Favorite location for Trader Joe's.. I understand the parking situation way more here than other Trader Joe's.. I love the flower selection they have here.. I never really have a difficult time finding things in stock and they are extraordinary when it comes to calling them for stock checks. Roughly 85-90% of the staff I have ever met here have been exceptionally great to be around. I used to bond with one of the girls back in my early 20s when I started coming here in the late 2000s. I know that it's probably an extrovert part of me, but the people who work here are oddly therapeutic to talk to and they make the day easier with their questions. It feels like a family whenever I talk to anyone working the cash register. I love the quality of everything at Trader Joe's. I even use their skincare. Highly recommended and comparable to large brand names for cheaper prices. I don't know how Trader Joe's always knows how to get with the times, but they do a good job most of the time getting down flavors/vibes. The ambiance is easy to navigate, very straightforward layout. I highly suggest going before lunch time/after school rush. Don't be surprised if you meet your soulmate at Trader Joe's! The bright lights and flowing conversations make it easy to talk to randoms. Please invite me if you do meet your soulmate at this one. Went early to get my shopping done and encountered a line where I was all the way at the European wax center. Waited in line and when I was about 15 people from the front an employee called out "if you're a regular shopper and not here for the bag, come in". Awesome, wish I'd had known that before waiting in line all that time. I go inside to do my shopping, and my reusable shopping bag quickly gets full. I wanted to buy more things, so I ask the girl if I could please grab a bag they were selling. She literally snaps at me "No, you have to wait in line". I decide to just go pay for the things I have and leave. It was about 5 minutes after I had the rude interaction with the associate that I had paid and was leaving the store. There was no line and plenty of the reusable bags left. I'm just a shopper that wanted to buy more groceries. Lame. Maybe just sell stuff online if you want actual customers and not resellers clogging up your stores. read more

I absolutely love Trader Joe's! They have lots of wonderful products decently priced. One of my personal favs are their flowers. I don't think there's been a time that I didn't walk out with some sort of beautiful arrangement. This store didn't have a large assortment of flowers like others I've been to but still had several options. Parking at this store could be a bit of a disaster and I noticed the parking lot had no cart return (or atleast I didn't see any) so we chose to carry our bags out to the car. Either way it was a great experience. The store is clean, well stocked and their employees are friendly. What more could you ask for?! read more

This Trader Joe's has the best parking situation. Don't get me wrong, it could still be a headache sometimes. Just try not to come during rush hour or avoid weekends if possible. It's a good size Trader Joe's. My favorite part about this location is the plaza it's in, plenty of shops and restaurants to try nearby. But being next to a TJMaxx? Dangerous! Lol. Been to several TJs across town, this place is always stocked on all the goods and every register always seems to be open (lines go fairly quickly) at any given day of the week. Parking is tricky due to location but traffic is usually moving along. I've enjoyed going to Trader Joe's many of times and like any other Trader Joe's I visit the parking experience is not enjoyable. This place was no exception. But as I entered the parking lot I could see it was going to be a busy and frustrating parking experience if I wanted a close parking spot. I opted to park away from the chaos. The store was busy but shelves were stocked and employees walked the floor trying to quickly empty their carts on to the shelves. Store is clean and well stocked the weekend I visited. I had to ask a couple of times for assistance and was kindly assisted. All lines were going and made it a nice flow. The cashier and bagger were very friendly. On my visit here I got to try something new from the fruit area. Golden Berries.... They are the size of fresh cranberries but the color of a orange bell pepper. It was like a sweet and tart fruit. My camping buddies loved them. I also purchased the Trader Joe's whiskey which I found to be tasty and smooth. They had about 5 or 6 whiskey's to choose from. This place was about 15 minutes from the campground (Sweetwater Regional Park), so if you're ever in need to make a grocery stop. read more

What I like about this location are the neighboring stores allow you to do you one stop shop with other items on your list. Good size parking lot but limited exits. Trader Joe's has been a part of my weekly routine for many many years now and easily become one of my go-to grocery stores for staples needed in my fridge, pantry, and seasoning drawer at all times! I often come not only for my weekly groceries but for fresh new flowers! They have a variety of flowers where you can make your own bouquet or pick up a bouquet that's already assorted. Some of my TJs favorites, just to name a few: overnight chia oats Chicken sausage & egg breakfast burrito Shawarma chicken thighs Chicken soup dumplings Ube mochi pancakes Hash browns Scallion pancakes Any of their salads!! (You can't go wrong here) When checking out, I always have nice conversation with cashiers. They often tell me recommendations on what to try for my following grocery run. Me and the wife like coming here and also to the other locations. They have a great indoor farmer market feel atmosphere and the employees are always positive (especially during this quarantine time). Parking is vast since it's in a shopping center and there's so many other businesses around. The business is located in a nice and clean area and you will never usually not see foot traffic here. You usually can find everything you are looking for at Trader Joe's. From flowers, fresh produce, canned goods, to various wines and beers. This place has it all. The price is decent and they of course have a variety of their brand products that are usually delicious! One of my favorite specialty grocery stores because of three things: affordability, friendliness of staff, and unique products. The store is always stocked and clean with a plethora of flowers that are fresh and affordable. I also love their spices because they are organic and only 2.99! Their selection of cheeses is impressive to allow you to make an amazing charcuterie board. I especially like some of their products that you can't find anywhere else. For instance, their Ube pretzels are soo good! I happened to snatch a bag (sadly only one per person) and I went back the next day and they're all gone :(. Anything ube usually sells out so I was lucky get even one bag. They always have several registers open and are cognizant when the lines are getting busy. read more

