This location has really stepped up their game. The store has gone through a reorganization and slight remodel of the displays, and added an official flower shop inside. They offer balloons, bouquets, and vased flowers for all occasions. The groceries are well stocked here and the variety has increased. I appreciate the great staff and they have great customer service. My go-to for toilet paper is here. I have been a Kroger Brand toilet paper customer for about 16 years now. I stopped buying Costco TP. Kroger TP is perfectly thick, soft, and does the job well. The deli has more hummus, cheeses, meats, and options now. The bakery is the same but they offer great filled cupcakes that taste better than some bakeries; at a great price too! Overall, I am now happy with this location. The only reason I went to a Ralph's was because they had a great sale this weekend for water ($1.99 for a case) so I decided to stock up. I'm a long-standing loyal Vons customer otherwise. I used to like coming to this ralphs but it has become not my favorite place to shop. Especially when it gets busy like whoever is coming to shop here has no respect for other people shopping here. People parking in the Handicap spots when they should not be! People parking in red zones right in front of the store. People parking in the pickup spots for grocery pick up when thats where people who are actually picking up should be able to park. Only 3 spots are available. People are too lazy to walk alittle bit further theyd rather feel free to inconvenience everyone else like we don't have things to do to! Never enough cashiers. Self check out is always closed on one side so the lines flood into the aisles its a mess. You have employees stacking during the day even and can't even get in the aisles to shop. Its awful. Still a homeless issue in front of this store. They have the people that stand outside of the store which i just want to be able to enjoy my shopping experience not be haggled. Aisles are clean and well stocked, I always hit up the clearance section for good deals Food in the deli is fresh and we frequently get the fried chicken for a quick snack. Some of the staff have been there since my kids were babies and they frequently comment on how big they are now. Love that type of personal customer attention. On May 5, I was serviced by April m by far this was one of the most embarrassing transactions I've ever encountered with a cashier upon checkout my autistic son opened his soda and took a sip April precedes to scan my items and drops my soda. I asked her if I could exchange it so it wouldn't explode on him immediately. She became frustrated and started talking to me recklessly and loud hitting her hands while she spoke & and caused a scene in the store. She told me she would charge me twice for the soda or I can just keep the one she dropped being that I didn't want to pay for a second soda. I just had to keep the one she dropped and yes, it exploded in my car when I opened it. This is so unfortunate Ignorance is something that I would never want to expose my child to and he's never been exposed to. I can't believe this has happened clearly April was failed by her team by not receiving the proper training upon hiring. I believe she needs to be retrained and needs a coaching log. I will be returning to the store in the morning to talk to the manager, this was totally unacceptable. I've never been treated so disrespectful in my life. 1 Star - Extremely Disappointed with This Birthday Cake I ordered a Toy Story-themed cake from this Ralphs for my son's 6th birthday, and I'm extremely disappointed. The image on the cake was blurry and poorly printed--it looked nothing like the vibrant example shown when I placed the order. The decoration overall looked rushed and low quality. The yellow icing was uneven, and the cake lacked the effort and care you'd expect for a special occasion. For the price and from a major store like Ralphs, I expected much better. Today, I had a somewhat frustrating experience at at this Ralph's Around 8:30 AM 03/19/25 I was at the self-checkout when I realized I had forgotten my baby's formula. I intended to buy just one can, but the lady monitoring the self-checkout informed me that I would need to get in line for that. At that time, there was only one cashier open, and the line had about five people. I politely told her I'd finish checking out and go to the line afterward. When I asked if I could use a Similac check for the formula, she wasn't sure, so she called over the manager (MARIA) . When the manager (MARIA) arrived, I explained that I wanted to use my Similac check, but she told me they no longer accepted it unless it was on paper. I've used this check there before without issue, and I pointed out the instructions on how to redeem it, but the manager quickly walked away. Later that evening, around 7:30 PM, I had to return to the store and asked the cashier, Andrea, about the change in policy. Andrea was unsure, but instead of just saying "I don't know," she took the time to ask and brought Manager APRIL over. April was amazing--she was not only helpful but also very kind and caring. She took the time to help me redeem my Similac check and get the formula for my baby, making my day much better. I also want to note that the store is generally clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. Oh and the bagger that afternoon was super kind ( tall Caucasian boy) While some staff members are welcoming, my earlier experience with the manager was very disappointing. However, April truly stood out for her professionalism and willingness to help. This is the best grocery store because it's the only grocery store here. The store is always spotless and comfortable to just walk around in. The vegetable quality is actually top-tier and the deli is legit. Potato wedges and other hot foods are always good. The service is good and team is very helpful if you need help. I get a bit overwhelmed at the self registers because I struggle with ADHD and dyslexia. Now April at first does not seem to people friendly because she's more of a serious person. But obviously I felt comfortable enough for me to ask for help because I was feeling overwhelmed with a cart full of groceries. She said, no problem., I can help you. Honestly I'm going to try my best to be as respectful at possible but i stopped going to this ralph's because 2 years ago there was this rude woman working at the self checkout section who made it very clear she hated her job and proceeded to tell me and my