This is my second time visiting. My first experience was at lunch during a weekend and it was very good. Everything was fresh and I left feeling pretty full. This time I came for dinner. My portion seemed pretty small for the price. I actually dug around in the bowl for a second to find what happened to my chicken. I asked for the combo with guacamole and a drink. The chips that came with the meal were very stale. The guacamole was good, so I ate it with my small chicken bowl. It was alright, not sure I will come running back. read more

The Indian lady who served me was extremely rude and was very impatient while I was trying to figure out what I want. I was the only one in the restaurant ordering. I ordered a burrito and kids quesadilla. I watched her half ass roll the burrito and it fell apart as soon as we unwrapped it. The kids quesadilla was soggy, not cut up like a normal quesadilla, and they didn't even cook it long enough for the cheese to melt. It was a soggy chicken taco with half melted cheese. Will definitely not be back for spending $18 on crap service and crap food. read more

The food is (usually) good throughout the day, but the value for your money just isn't there. We went on a Monday and got their burrito deal and took them home. My burrito was the size of my clinched fist, side note, I don't have big hands. I assumed because it was Monday and they're usually packed they were overly portion controlling. We went again on a Sunday afternoon and again the portion sizes were dramatically smaller than they used to be. The guy filling my bowl gave me one scoop of rice and then smoothed it around so it covered the bottom of the container, how about you just add a little bit more to cover the bottom? You can ask for extra of fillings, but the staff will sigh and give you four more beans. We decided to add a 4oz side of queso for just over $2 (that price doesn't include chips) and it's was ridiculously runny, all most like water. You can tell that they're really trying to keep food cost low which I could appreciate, if the prices weren't already high. $20 for two burritos and a side of queso that doesn't fill you up, not worth it read more

A few years back, I wrote a gleaming review at Moe's. I thought I knew what Southwestern fast food was supposed to be. I feel I owe the Yelp community an apology. I want to title the apology letter "Dos Bros is the Solution". Y'all, if you like burritos or quesadillas or any type of food like that, you gotta try you some Dos Bros. A lot of the times at the other southwestern burrito place you get the little pieces of rice that have warmed up to the point the become popcorn kernels. These rice kernels are making my dentist rich! When you bite down on those, it hurts like the Dickens! (and the dickens really hurt) Well, I'm happy to say you don't have to go through life eating at Moe's and being toothless! For us people that like to eat fresh rice on our burritos and in our bowls, there is a magical place called Dos Bros. They actually have white and brown rice. They have fresh veggies and fresh meat. I usually get a steak bowl, because it's less messy. Here is the thing that I LOVE about Dos Bros the most. It's normal for these places to charge extra for guacamole. I get it. It's not cheap for the restaurant like rice is. Yes, I'll pay extra for it. But here is the big difference in Moe's and Dos Bros. They ask if it's ok because it's extra, you say yes. Instead of giving you a baby spoon full on your Burrito, the pull out this giant spoon and put a mound of avocado on your food. BOOM! Most of the time, I have to tell them not so much. Not used to that, but this place is fire, y'all! Oh yeah, they have a homemade lemonade machine, too! Definitely recommend, I go regularly. There's a new location on Broad Street downtown. read more

My husband and I went to Dos Bros on Tuesday night, him for the 1st time. I have always enjoyed this restaurant, but the real test was to see if my husband enjoyed it just as much as I do. Let me just say, that after this visit, he is HOOKED. Everything is cooked to perfection and the ingredients are super fresh. The creator of my burrito bowl and my husband's burrito did an excellent job building them and making sure that we got our money's worth. I actually enjoy Dos Bros much more than Chipotle and not just because Dos Bros has queso. We will absolutely return. read more

I go to Dos Bros when it's convenient for me, meaning when I have a "buy one get one free" coupon. For an unauthentic Mexican Grill, it's a decent place to eat out at but if you're looking for something flavorful you should probably try the Moe's down the street. Unlike others on here, I cannot compare this to Chipotle because majority of their food lack flavor. read more

