After taking a bite and realizing it tasted rotten, I returned to request a refund or exchange. The clerk responded in a rude and hostile manner, raised his voice, used profanity, and repeatedly said "this is not a swap meet." I didn't see a key available, so I asked the manager for help. Instead of assisting me, the manager responded by calling me "blind" in Spanish, which I understood. I found that comment disrespectful and completely unnecessary. All I was asking for was access to the restroom, and there was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Basic courtesy and professionalism were missing in this interaction. the manager (Ashley) was dismissive and unprofessional. I will contact Store Mng. [C] Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they spoke in a rude tone and acted like I was inconveniencing them. I reach out to a Police Officer that was outside and requested assistance to collect their information, thanks SDPD What stood out most was the lack of basic customer service -- no effort to listen, [Ashley stated wether are we talking either english or spanish] no attempt to fix the issue, and no accountability. Because of this experience, I won't be returning. I will pursue to higher management and eventually for calling me blind just for having (one eye)

There was no visible price posted when tapping to pay, so I'm leaving this review to warn others. The car wash itself is totally worth it, but I would definitely skip the vacuum.

I told him $599 or $59.99?? and he said no $599. I was shocked. I said "no that's not what I came here for - I just want a simple wash and vacuum and wipe down the inside". He said "OK $499" then he went down to $299 and then it was $199. He was totally trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman and I had never been there before. I said "Ok I'm leaving. I just wanted to get a simple wash for like 30 or 40 bucks". So he says ok and flips his little paper over and reluctantly shows me the cheaper deals where it's in the $30-60's. So I ended up getting a $60 wash so that they would wipe down the inside because he said that they don't wipe the inside down for the $30 or $40 prices. I ended up waiting over an hour which was weird since there was only two other cars being done at the time. They did a nice job on the truck, but I hated being talked to by him as if I was a dumb girl and tried to get taken for. I will never go back. Beware that they will try to overcharge you and don't let them talk you into paying for their ridiculous packages.
