Completely disappointed in this visit! We placed an order for Mango Margaritas long pour. Our waiter, Devonte, returned to the table stating bothered were no shakers or glasses for our drinks. They could be made in regular drink glasses but the amount of beverage may be different. We declined. Order was placed for a spiked lemonade...pure sugar no alcohol the sugar around the rim was excessive. The food once delivered was luke warm to cold. They did offer to warm a few items by microwave and remade 2 of the steaks. It was an extremely rough experience. Several of the patrons around us had the same types of issues and were quite vocal about the experience. To end the dinner our checks were delivered inside of the to go containers. I stopped in last night for dinner after a long drive. My waitress was super friendly and checked in on me often. I decided on the 9oz filet with roasted brussel sprouts, that came with bread and butter and a side salad. The bread was served warm and the salad was fresh. The filet melted in my mouth and was super flavorful. The brussel sprouts were served with a honey butter that was very tasty. All in all, I was very pleased with my meal. read more

Took the nephews for a quick lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were seated almost immediately. Our server was named Sam, and she seemed to be running the whole front section. She was great. Quick and efficient with a smile on her face, which I always appreciate service with a smile . We got the cowboy ribeye, chicken tenders, a cheeseburger and the strawberry salad. We had fries, baked potato and the grilled corn as aides. I ordered the steak medium well, and it was more well done but not a problem. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Sam made sure our beverages were always full. I got a Patròn Dragonfruit margarita which was delightfully delicious . I will definitely go back and ask for Sam's section. Today Longhorn is struggling. My waiter Devante was pleasant. My normal drink is a mango margarita LONG POUR. Welp not today after placing the order Devante kindly informed us that there aren't any glasses or shakers because women take them in their purses. Wow lol. All around us tables were having issues and I felt like I was in a hostile work environment. Now I ordered the outlaw steak with broccoli and brussel sprouts. My steak was flavorful but my entire order was COLD. Another person in my party also had the same issue. Devante did get it rectified thank goodness. She just looked at us and I told her it was 2 of us. She TOLD us to follow her & she took us to our booth. She didn't say anything else. She just walked away. Service was horrible, worse I've had in a very long time. The guy who waited on us shouldn't be waiting tables, had no idea what he was doing. We ordered dinner with an appetizer and drinks. The salads came out first (after 20 minutes), we had nothing to drink. Shouldn't the water that we ordered with our drinks come out within at least 10 minutes. Also, we like to eat our appetizer before the salads come out. The appetizer came out 15 minutes after the salads. Then when we did get our drink order, one of the drinks was wrong. It was one error after another. The restaurant wasn't busy so that wasn't the issue. The meal was a disaster from start to finish. We won't be going back to this location. read more

The service with Lolli was absolutely horrible. It took 10 minutes for her to even greet us. We ate our entire loaf of bread before we got any water. She didn't get the order right. Once she dropped the food we didn't see her for another 35 minutes, so there was no correcting the order at that point we were just ready to leave. I even told her I thought she left the building. Waited another 15 minutes for her to get our card. We've been here plenty of times and the service has never been this bad. Additional training and guidance may be beneficial. read more

I went to a Longhorn Steakhouse in Orlando a few months ago. It was pretty good so we decided to try this one tonight, while we were in Raleigh. We used the "Waitlist" function for this restaurant to cut down our wait time. It worked well since this restaurant was pretty busy. I had a nice 6oz Steak that was cooked to perfection (the way I ordered it - Medium Rare) with a Baked Potato and side salad. My son had a New York that he really liked and his girlfriend ordered a Strawberry Pecan Salad (the salad was really large) We had a very attentive server who really looked after us. I've been wanting to try Longhorn after I saw the hysteria about the lamb chops. I asked my friend to accompany me since she had never been also. I went online to see about making reservations, they didn't allow but you could join the waitlist and I'm glad I did. The waitlist stated about 15-20 mins, once we arrived they stated about 15 minutes, we went to the bar to have a drink. Our waitress Jazmin was very nice, I could tell she was very busy. We started off with the shrimp and peppers appetizer, it was nice and hot and very good. I opted for the Parmesan crusted lamb chops that come with spinach and mashed potatoes and one other side, I chose broccoli. I was a little thrown off when our server asked if I wanted it soft, asked her to explain. She stated they would steam twice, I said no. I like my broccoli to have some crunch, but it was overcooked. The lamb chops were delicious, a little too much cheese for me but the spinach was the best thing on my plate. My companion ordered the full rack of ribs sauce on the side. The ribs looked as if they could have been placed under the broiler for about ten minutes, they also lacked seasoning. She stated the corn was good, and the baked potato was also good. I will go back to try a steak. The place was very busy for a Monday night, it's a large restaurant, very nice relaxed atmosphere. read more

I have eaten at other Longhorn restaurants and had a good experience. As usual, the salad and baked potato were were very good. Unfortunately, the ribeye at this location was hardly edible. i was chewing muscle, not meat. For an expensive piece of beef, it was poor quality. I do not recommend this particular cut. I usually enjoy dining at different Longhorn restaurants. However, this location is the closest to my home. I would rate a 4 star review if my Outlaw Ribeyes were cooked well consistently during each visit. Sometimes the steak is tough and medium well, and sometimes it is cooked well done and is tender. I prefer tender, well done steaks. I also do not like not receiving garlic butter when I ask for it. Most of the time, I have to send my broccoli back to the kitchen because it is too raw, hard, bland, and is not cooked well done per my request. I like to receive garlic butter when I ask for it. Garlic butter pops the potato, broccoli, and steak. I will return again, in hopes of receiving my meal cooked to order. read more

