This is a long review but I am so upset!!! Went here last night with my husband and our 2 kids when we arrived we got greeted and seated at our usual table put in the order for the drinks and as my husband and I are talking there was this man raising his voice to some customers, saying that the owner is his brother and who do they think he is going to believe, them or his brother and proceeded to say if his brother (THE OWNER) does mention something to him he will tell him (THE OWNER) to "shut the f*** up" at this point the man is still cursing at the customers and we see our son looking over, our son is only 2 years old and is at the stage where he repeats everything so my husband asks the man if he can stop cursing because our kids are here. Then the man walks away and my husband and I just go on about and enjoy the rest of our dinner, but as we are eating we notice the man (the owners brother) staring at us the WHOLE TIME but we just continued and once we finished and paid I start heading out with my 2 year old son and the man starts staring and pointing at us as if he was targeting us to where it was obvious my husband saw and told us lets go so as we get to our car and start putting are son and 3 month old in the car the owners brother follows us out with his family holding him back then starts causing an altercation with my husband asking if he has a problem, and my husband obviously trying to defend and protect us from this idiot who might try to do something to our family the man also proceeds to tell us as well that his brother (the owner) will not saying anything or he will tell him to "shut the f*** up". While this is happening the servers come out to defend us which we appreciate very much, I ended up calling the cops and the mans family literally ran from the scene, I let the police know the situation and my husband and I got in the car and took our kids home (police were aware and let us know they will handle the situation so no worries for us leaving). Apparently this man is always causing problems at the restaurant from what the employees let us know, it's a shame the owner lets this happen often, we were regulars and we drive all the way from lancaster to eat here, the servers are like family to us but unfortunately, after this and for the safety of our children we will not be going back!!! read more

I don't normally leave reviews anywhere I go, simply because I've worked in the restaurant industry and I know that working in the food industry can be overwhelming sometimes. However my girlfriend and myself went into this establishment around 3:30pm, I was surprised that nobody was in the restaurant. I thought it was probably because it was raining out. But honestly after eating here I can understand why it was empty inside. First red flag was the flies buzzing around the tables. Next was our food. My girlfriend and myself ordered a 6 piece hot wings each, about 15 - 20 mins later we got our food and they were cold, and then for our entree's I got a build your own pizza, and my girl got a western bacon hamburger. For the hamburger, the bread was burnt and the onion rings were undercooked. The pizza was flavorless and the dough looked like one of those store bought "pop in the oven" type Pizzas. Honestly I much rather of had one of those. And then there was the service, keep in mind we were the only table in the entire restaurant. The lady who served us was nice and polite, however the service was lacking for sure. She spent most of her time talking to another employee rather then checking on us. Now I'm not sure if I'm the only one who feels this way, but if I have to get up to ask for a refill on my drink then we have a problem! I didn't do that, however I was very close. I ended up telling our server that we weren't satisfied with our experience and told her that I more then likely would never eat here again. She apologized and said that she would ring us up under a discount. We got our check and honestly I was pissed. The discount was a whole 2$ and some change. The order came out to about 46$ and some change. Overall it was a terrible experience and I will not be going back. This was our first time ever eating here, and it was a huge disappointment. We decided to go see the Mexico game there because they have a big banner outside promoting fifa. Well they were understaffed and disorganized. We walked in and waited to be seated for 30mins mind you we seen they were buried in people at the bar so we waiting patiently. We finally asked when we were going to get seated the bartender said seat yourself so we did. We had to find out own menus and flag down a server to get waters after 20mins of waiting. This review can go really bad but the complaint is that they were seriously understaffed and the pizza and wings were horrible. Dont post a banner that your showing the game and your not ready for the volume. The place is wonderful to go and see these types of games etc but waiting over a hr to get food on the table cus your not ready is not acceptable . We will be back because once again its a great place to sit back have food and watch sports but you need to be staffed if your gonna promote certain sports events. This is our second visit since it's soft opening, and we are falling more in love with this new east side establishment. The servers are friendly, the food is great, and best of all it's a restaurant five minutes from home. We've had the chicken and waffles, the waffles with Nutella and banana, and the carne asada pizza. My toddler loves the Mac and cheese, and hubby LOVES the fries. Everything was delicious and the perfect temp. Best of all...kids eat free with paid adult entree M-TH after 4pm. Woohoo! Can't wait to come back. Food was amazing! Had the Patty melt... Great choice! Patty melt and fries $9.99.. My honey had the Western bacon cheese burger... Amazingggg!! Same price!! He loved every bite!! Our waitress was a bit bland considering it was 8pm on a Tuesday night I think she was probably just ready to go home..I don't blame her I guess, but she could've cracked one smile, just one!! Overall great experience, we were so upset to find we missed happy hour by 2 minutes, lol... Still a great experience.. highly recommend! read more

I tried the Waffle Kitchen on Monday evening and I had the best burger that I have ever had in my life..This place has changed so many times, but I really loved the service I received from Tiffany. I was having a bad day and she made me feel so much better.She was very upbeat, positive and went out of her way to make sure my meal was perfect! This is a great place with awesome staff!! I went with my mother the day before yesterday to try this place out, as I saw it on my way home from work one day. The food was good, it's got a diner feel to it. I had the chicken club and my mother had a Southwest salad I think. We were both very satisfied with our food. We had Travis, cool dude. He was on top of everything. Every time I come here they make it feel like home. Especially the waitress by the name of Jasmine. She kept us stocked with refills and always asked if we needed anything. There wasn't a point during my meal where I had to ask where my waitress was or wonder if my food was coming anytime soon. This place has very good breakfast. I love the waffles and bacon on the side! The only thing I hate is when I took my girlfriend to get some food and the waitress was very rude. Never came back to refill our drinks and when I would ask she would say "hold on". But the food is good.. my favorite being the waffles! read more

Newer Restaurant went there for breakfast and it's wonderful, clean the food was outstanding the service fast and friendly.
