My mimi loves a Waffle House waffle!

It is what it is! Predictable & the expectation for food is consistently reached. I'd like to give more stars, but the morning I was in to dine, there were 8 plus people working on staff & it took forever to have a table cleared-- in fact, we sat down as no one acknowledged us just standing there, and when we did sit finally someone yelled we could not sit until the table was cleaned. Ordinarily, I'd be okay and mildly put off, but having my elderly 96 year old grandmother just stand around was a challenge.

When I walked in the door, they have a waiting area with benches. Make sure to get your name added to the list and get a pager first though. The diner attracts many regulars, and knows them by name, and the regulars know each other, too. I liked the community vibe. It didn't take long for a table to become available, and I was seated and my drink order taken. I went with the Tuesday special of beef tips and rice, and selected deviled eggs and baked apples for my sides. I got some Hush Puppies too. I was intrigued by the chicken pastry special and ordered that to go with sides of mashed potatoes and zucchini. The chicken pastry is similar to chicken and dumplings. It was well packaged so nothing spilled on my drive home. I was amazed that the items were still hot when I got home. I wish I lived closer to dine here more often, but it is a treat to dine here for the delicious Southern food and great service.

The drink menu is huge, and it's clearly geared more toward flavored latte lovers than coffee purists. If you like creative, dessert-style drinks, you'll have plenty to choose from. Drinks: I ordered a cortado, but it came out more like a breve. Not a big deal, but not quite what I was expecting. I also tried The Alchemist -- an iced latte with white chocolate, English toffee, and raspberry. It was enjoyable, but definitely flavor-forward, with the syrups taking center stage more than the espresso. Food: This is where the place really shines. I ordered the chicken biscuit with Sriracha hot honey, and it was excellent. Crispy chicken, a great biscuit, and the sweet heat from the sauce tied everything together perfectly. Overall: If you're looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot with lots of fun drink options, No Filter is a solid choice. If you're hunting for a specialty coffee experience focused on the coffee itself, this probably isn't the destination -- but the food alone makes it worth the stop.

Friendly service and really great food! My husband had the Why-Yu Ugly Burger and he said it was cooked to perfection, not over cooked or under cooked, with tons of flavor! So we pulled off, took out the trusty Yelp app, and this place popped up. Pulling it, it was clear that they were popular and busy. We went in and there was a wait, about 15 minutes. We decided to hang around instead of worrying about "making good time" and are glad we did. Once we got a seat, we received great service. Our server always kept our drink full, and checked on us just enough. We never felt like we were searching for her. Looking at the menu, I was surprised to see that the prices were not unreasonable, even though it's a very trendy place. in fact, they had a $10ish lunch menu available with a few selections that even included a drink. I was more in a lunch mood so I went that direction, and got a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Food came out hot and in a reasonable time even with a full restaurant, so this is a well oiled machine. For the price, I was pretty impressed. I would say the sandwich was about the size of your average CFA chicken sandwich, but had a bold buffalo flavor that I liked a lot. They didn't skimp on the fries, and the ranch complemented it perfectly. We finished up and our server was on top of things getting us the check, so really we still made "good time" on our drive to the coast. I would recommend Brunches to travelers and locals alike!

There's plenty of seating, and the menu offers a lot more than just coffee -- with options ranging from craft coffee to beer and wine. I ordered a cortado, which was exactly the late-afternoon pick-me-up I needed. I had to take it to go (never the ideal way to enjoy a cortado), but it was still well prepared and nicely balanced. I also tried one of their seasonal drinks, the Bee Stings Latte -- an iced latte with honey, ginger, turmeric, and a little cayenne kick. It was a really unique combination and surprisingly refreshing. The spice and honey gave it a comforting, almost restorative feel -- the kind of drink that would be perfect if you're feeling a little under the weather or dealing with sore joints. My wife ordered the Raspberry Beret, an iced matcha with raspberry purée and white chocolate. Her verdict: the best matcha she's ever had. Between the creative drinks, solid coffee, and laid-back atmosphere, Full Bloom is a great spot in Garner whether you're settling in for a while or just grabbing something on the go.

As I mentioned, the place got busy quick so it took a little bit to get our food out to us but no worries because we had our chips and drinks to enjoy. I found the tacos to be amazing and hefty. I am torn about paying $6 for a single taco. That being said, I would pay for these $6 tacos again. Definitely a fun little spot to grab lunch with friends. The steak and chicken tacos were sooo juicy and good that I've been wanting to go back just to get it again. If you try any taco, get the steak. There is also a salsa bar, and the first greenish/white sauce (cilantro crema?) was so good on everything so don't forget to grab a cup or 2. I later had the chicken with rice, beans, and corn and was extremely satisfied. I probably won't eat at another chicken spot other than this now. In addition to great food and good service- the restaurant is so pretty and modern inside. It was surprisingly empty and had so much seating inside and outside.