Decided lamb chops were back we should go there for date night & I had a gift card - perfect time to use it! We joined the waitlist (at the time it was a 50 minute wait) and we arrived about 15 minutes later and checked in. We were told it would be about another 45-50 minute wait and if we hadn't joined waitlist it would be hour & fourth five minute wait.. then we had another lady tell us it would be another 30 minutes... this is a repeat problem for them- joining the waitlist means nothing. Luckily we spotted a bar table and snagged that! The manager gave us an appetizer because he remembered us going thru the same issue previously. Little did we know the appetizer was going to be the best part of the meal! The chicken and shrimp skewers looked absolutely delicious, but when you flip it over it was burnt - all of it! So we sent it back and it took about 20 minutes for it to come back out at that point we were just ready to go so we had it boxed up. The lamb chops didn't have a lot of flavor and 2 of the four were burned also and it just remained on the plate and they just looked at it and didn't bother to ask to replace it or anything. Also, there were 2 nice size lamb chops cooked well - the two that were burned looked like it should have been one and they cut it in half. The mashed potatoes were good and plentiful, however the spinach was literally a teaspoon full & I asked where was the rest of it? Our server said that's how it comes out, but I'll see can I find you some and he brought me a little sauce cup stuffed with spinach and it was cold... the lamb chop sauce was absolutely horrible - it tasted like straight garlic! Needless to say nothing about this visit to Longhorn was delightful! We didn't even get to eat anything together except for the shrimp and it was date night! They decided to take of the chicken and shrimp and the appetizer was a given so I ended up paying for the horrible lamb chop dinner and our drinks. There is adequate parking for the guests and it is an average priced restaurant $20-$35 per person. I will be very mindful about the times I visit this restaurant IF I go back to this location again. My girls and I were celebrating two birthdays. We hadn't seen each other in a while, so we were excited about dinner and the birthday celebrants. We ordered drinks and dinner. We also ordered sides. There lies the problem. Our waiter Van was excellent, he asked for our orders and " what sides?" He didn't inform us that several sides are premium, and there was an upcharge. So, Brussel sprouts and street corn are an upcharge. When we asked for the manager to discuss the upcharge, he said it was on the menu, while he was right, honestly, who reads the writing under the menu items. You would think Kenny, the manager, would have been kind enough to delete the upcharges. Thanks Kenny. Customer service is free. It's really the principal of the thing Kenny. They seat us at two separate tables, and asked we sit at tables assigned to tickets.... Never said at the host station that the could no accommodate a petty that size at one table. We then move the tables so the whole family could sit together, when we were approached by a manager who rudely told us we could not put tables together. I was influenced by TikTok to try some good menu items and had never been to a Longhorn. I really wish I had just spent $100 on groceries. My expectations weren't high, I wasn't expecting fine dinging but the bare minimum wasn't met. Long greet time, our server couldn't hear anything we were saying even with repeating multiple times. Our order came out wrong, no plates were ever cleared I had to move our dishes to the bus station across from us so we could have room from apps to main course. The baked potato tasted like nasty tap water, I spit it out. We never got our split plate so I portioned my food onto a dirty appetizer plate. And cut my steak with the ginormous knife on my tiny plate. The server had long gaps from when we'd see her again. If they have a food running policy I hate that for them because service lacked if they choose to understaff and overwork. Our ribe-eyes were perfectly cooked and our baked potatoes were huge! He also had a salad that was crispy and fresh. Our server was attentive and fun to talk to. The restaurant itself is attractive and pleasant. The bathrooms were also very clean. We had a great meal and will definitely visit again. First I'm only giving 2 stars rather than 1 due to the waiter that stepped in! to help but Geesh! This place is horrible! To start, the hostess tried to sit us at a booth that not only had food and trash all over the floor and seats but it looked like someone had thrown up all down the side of the bench and floor! I only received my soup and my husband didn't get his until after he received his entree. The first thing you see when you walk in is the hostess on her phone and right next to her the other hostess with the angriest face I have ever been greeted by. It made me feel as if they were mad at me for even entering the restaurant. I almost didn't have high exceptions but our server was incredible. His service was perfect, he came enough to be attentive but not ruin conversation. The food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing. Wow! Walked into the restaurant to several tables polluted with dirty dishes. Our waitress (the bartender) was bartending and waiting on several tables (even ones outside the bar area). Absolutely love this steakhouse!! I have always received excellent customer service and my food has always been delivered promptly and tasted excellent. After 7 years I decided to spin the block and give this location another try! I was pleasantly surprised. I came out to enjoy my birthday and brought the family in tow. We had a short wait maybe 10-15 mins. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. He gave us lots of suggestions for what to order and was very knowledgeable of the menu. Only downside was I ordered my 4 year old steak from the kids menu but it was very tough. Our waiter happily replaced it and even gave her extra fruit. So my family and I went to dine in tonight for our son's birthday and was not very happy with the service. I can definitely tell that they have new management. After tonight, we will not be back for a while. It started with us trying to get a table to accommodate 9 people. Yeah they don't do that anymore. So if you have a party over 6 they will try to fit you into a tiny booth looking like a can of sardines, or you will have to decide who is going to sit at what table and scream at each other just to make conversation with everyone in your group. My son was not happy and trying to figure out how to fit 9 people at one table because he wanted to be able to eat with everyone and not chose sides. Also I remembered for your birthdays, the waiting staff would come out to celebrate with you, well that doesn't happen either. The food was hot and ok but the management needs to be better. So I can say that if you want to eat as a whole group, this is not your place. I have been coming here for years and never had any issues until tonight. Plus that call ahead waiting for large parties doesnt work either. Even the hostess said that they have not taken it off the website yet. If I would have known that they changed stuff like they did then, I would have rather bought groceries and had a big cookout at home where we could all celebrate as a family and not in half. read more