The only reason I even go to Vons is for long grain rice. But TJ's is our main store. Best wine prices, same with alcohol, but off to BevMo for the good high end stuff. read more

Great store! Friendly workers, reasonable prices, and best location by far. I always enjoy coming here, especially around the holidays when they have a variety of seasonal items. I like the layout of the store and appreciate how easy it is to find things. Out of the many times I've come to shop I've never had a bad experience. I like that they have plants and flowers at the entrance. It's not only pleasing and welcoming, it makes me smile and I have no other option than to stop and smell the roses. TJ's has pretty much everything. Fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, snacks, chips, breads, nuts, frozen items and meals, cereal, juice, coffee, beers, liquor, wines, desserts, seasonings, and all kinds of treats and assortments you don't typically find at a grocery store. The store is always clean and items are well stocked here. The only downfall with this being a great store is that it gets busy. Parking gets crowded and if you don't come early there is always a line to enter. With Covid restrictions, there tends to be a long line to enter on the weekends. But other than that, I have nothing negative to say. read more

This Trader Joe's location has been on my list of places to review for some time now. Since I moved to the area a few years ago, I go to this Trader Joe's at least once a week if not more. Whether it is to pick up a gallon of milk or to try their list of new items, they are always well stocked and organized. I have to commend their them for their efforts during the peak of the pandemic in 2020. They remained open when we needed them the most, managed their patrons effortlessly while adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols. They made shopping for groceries easy and my favorite Trader Joe's items were always available. BRAVO!!!!! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I love shopping at Trader Joe's and find myself here almost every weekend for items needed to meal prep for the week. There is plenty of parking here unlike the Mission Valley and Hillcrest location. The bathrooms are clean and the workers are awesome. They usually give my son stickers when we're at check out. Items I usually buy: Brussels Sprouts Cheese pizza made with cauliflower crust Orange chicken Cauliflower rice Cauliflower rice with veggies Nut butter (made with all nuts except peanuts) Frozen dark chocolate covered strawberries Pita chips Hummus Good quality items at a decent price. This is your Toy's R Us grocery store for adults. Everyone is so friendly! You can tell they enjoy being there. That speaks of the management. They're products are spot on. They sell amazing snacks, produce, meats and cheese. They literally have cheese experts.... beware because you'll fall into the cheese trap like a mouse with its cheese. So delicious . I'm willing to update my review if the following changes are made: produce. This place is clean, organized, well maintained, professional and kind staff, service is fast and respective. I love this place, but the produce for the past 4 months has been an absolute disaster!!!!!! I am so exhausted from checking all the bags of salad, boxes of salad and veggies in bundles among everything to make sure it's not old and gross! the shelf life says it will be expired later, but it expires way too soon. I'm sad. This is a waste of food, time and your guys money because yes you refund me, but you guys are missing out on business and that's awful. I love Trader Joe's but I need you guys to figure out and out a stop to the poor produce. I reallllly don't want to go anywhere else to shop, but if I have to please believe I won't come back because I like fresh, healthy and vibrant produce over anything. Still a regular at Trader Joe's. Aside from the produce and dairy.. I also like coming here for some of their frozen items. I'm a busy mom, so their orange chicken for $4.99 is an awesome quick go to meal for the kids. I usually also make TJ frozen gyozas to go with it. Another item I like getting is their frozen individual size pizzas, which is another option for a quick lunch for the kids. They also have frozen steel cut oats!! After heating in the microwave, it comes out perfectly! The carton of 1 dozen eggs is always a good deal, priced around $1.19-1.39... 1 lb butter is also cheaper here. As always, there's a ton of friendly employees around to help answer any questions. Very clean. And a fair amount of parking, although it can get busy combined with the other surrounding businesses. My favorite time to stop by is on the mornings just after opening. read more

Let's get the worst out of the way... the parking here is terrible. And not just normal TJ parking lot terrible... like actually insane. This is not my normal Trader Joe's but we've moved so this is the closest one now, which is still a good 25 min away. I haven't loved this one because they often have different stock than our normal ones and are out of stuff and I just don't love change. Also, the employees have been like vaguely friendly vs normal TJ over the top friendly. However ... had the absolute pleasure ::eye roll:: of taking my 1.5 yr old grocery shopping with me the other day and of course she insisted on bringing her mini Target shopping cart. Which she proceeded to insist on filling with an open carton of strawberries which of course she knocked all over the floor... twice. Then laid on the floor and screamed until a new one appeared. The employees were super understanding and switched out our containers. Then she spilled her sample .. by the time I got to the trash with the cereal pieces I had collected from the floor, the sample employee already had a new sample waiting for us, like a TJ psychic. Tiny demon began to further meltdown with some super convenient floor laying and some very calming temper tantrum screaming and everyone was super nice and chill about it. They brought over stickers and lollipops and all the bribes. It was super nice. Has changed my view on this location! read more
