I've yet to make a bad to selection at Longhorn. This time around, I had the chicken and ribs combo which was nothing short of delicious with a matching loaded sweet potato coupled with a creamy side of mac n cheese! To wash it all down, I had a dragonfruit margarita to wash it all down after savoring one of my favorite meal combinations!

This was my first time going to LongHorn in years and I had a positive experience. I decided to order the lemon garlic chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and I highly recommend for anyone who doesn't have a big appetite. The salad was just okay. Our waitress was super kind and very fast bringing everything we needed out.

Update from April 27th- Immediately sat down & enjoyed the Parmesan spinach dip for an appetizer with no wait! We both ordered lamb chops & was too full to eat all of it but was seasoned well. The highlight was the Brussel sprouts! Goodness! They were yummy

Went for lunch and had a sirlon steak and loaded. baked potato. The steak was average in both taste and chew. The potato was decent. No waiting to get seated. Server was efficient and friendly. Warm bread was also average.

12/24/24: We stopped by to get a bite to each for lunch. It was our first visit. Unfortunately, the hostess left much to be desired. She was NOT friendly at all. There was no one else waiting & she was near the bar area just lollygagging. She acted like we were interrupting her when she came to thr podium. She didn't speak. She just looked at us and I told her it was 2 of us. She TOLD us to follow her & she took us to our booth. She didn't say anything else. She just walked away. We still looked over the menu when I was already turned off just to give them a chance. We didn't see anything that appetizing to still give them our business. As we walked out, our waiter was walking towards us. He was more friendly and told us to have a Merry Christmas. That is the only reason they are getting 3 stars. I can't speak on food. The service of the hostess ruined our visit. We won't be back.

I went to a Longhorn Steakhouse in Orlando a few months ago. It was pretty good so we decided to try this one tonight, while we were in Raleigh. We used the "Waitlist" function for this restaurant to cut down our wait time. It worked well since this restaurant was pretty busy. I had a nice 6oz Steak that was cooked to perfection (the way I ordered it - Medium Rare) with a Baked Potato and side salad. My son had a New York that he really liked and his girlfriend ordered a Strawberry Pecan Salad (the salad was really large) We had a very attentive server who really looked after us. Overall nice experience with good food!!

The food was delicious. The waitress was ok. If you have not tried the firecracker chicken roll ups you need to. They are awesome

I've been wanting to try Longhorn after I saw the hysteria about the lamb chops. I asked my friend to accompany me since she had never been also. I went online to see about making reservations, they didn't allow but you could join the waitlist and I'm glad I did. The waitlist stated about 15-20 mins, once we arrived they stated about 15 minutes, we went to the bar to have a drink. Our waitress Jazmin was very nice, I could tell she was very busy. We started off with the shrimp and peppers appetizer, it was nice and hot and very good. I opted for the Parmesan crusted lamb chops that come with spinach and mashed potatoes and one other side, I chose broccoli. I was a little thrown off when our server asked if I wanted it soft, asked her to explain. She stated they would steam twice, I said no. I like my broccoli to have some crunch, but it was overcooked. The lamb chops were delicious, a little too much cheese for me but the spinach was the best thing on my plate. My companion ordered the full rack of ribs sauce on the side. The ribs looked as if they could have been placed under the broiler for about ten minutes, they also lacked seasoning. She stated the corn was good, and the baked potato was also good. I will go back to try a steak. The place was very busy for a Monday night, it's a large restaurant, very nice relaxed atmosphere.

Always a good time! No fuss no muss for a quick bite...which turned into being there for over an hour. Service was great. Food was good!! Shrimp were cooked just right! (I abhor overcooked tough shrimp...dont you?) Hubs ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. Mac and cheese was ok...needed a teensy bit more cheese. But overall GOOD EATS!

I had no clue what to expect being a first time patron. My spouse had been here several times and was always raving about how good it was. The stars aligned and we finally made it during a meal time. We came in and ordered and paid at the counter, found our seats, and then waited while our food was being prepared. There's something to see on every wall, and you can tell they know what they're doing with all of the trophies on display that they've won throughout the years. The indoor seating isn't too ample, so don't plan a family reunion, but it can hold a few families at dinner time. There's not a bad meat on the menu. If you're a vegetarian, this is not your new favorite spot. We got their brisket, chicken leg, and smoked turkey. The sauces at the table were tasty, and everyone found a favorite. We were thankful for the ample supply of paper towels, because our littles chowed down and needed to be wiped clean. This Redneck BBQ Lab knows what they're doing. On this particular night, they had too many leftover chicken halves towards the end of the evening, and were selling them half off, so we ate our food, and then got chicken to go for a future meal. Stop in and try it sometime.

If yer like me, n want leftovers for late-night tv watchin', or t'take to work for lunch t'marra, go ahead n order a half pound. I ordered brisket, which was so tender it fell apart on my fork, n sausage, which was already cut in slices for me but dripping juice anyway. (They serve it right here, too, obviously). You git yer choice of their house sawses. Their Grand Champion Sawse, which is a smoky-tangy-sweet, or Competition Sawse, which is "tangy-sweet w/a little heat" (I didn't find it "hot" but I'm used t'eatin' jalapenos) or the North Carolina Sawse, which is yer Tarheel Vinegar style. They're all good, and I et a bit o each, but the Competition Sawse is prolly my fave. The food is very reasonably priced, especially for bbq, and you won't spend n arm n a leg if'n ya eat here. We love their vittles, n plan t'ask 'em about catering our anniversary party t'add a touch o class t'the occasion. Recommend highly!!!

It was dead inside but gradually filled up during my half hour there. The place had a very down home feel, if you know what I mean. My order didn't take particularly long, but the take-out scene seemed more popular than the sit-down. Almost like nobody wanted to wait. I get that. The string beans and cabbage were as routine as possible. Seemingly no different than what you'd find at Cracker Barrel or a Bob Evans. But the hush puppies were some of the best I've ever had. Soft and flavorful on the inside; firm, with a mild crunch on the out. They didn't have the sandwich I wanted so I asked for a bun to make my own. And I did. I went in expecting to mix hearts with gizzards but instead they offered livers. I made due. I won't do that again. The iron flavor is too much. Next time, I'll stick with gizzards. They were good.