boyfriend "the store closes in 20 minutes...meaning i go home in 20 minutes.." in a snarky a$$ tone so me and my boyfriend immediately walked out and didn't come back until a few hours ago that is on December 1st, 2025 we gave it another chance and what are the odds the same lady was working self checkout at 12:00am...checked out and she's still has a stick up her sh1t 2 years later...please ralph's FIRE this woman she is unpleasant and probably needs to find a job working for ups or something so people are fortunate enough to not have to deal with her. Ahhh, yes-- your neighborhood Ralphs! This one is located right off Highway 54 East. Parking is usually easy to find. I love coming to Ralphs because of their good deals. They offer a rewards program free to anyone that wants to apply. They are usually fully stocked with groceries and goods. There's a Starbucks inside with friendly employees, if you wanted to grab a coffee as you shop. In the midst of the pandemic, I was not sure if they would have long lines. Fortunately, there are lines outside, but they go by quickly. They adhere to the standards set, by only allowing a few people at a time. There is only one way in and one way out. (There were two separate entrances, pre-pandemic.) Someone is assigned to pre-wipe the carts for the customers upon entry. Thank goodness! Someone else monitors the entryway. Although there was a shortage of pasta, beans, and other goods, we were able to find everything else we needed rather easily. I want to thank Ralphs for staying open during the COVID-19 pandemic and for enforcing the rules. Also, thanks for maintaining a nice, full stock. The only reason I shop at this Ralphs location is due to convenience. Much of the experience -- save interactions with most of the cashiers -- is pitiful. The parking lot is, for some odd reason, often a bundle of nervous energy. Could be because there is a high traffic recycling center, fast food joints and a liquor store in the vicinity. People tend to step into oncoming traffic with no warning. And it gets insanely busy, largely because this neighborhood area is a food desert. There are not many options available, and this is the only grocery store for miles. Once in, there is generally an odd smell coming from the deli section. It smells foul from time to time. And the seafood section -- I don't think the team is pushing product well enough. Some of the fish I've come across has looked, well, suspect. Especially the swordfish and poke. But, bonus: There's a Starbucks and Wells Fargo inside. read more

Between the guys selling cds with tables set up at the door and the homeless that hang out all day in front of the store ... this Ralph's is one of the last places you want to shop they never have enough check stands open lines are half down the aisles every single day. I normally buy food here, cooked ready to eat or groceries, I have nothing but good comments, the service of the people working here is great, they really all are looking for a way to help but they get to serve some jrks as always , I've seen it twice happening in line and once they got robbed by waking away as is happening more often, regular 20-30s guys who can easily work but decide to attack stores, the employees just get sad as they have their hands tied by the government who asks pretty much to let them go, they can't even touch them. At 5:30pm the parking lot was packed. It was a Thursday night, and we had to circle around three or four times to try and find a spot near the grocery store. They have a Starbucks inside this location, which is mainly why we came here. The drinks were free(for me this night, wink-wink) and they were on par for the coffee chain. I was hungry so I wandered over to the deli. 3.99 for 2 of those teeny tiny Kings Hawaiian rolls with a piece of cheese and chicken slapped into it. No thanks! Huge store carries pretty much everything of a kitchen's need, besides others merchandise. Parking is packed at times, especially coz of exit routes are not smartly carved, however it is fine. I never really shopped at Ralph's but now that I live closer to one, I would say they have some pretty awesome deals on groceries here! Whenever I want to buy bulk full groceries, I normally go to Vons, since they have the buy a certain amount and the pricing gets cheaper deal, but at Ralph's they have similar deals that can be even cheaper!! Recently they had buy 5 Silk Milk's for $1.88 each!! That's super duper cheap. I did mix and match with Silk chocolate milk, Silk coconut milk, etc. This isn't the first time they had this deal so I'm excited to know I can get Silk milk at a really good price. I would have to say some of their produce can be more pricier, like their cheeses is a lot more than other grocery stores I have been to. Their self check out is convenient, I just wish they would put the plastic bags where you check out, instead they make you go to an employee close by to get the number of bags you purchased. Overall, I do like Ralph's and this location can get pretty busy, and parking gets hectic but the deals are unbeatable compared to other grocery stores I have visited! This Ralph's is helping out their community with the COVID-19 pandemic and is very organized with guidelines for all to follow. All are limited to 1 toilet paper/paper towels/paper products and 1 case of water. Dairy, meat and eggs are limited to 2 items each. We lined up around 6:50 am on a Saturday morning and were the 3rd to be in line so get here early. 7 am - 7:30 am - the store opens for Senior Citizens. Note: they lock the doors at 7:30 and seniors that arrive on or after will have to line up in the regular line. 8 am & on - open to everyone else. Everyone be safe out there! read more

MICKEY is just plain rude. I purchased something earlier today on clearance, but was scanning different prices. So I came back hoping they'll just simply correct it. Mickey, the one who's supposedly helping me, was very rude, keeps cutting me off, making me feel like I'm stupid and stuff. I had to bite my tongue for me not to lash out. I told him I was just trying to explain that I got charged 3 times when I only purchased 2, and it's the wrong price. April, a cashier at this location berated and embarrassed me after I asked for a refund for a sale item that did not ring up properly. I told April repeated I did not need an why explanation for the error only a proper refund. April is typical of someone with a little power using it to complicate the lives and time of those in the bipoc community.
