During my visit, I observed the cashier--who appeared to be a Hispanic individual in her late forties with visible arm tattoos expressing extreme aggressive body language engaging in inappropriate and offensive behavior. She was using profanity, making threats, and engaging in a verbal altercation with a customer right at the register, all while other customers, including children, were present. This incident has greatly affected my trust in the establishment, and I will no longer be returning, given the unprofessionalism and the environment it creates.

I told him that I've been here two times and have never been told it was too big and didn't have any issues. He insisted that it would cause damage and was advising me to have a hand wash done instead but it would cost me $60. I don't want to continue to go back and forth with him so o agreed. I should have double checked before I left because once I got him I noticed that parts of the truck were completely missed and not even washed. (Picture below of driver side mirror). All in all, I paid $70 including my $10 tip. Next time I'm opting out of the hand wash.
