    Beautiful new grill

This is the brand new location on E Brainerd Rd and it is beautiful. Great staff great food and it's so nice to see such a clean and new restaurant.

    Always packed on weekends

Always packed on weekends, and waiting for a table is expected. But after being seated the wait is still long. We arrived about 10:40, seated just after 11:00 but didn't get our food until 11:46. The place seemed well staffed and they were all busy so it may be a matter of organization. For example, we saw patrons seated after us getting their meals well ahead of ours. Another issue was the extreme cold. We kept our coats on the entire time and we heard other patrons complaining to the staff as well, but it was explained that the cooks were hot and nothing was done. So it was a miserable experience, and if I have to wait for a long time for my food, I'll probably do it elsewhere where at least I can be comfortable. The food itself was fine and the hashbrowns were crispy and the eggs cooked to order. But it was expensive for the experience and quality.

Beautiful new restaurant. Poor service and store manager has zero customer service skills. Cooks have no attention to order details.

It is super welcoming with free parking and an eclectic decor. Vien was our waiter and he was amazing! He helped us with the menu, had some great suggestions and was entertaining and attentive throughout. He made our meal! We started with the House-Made Potato Chip Nachos, and they were fantastic--loaded with flavor and a great way to kick things off. We all agreed they were much better than regular tortilla nachos. For my entrée, I went with the Muffaletta, and it did not disappoint. The bread was perfectly crisp, the sandwich was packed with flavor, and the side of wood-fired vegetables gave it a really nice twist. She had the Shrimp and Crab Po'Boy special, which she absolutely loved, especially paired with the Confusion Potatoes. Those potatoes were definitely worth mentioning on their own. Our tablemates had the Shrimp Po'Boy and Parilla Steak and Shrimp and both loved their meal. And then came dessert: Beignets. Light, warm, and dusted just right, they brought back memories of the French Quarter in New Orleans. A pretty great way to finish the meal. We wish we were closer to Chattanooga so we could frequent this place often.

Their side salad also costs $8 and is honestly insulting. Ordered as my main meal and was not told that it was small or anything like that. For $8, one would assume it would be more substantial.

We ordered the veggie omelette and the Broadbent omelette, and both were generously filled with fresh, well-balanced ingredients. Nothing overpowered anything else. Instead of relying on heavy spices or sauces, the flavors came naturally from the quality and proportion of the ingredients themselves. The sourdough toast was exceptional, with a crisp crust and great texture, and my cappuccino was exactly what I hoped for--smooth, balanced, and expertly made. The setting was just as enjoyable. Housed in a beautifully restored historic train station, the atmosphere has genuine character that complements the food rather than trying to distract from it. A breakfast that's driven by quality ingredients instead of gimmicks. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

My wife has a gluten and dairy allergy, and I've got a tree nut allergy, Alpha-Gal, plus a diabetes kicker. We're usually a solid test for any kitchen. Both visits, the staff passed. Knowledgeable, showed genuine concern, and were able to make accommodations without a lot of back-and-forth. Good selection on the menu meant we weren't working from a short list of options either. Food was good across both visits--consistent, which matters as much as a single great meal. My son particularly liked the Brunch Sausage Burger. Looked good, and seemed entirely appropriate after a late night. Large space, tables well spread out, and located not far from downtown. Easy place to settle in whether you're with a crowd or just the two of you. Good for: small kids, business meals, casual meals, groups Would come back. Already did once.
