Will not be returning to this one again. 7:00pm dropped off prescription, was told to return at 8:30. When I returned at 8:35pm they said they couldn't find it. They said to come back in 15 minutes. When I returned 15 minutes later they said they are filling it and said to come back in 15 minutes. I'm currently back (15 minutes later as they requested) and I'm still waiting. Don't use the pharmacy! I went to the drive up and the line was not that long. 2 cars where on the inside window so I drove up to the outside one. I literally sat at the window for 20 min before the lady got my name and what I was picking up just to take 10 more minutes to figure out what to tell me about them loosing my daughters prescriptions that was supposedly already filled and ready with the other 1. So they lost 3 out 4 prescriptions. Then told me I needed to get out of line and walk in because they have to see if they have the medicine to remake them.... what a joke. Not to mention waking my sick 1 year old daughter up to get her out of the car seat to go Inside to get her medicine. If u could give less than 1 star I would! read more

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY! They are incompetent poorly managed. Picked up a prescription they did not provide the entire prescription. Put it in a paper bag! Mother in law went to pick up the prescription that was reordered. Manager stated she picked it up and she walked away with nothing..spoke to someone else and they want to review cameras. Review cameras on employees and why are they putting prescription in paper bags. What are we going to do with 120 pills of anti phosphorus. Something shady is going on here and why are we arguing over this when my uncle needs his phosphorus for his blood disorder. That we have been trying to fill for two weeks! He is going to end up in the hospital because this place cannot get it together. Will be reporting to BBB to investigate if they do not resolve ASAP!!!!!! Sending prescription to another pharmacy and will have dialysis center deal with these incompetent people. read more

Love Walgreens. So you pay a little more for little items, the are ALWAYS nicer, more helpful, Dona is the person I go to when I nd real help. Managers don't just walk by you like the are being chased by a pitbull like Walmart.. I've went SHOPPING in this store many times. No I couldn't get veggie and fruit etc..but for a weekend visit from family or a game, they have exactly what you need. Lines are always small as well. They are VERY GS about opening a cashier if the more than 5 ppl. Kudos to the managers on that and their team work. The seem like they are happy at least at the times I've been in there. Was told by the woman in the pharmacy that I had to pay cash for my prescriptions because I didn't have insurance. I could not use a debit card or credit card according to her, only cash. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no one was available. I needed the medication immediately for my son because he couldn't breathe. This can't be proper procedures. read more

I've been to many walgreens before but this one by far is the worst pharmacy wise. They are super rude and are not compassionate at all. My husband had just had hand surgery and was in extreme pain and rather than putting it as an immediate they made us wait 50 minutes. A few weeks later he had teeth pulled ( not his best month) and again it was 50 minutes. They claimed they were busy yet as I waited no one came to the desk or drive thru. They found it more important to talk about planning the pharmacists husband's birthday party. I understand that there were others in front of us however when someone is in extreme pain I would prioritize. Overall I am very disappointed in this walgreens pharmacy. I will now drive 20 minutes out of my way to another location where the customer service actually exists. read more

By far the best Walgreens I have ever visited. The pharmacy is very personal and they remember who you are! The cashiers take the liberty to scan coupons for you which is great because I don't have time to go through them. Very clean, fast, and professional! read more

I can't say enough good about the pharmacy in this store. Yes, I've waited a tiny bit of time when it was really busy but any time I have needed my RX right away I've only waited 30 mins. I think that is a very reasonable time. I've had many comparisons from different big named pharmacy's. These ladies are also very kind and they gt a lot of abuse from customers freaking out for their meds. You know the kind. They also auto-fill my prescriptions at the exact time they need refill and always auto call when my stuff is ready to be picked up. The easiest place I've ever used. This can be a stressful thing for those of us who live with chronic pain and I appreciate not having any hassles to add to my day. read more

I love shopping at Walgreens, I get all my detergents, fabric softners storage bags disposable utensils. If you are a good coupon collector they always have the best weekly ciuoons and if get at it you ll find the best prices. Im in there so often the employeee know me. By far, the absolute WORST Walgreen's I have ever used. I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for ten years now, but this location has made me re-evaluate that. Karyn (the pharmacist) has refused to fill VALID prescriptions for me on two separate occasions now. She has been rude, hung up the drive thru phone while I was speaking with her, and walked away. She has refused to get the manager so I could complain about her. She also lied to her manager about her "reason" for refusing to fill the scripts and then later admitted she lied when I told the manager to check their own security footage and that I also had I recorded on my phone. Her excuse for lying and not filling my valid prescriptions the first time was that she was "having a bad day." I was her first customer of the day that day. After contacting her regional manager, I was told the situation would be taken care of. Just went through a similar situation with her this past Sunday. And guess what? BOTH times my prescriptions were VALID, and were filled by another Walgreens location. It is just some kind of personal problem she has with not wanting to fill patient's valid prescriptions that they need! read more
