At every turn the figures adorn every place. It's great! Did you watch the Jetsons? You can find those episodes here with all the characters. Just cannot put a price on the "good old days feelings. Now this was a sit down diner that had been here in the same spot for over thirty years. It's still prepared the same way. Now the food presented is the best of all. Remember when we went to school as a young child. Mama made lunch and put your drink in a thermos and the rest in a metal lunch box. That's the way your food is served . The perceived point is the follow up. Your past experiences and days are in front of you the individual. You have the ability to see yourself and make new meaningful connections along side that you can share them with. Thank you to the married ladies and will be back again. It's counter service with plenty of seating, a huge variety on the menu, plus daily and seasonal specials. The atmosphere is what really makes this place stand out. It has a fun, laid-back retro vibe, and the outdoor patio is AMAZING! There are umbrella-covered tables, horse statues, a Ronald McDonald, a huge water fountain, a couple of TVs, and funky music playing in the background. It's quirky, relaxed, and just plain fun. And the food did not disappoint! The bacon was thick and delicious, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the pancakes were fluffy with just a hint of vanilla--so good! This cafe is located on Wall Street in the heart of downtown Jeffersonville, my new home. It's the local cafe where Bob still works and makes his signature dishes just like mom did. Ok, this is a must visit. It's located on Wall Street, and it's on street parking. Sometimes you will have to wait to even eat here. It's worth it. The best of Jeff. And the menu is very simple and easy. All of the best foods all in one place. Now that you know what to eat, the menu sits in front of you. The default cheese on the burger was American but I was able to get mine with Provolone. You can also get Pepper Jack or Swiss. My burger was excellent, made with quality meat. The seasoned fries were very good with a definite note of garlic. The size of the fries order is plenty petite though. Shake flavors are limited to chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. I ordered a chocolate shake and it was pleasantly thick and tasty. We also got some oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies to take home. They were of the most and chewy varietal (I prefer crispy) but were still good. Burger Boy has a digital station that allows you to select music to be played in the restaurant. I do need to point out that the price for a single patty burger was well over $10 so prices are high. But sure, if I was in the neighborhood and was craving a burger, I'd come back.