I'll be honest. This is my second review of Dos Bros. The first time, my family and I didn't have a great experience. Nothing horrible. Just average. The owner contacted me and asked me to give them another shot. I appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to listen to my feedback. I told him I'd retract my review if my next experience was better, so here it is. I had a steak bowl and it was very good! I enjoyed the tenderness of the steak and the freshness of all the toppings. I would've liked the peppers to be a bit more done, but they were still good. My wife had the steak burrito and it was equally as good. I will say that the guacamole might be the best I've had in Chattanooga, and I eat a LOT of Mexican food! After this visit, I will be sure to visit Dos Bros again. Good food. Good service. Ordered Door Dash... Delivery was prompt, food was cold, not made properly, half the amount of the exact same thing from last week, forgot my queso. When I called the store, the "person currently in charge" was not able to fix it or resolve the issue, said his manager "would be in later", wouldn't tell me his name or his manager's. Terrible food, complete lack of customer service, lack of resolve, couldn't have cared less and he tried to blame it on Door Dash. This is a tasty, good quality quick serve place where you can choose between quesadillas, tacos, burritos, bowls, salads or nachos...then you choose your meat or non-meat option (they have spicy tofu and veggie only) .. then you get your toppings. You can get chips, dip (queso,salsa or guac) for just a little bit more. The food is fresh and they always give you a lot of food. The only drawback to me is the chips that you get as a side are pre-sorted in bags and are sometimes stale-ish. Not so much that it's unedible but just enough to be less crispy than it should be. Overall though, it tastes good, has some healthy options and is very affordable. Every Monday they have a deal for $5.45. read more

Dos rose has really good food. It's pricey, but tasty food. Just like chipotle. However, don't ever order it delivered. It's the responsibility of the business to make sure the order is correct. I used to order it for delivery quite often, maybe once every week or 2. But it got to the point where every time I ordered it for delivery, the order would be wrong. More often than not, they would leave something out of the order, or send a quesadilla nothing like how I ordered it. I decided to stop having it delivered, but every couple months, the rest of my family will say they want it, so I'll get it delivered. And every time I do, the order is wrong. Tonight, everyone said they wanted dos bros, so I said ok sure. It's been 4 months since we ordered it last, maybe now they'll get it right. This time, they left out 2 bags of chips that I added to the order. Also, I ordered a chicken quesadilla. The food arrived, I opened the container, and the quesadilla had been put into the container in a ridiculous way, as if it was intentionally put in there so that it would be impossible to remove it from the container and it still be edible. It was like they finished preparing the quesadilla, cut it into 4 slices, and then rolled the slices up like a burrito and put it in the container. None of the slices were separated from each other, so it was just a giant glob of garbage. I worked for a few minutes to extricate the top slice from the container. It was impossible. It tore apart. So I moved to the next slice. Same exact problem. It was a waste of money. So they left part of the order out, and part of the order that they included was inedible. I can't be too mad, because 'fool me once shame on you. Fool me...... you can't get fooled again.' I just don't understand how you can mess a quesadilla up that bad unless you do it intentionally. read more

This is just like Chipotle Grill but better. They have the exact same options as Chipotle, so you build your own on everything, but it is much cleaner. It was slightly expensive, especially since they were stingy with their portions, but I will eat here again. read more

Not worth the cost! I ordered steak nachos with a drink and it was over $15. I got about 10 chips and a scattering of toppings. The nachos were so small I had to order another one for my partner, the cost was close to $30 for 2 small nachos! There are MUCH better choices than this place. read more

A new entry in the assembly line genre of Mexican food. The offerings are basic. Burrito,quesadilla,bowl, taco, salad and nachos. The meats are similar to other restaurants in the same vein, ground beef, steak, chicken and tofu. One addition that isn't common is barbacoa a shredded beef. The staff is attentive and efficient - they ran through a dinner rush of 10 or so customers in short order. Combo meals can be had with drinks and your choice of queso,salsa or guacamole. Fountain drinks and jarrito bottled drinks available. Food was very fresh and tasty. Only drawback is a personal preference on my part for corn tortillas over flour but that is my problem. Nothing outstanding about the food at Dosbros. The food was good, the restaurant clean, the staff friendly enough. No help in ordering even though I stated it was our first time in the restaurant. One thing that did stand out is that There was no cilantro. How can you not have cilantro? Additionally, other places give you chips and a variety of salsas if you order food; at dosbros, you have to pay for chips. I like spice options, salsa variety, And Cilantro! I think I'll probably stick with salsaritas or Moes. read more

We have Dos Bros cater at our office often, and I always enjoy the food. So today we decided to get an order to go from the 153 location. My 14 y/o daughter stated several times that she wanted a quesadilla in a voice that was clearly loud enough and the man behind the counter never acknowledge her. I then ordered her food, my husbands, and mine. None of the wet items where drained so my husbands burrito was so messy that he could barely eat it. Not to mention it wasn't even properly rolled and had a mess coming out before he even began eating. My bowl was more of a soup than a deconstructed burrito. They never asked if my food was for here or to go so the cashier had to put on gloves and get all of our food into to go containers. I asked for queso and the assumption made by the man behind the counter was that I was wanting a 16oz queso - which was fine, but apparently you have to pay extra for chips when ordering queso. All this aside, the food being barely eatable or not, let's forget all that for a second. I just tried it for the first time and had a salad with chicken, what I normally get at Chipotle. Tasted basically the same, the chipotle vinaigrette was maybe just a teeny bit not as good as chipotle. But the chicken and the corn salsa were better!
