I went back through the drive thru to ask about it, and suddenly the explanation changed. First I was told the deal was "ending," then "it ended yesterday," and then again that it was "online only." None of that matched what was being displayed in their own window. When I pointed that out, the responses kept shifting. At that point, I decided to leave and go to another location but not before attempting to take a photo of the sign. Interestingly, the sign was quickly removed, and I was told it "wasn't there." This experience felt misleading and poorly handled. Clear communication and consistent policies matter, especially when you're advertising deals directly to customers. I hope this location improves how they communicate promotions to avoid confusing or frustrating others.
