Ok, it's Waffle House, I get it. You either love it or hate it. This was my first visit to a Waffle House in several years, but you know what? Nothing ever changes, except maybe the prices. Coming from Cali, you know we had to come check out this spot! After hearing this place being recognized in songs and people raving about it, we decided to stop by one night and see what all the hype was about. It's definitely everything you expected to see in one place. Shoutout to the cook who is so hardworking. And the servers were so amazing! Definitely felt the southern hospitality. This location continues to be a great place to go! The best time is during the week in the morning! The customer service is amazing! EVERYONE checks on the customer and not just the waiter of that area. Also, I love seeing the comradery between employees - it gives a family feeling that warms my heart! The music choices really set the tone for the day and the setting still gives a retro diner feel. Arrived (today) on a Sunday around 11:00. Waited 10 mins to put our name on the list, I could see it was very busy but we have eaten here before with fast service. There were 8 employees working this morning. We were finally seated 45 mins later. The serve (Dominque) was very kind and apologized for the wait. We placed our 5 orders of All Stars, and a few plates after 30 mins. When order arrived, McKenna seemed upset, and frustrated, asking; "order-up". We didn't know she meant or was asking who ordered the sunny side up eggs. Our order: eggs had no cheese, my son's eggs had bits of shell in it, missing 2 orders of sausage, no butter on toast, no silverware, jelly, and had to wait a few minutes after waving down a server. After we finished, we waited approx. 5 mins trying to wave down a serve, to let them know we were waiting on our waffles and missing 2 orders of sausage. 10 mins later we got 3 waffles and as I'm writing this my 3 kids finished their waffles, and my hubby and I are still waiting on 2 orders of waffles. When our waffles arrived they were crispy and overcooked. Highly disappointed today. I see n leader taking care of this situation. While requesting a "not so burnt" waffle, I spoke to one female supervisor, who explained it's her first day and I could call a 1-800 #, to make a comment! Unbelievable! Finally, during checkout I explained how disappointed my family and I were and paying full priced did it seem like good business. Feeling super disappointed. Been to this Waffle House many times with great experiences and staff but today was... upsetting. Today they decided to start blasting super loud rap music, to the point I couldn't even hear the person next to me to talk about getting cash together for a tip. I sat at the counter, and I was glad there was a short counter with seating too. The food was really good, the waffles, I don't know if they changed the batter or what but these seemed more fluffy which was great. Hashbrowns, excellent. Now the service was so-so not the the staff were rude, but I ordered coffee no spoon or anything to stir my coffee with. Waffles and breakfast I think this will be the 3rd Waffle House review I've written in the past month! Yeah it's okay to say I went here a few times in August to a few different locations in a few different states and what I did find is always good breakfast awesomeness 24/7 for when it's just wanted! It's always about the combo when I come here as that's got a bit of everything you could want and it's just a pile of all that is breakfast! Waffles, hash browns, sausage, toast, eggs, and syrup on top of my waffle make for just yummy sustenance when your craving all that is breakfast! This was my lady's first time at a Waffle House she was like you get all this and yeah because that's what's good and oh we were full after leaving as you get a good amount of food here everytime! This location felt as if its brand new which is all good because what was inside was all good as was the staff friendly and fast to bring us our food! Overall as I write this I'm starting to miss Waffle House as the closest one to me now is 600 miles away at least so enjoy the Waffle House when you can if there is one near you! read more

Went in yesterday with the family to grab some mid afternoon breakfast. There weren't that many people inside, but they had half the restaurant "closed", which required us to sit in the 1 table they decided would be open. Our server, who I cannot name, was completely oblivious through our entire meal. Dropped a waffle off that was still raw on the inside, and replaced it with a waffle that could be used as a frisbee it was so hard. The guy cooking the eggs and bacon was the only highlight of the meal, eggs were good and bacon was cooked perfectly. Didn't receive a single refill on the 7 drinks that were ordered. Finally, the cherry on top was when our waitress decided to announce to staff that she hadn't had a break and "didn't give a crap about a tip" cus she needed a break... As someone who has worked in the food industry, I can't fathom saying something like that and expecting a good result. So for the first time in my life, I didn't leave a tip. We all have our days, but the audacity to say something like that out loud is just crazy. There are a handful of Waffle Houses in the area to choose from, this one is NOT it. This Waffle House does it right. I moved to the West Coast 15 years ago where we are completely devoid of Waffle Houses. I came back to visit family so I took my took my wife, son and baby daughter to the WH. Caitlyn was our server and Luke was training and both were courteous, knowledgeable and gave us an incredible experience. My wife isn't a huge waffle fan but she LOVED the biscuit, bacon and decaf coffee. I however LOVED the waffle with blueberry and hash browns. I can't wait to come back! read more

Best experience ever! My family and I needed a quick delicious breakfast and Waffle House served it up. We sat at the counter and got yummy food and great customer service. The food came out quickly, the kitchen was clean and we had a great interaction with the super fun and efficient staff . Oh Man! Where do I start. The service at this restaurant has gone down hill since the pandemic started. They never answer the phone for take-out order. However, the answering machine says that "they are currently not taking to-go order over the phone, but they will if you go to the location" Once you get to the location, they turn you away even they're not busy. They simply tell you that they are not taking to go orders. The mid-aged older white lady who appears to be the "manager" is awful. She rolls her eyes at her employees and talks to them like if they were slaves. Every question she's asked, she answers with a rude attitude. I have no idea if she's sick or what, but she coughs all over the kitchen WITHOUT A MASK!!! Gross! I gave it 2 stars because the servers (Bree) and the cook are nice. The waitress was patient and kind to us. The food was fast and great. The place isn't known for being super clean but the tables looked clean and silverware was washed. The price can vary depending on how picky you are. Everything is an up-charge so if you like to customizing omelets you rack up a big bill. Usually I go to the one on 85 because it's near my job. I use to go to this one on Sunday's before church but stopped because of personal reasons. But today I went and the waitress was unprofessional. The waitresses name is Beatrice. She politely asked for my order but she took too long to read my order to the cook. She only read half and then it took her 30 minutes to finish my order. She kept getting people's orders mixed up. After 40 minutes I was finally asked if I got my waffle, which I didn't. Instead of making a fresh waffle they handed me a over cooked waffle that was hard as a brick. Me and another costumer had to keep asking for syrup.
