His presence was noticeable, and he gave the impression of someone who takes pride in his work and understands what good management looks like. The order taker seemed rushed and was coughing, which made me wonder if she was unwell. The girl who took my payment was polite. The staff seem young, so be patient and treat them kindly. Through the window, you could see many staff members walking around, playing on their phones, touching their faces, and rubbing their mouths. That needs to be corrected. They need to wash their hands and lay off everything. Don't touch their faces; don't touch their phones. When they get a break, they can do all those things and then wash their hands. At the second window, we waited a while before a young man handed me a bag and asked, "Did you order this?" I replied, "I'm not sure, what is it?" He read my ticket, then I drove home to eat. The cheese curds were excellent and were the highlight of the meal. I went mainly for the burger, a smash burger with very thin, pressed meat. The outside was overcooked and crisp, while the grayish inside lacked flavor. It came with pickles, onions, and mustard; I asked for no onions. The long, thin pickles were delicious and complemented the burger, though they were thicker than the patty. There was so much mustard that it overwhelmed everything. I hope this was a one-off and will try again in a few days, but so far, I'm unimpressed with the burger.

They aren't bad for a chain but I'm a local pizzeria supporter mainly. But in a pinch papa John's will do This particular location is a bit further out on wait times and delivery times. But they are upfront and pretty accurate on times quoted. I haven't really had any issues of them making errors on our pizza so that's nice. It will come very like warm a lot. Maybe I'm at the tail end of there loop and that accounts for the long wait and mediocre temperatures? Overall, a typical papa John's. Solid pizza and event service. Pricing hit and miss and can be good sometimes if you get the right coupon or deal.

My wife had asked for a side of the mole sauce. My grandson was served his meal AND an extra plate of Chicken Mole. We all looked at each other like why did he get extra chicken mole. My wife received her Fajita, but no side of the mole sauce. Do you see where this is going? My grandson loved the Chicken Mole. My wife said the Chicken Fajita was bland with no seasonings. She did not like the Fajita. My Tlayuda was huge. However the base was a huge flour tortilla and it was grilled to the point it was like a piece of leather. You couldn't cut it nor chew it. It was terrible. IMO the Tlayuda is not worth $17. I would not order it again. My Michalada was good. So I get my check. My wife's Fajita was not on special we were charged the regular $10.99. The extra plate of Chicken Mole, which was supposed to be a small side bowl of mole sauce was charged as another meal. I did not challenge their misunderstanding of what we wanted because my grandson ate all of it. All in all, we would not reorder most of our meal. This restaurant charges a 4% surcharge for using a credit card, so I took cash to avoid the 4%. When I got my change it was a $5 bill with 14 one dollar bills. The server apologized and said that's all they had. If they're going to charge for using credit cards, they should have cash on hand to make change.
