Rodolfo was a great host, truly enjoyed everything about this place!! The good, the drinks, and literally everything was great.

Wagamama was really good! Lots of tasty ramens and noodle dishes to choose from. My favorite was the pork belly and apple bao. I'd never had that combination in a bao before and it was delicious. There was a generous serving of pork in each one and a very thick slice of apple wrapped in a pillowy bao bun. read more

Being from the west coast, I've never heard of wagamama before but this place didn't disappoint! I was very excited to try some ramen on a cold Boston day and came in just for that. Got the chicken ramen and it was pretty solid. Our party also got the beef bowl which was pretty decent. They have a nice beer selection as well! read more

Rodolfo was our server and his service was incredible. The food came out very quickly. Recommend the curry katsu

Always great with the kids that have lots of requests- Rodolfo was fantastic. We love the crew here.

Ramen was awesome! Rodolfo was our server, and he was so enthusiastic and kind! The ambiance was also very warm and very needed on a winters day! read more

Rodolpho was FABULOUS! He and the entire staff made my birthday feel so special :) we will be back soon!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. I'm glad they're open at these covid times, properly social distance applied. We got there and it took us a while to be seated but that's just the way it is at these times. To start us off I got this very good tangy pineapple cocktail, it mike not be for everyone but I like sweet. Then we ordered Steak Bao and this very crispy and crunchy Calamari with a spicy sauce that, I believe was the highlight light of the evening. Then I had me a ginger chicken noodle, I've seen so thick of a noodle, it was ok I guess, I can tell is top notch quality but just not quite my taste. Overall I would recommend this restaurant at the Prudential Center. read more

Not the wagamama that I knew in the UK. The ginger chicken noodles were alright but it just seemed pretty mediocre and overpriced here.

Great food and experience. MARILIN WAS GREAT. I got the tantanmen ramen and it was very tasty. Good food

Great service and food from this location!! Kaasim, the manager and his staff were amazing. Edgar, our waiter, was attentive to our dining needs. read more

I loved wagamama from the UK and was excited to see it in Boston. My brother and I went after we did some shopping. I already knew what I was going to order the shrimp firecracker my fav. It was just as I remembered it tasting . Spicy and a burst of flavour. One downfall is the high prices which my brother mentioned. But I always remembered wagamama to be a big pricier. read more

This place is great if you want to try something new, staff is friendly, good service, clean environment, but not the best Ramen I've try, I felt like it could of use more spices and the wings could of been cook a bit longer. May be that's how it's supposed to be cook a bit of med well on the wings? Not sure...overall a good experience read more

Very good. Got the Vegan bowl with udon noodles. Slightly spicy. Soup itself was tasty. Noodles were nice, thick and perfectly cooked. Friend got chicken bowl. He said it could be spicier. They did bring Spivey sauce to add in. Definitely going back. read more

Nice ramen place inside a mall! Much better than the other places nearby. There's also good non ramen dishes here. read more

Wow! The food was totally yummy (Raisukaree and the chili chicken ramen). IMO, the ramen was too spicy so they were kind enough to give us some extra broth. But turns out, we didn't know what we were doing and added so much broth that it became bland. At that point, our server was kind enough to bring out some soy sauce and chili oil to add flavor back to the ramen. So in all, the service was stellar!! We were checked on multiple times and made to feel so comfortable. read more

Worst gyoza I've ever had in my life. This is coming from a Japanese person who thought to give Americans a second try yet I was truly disappointed in wagamama. The filling was bland, just a taste of pork no seasonings and the gyoza was not cooked thoroughly on the bottom. Our server was rude and our experience felt rushed. Terrible. read more

My go-to for lunch and dinner. I work in the mall and we have a bunch of restaurants to choose from but Wagamama will always be my choice for great food! The staff are very friendly! The manager Fran is very nice and welcoming and is always recommending great dishes for me to try and I've never been disappointed. I fully recommend you check this place out!! read more

I had the Crispy Tofu Thai coconut curry, it was absolutely the best. Absolute best service, everyone was very attentive and they explained everything how the menu works etc. When u order vegetarian raman noodle dishes, they give u gluten free noodles, make sure you ask for Regular noodles if u want , the menu dosen't say that it comes with gluten free noodles. It was a good experience. The Thai coconut curry dish was absolutely divine. read more

This post is all about about dynamite service from my server and a new hire. I usually don't do posts like these but I am big on good service. My server Rebecca was amazing. The amount of patience on a busy Sunday was so respectful!! She let me breathe she brought me wine she give me good recommendations on my wine. She also brought me extra spicy sauce noting that I love spicy food because I told her that in random conversation. She's an ideal waitress she knows how to do her job well. Cheers to humble friendly and hard-working employees kudos to you - Rebecca. A new hire also helped me, it was Allysons first day and I just met her and she is so humble/ hardworking they make an amazing combo both her and Rebeccca. Allyson tried to fix my broken spice shaker, tested, trouble shooted and got me a new one upon realize it was empty. I appreciate the time and service! One star off for the food I wasn't too thrilled about my beef rib noodle soup...why so sweet! Despite picking the spiciest broth :( the meat is cooked to perfection though! read more

The inside environment, dinning area, and staff were great, however, the food and quality of it was questionable to me. My food came out very cold and I was not sure if it was made recently! I asked for a replacement dish to be made which they were ok with it. But the second dish wasn't any better than the first one. The meat was still chewy and noodles were reheated. The sweet topping sauce was missing and red peppers were added while that's not part of the recipe ( I specifically asked if there is any pepper in this dish and I was told no). Considering all that trouble I would still give them a 2/5 but I went for 1/5 because I also got a very bad stomachache not too long after having less than half of that meal. read more

I would like to react to the good service I received from the waiter stiven, his attention and concern when it came to attending me was exceptional and I have no complaints. On the other hand, emphasize the service that the manager Bibiana helped him give, once again Thank you for the great service!! read more

There is a long wait here due to the inefficient staff and host team. I've never seen a que like this at any other Wagamama in the world or UK. Lots of empty tables but still a 20 min wait. Terrible management. One star bonus for awesome waitress Salem. read more
