location anymore and I will also be contacting the manager and possibly corporate about this matter. read more

Let me start by saying I LOVE Costco, but this particular Costco makes the shopping experience absolutely miserable. The parking lot was designed by an 8 year old with ADHD and a box of crayons. Getting in and out is ridiculous and don't get me started on trying to get gas here anytime after 0630. The biggest problem is honestly that they need to build another Costco in this town. They're trying to serve too many people with one Costco. It is frustrating to pay for a membership I can't use as much as I'd like. There have been several occasions where I have circled the parking lot for 10 minutes and finally left. The lines inside aren't any better. You will routinely stand behind 15 people in a line that stretches well into the food aisles making it really difficult to access those aisles. I have a large family and we spend a lot of money on food. We'd easily spend double at Costco if the only one within 30 minutes of my house weren't so poorly designed and miserable to shop at. Costco, get your crap together and add a shop to Chula. This side of town has doubled since this location was built and you can't keep up but you don't mind collecting the membership fees for people you cannot adequately provide services to! read more

I waited over an hour to have some meat cut. The cutter was on a forever break. And no one could help me because they had to be certified. The supervisor assured me they would be back from lunch in 4 minutes. I waited an additional 20. No one came. Then when I told the supervisor again no one showed up. He went back there and the employee said no one was there. That was a lie. I waited and when I finally left it was to head to the register to leave. I don't know what happened to Costco. It use to be a good place to shop with great customer service. Not anymore read more

This poor rating is meant for a particular customer service staff at the Pharmacy. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but her attitude was very inappropriate, almost rude, not friendly at all.
