I waited in the long line, got back up to the counter, and the next associate immediately told me that I actually did not need to wait in line at all for a Happy Return. The previous employee then said, "Oh, that's my fault," but honestly, if she had asked one clarifying question or explained the process, I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting unnecessarily. Everyone is busy, I completely understand that -- but a little clarification and customer service would have helped a lot.
