Worst part remember the birria broth that was so fabulous not even same type. So 1 either a different cook. 2. Different recipes but worst no consistency. I didn't know what to get so my waiter recommended two of the bollykick tacos (chicken shawarma and chicken tikka) with a side salad and then I saw they had tamarind margaritas so I got one. AMAZING!! The meat in that tacos were so good and my margarita was the perfect ending for a long day of travel! What really got me was just how amazing the service was. I was there pretty close to closing and all the workers were extremely kind and patient with me while they were setting up a party. If I have time, i will definitely be back just because the service was amazing!

Started off with chips and queso and the lamb fundido, the lamb in the queso was perfection I could not get enough. The tacos you could get house, premium or Bolly special. I chose from premium and bolly and it did not disappoint. The rice was also flavorful and cooked right. They have burritos and enchiladas and few other things to choose from but overall hands down one of the best fusion spots Ive been to.

Upon arrival, a friendly host found us comfortable booth seating behind the bar. The waitress not only answered our food allergy related questions pertaining to certain dish prep but the manager came over to our table to assure us that she would be double checking our order to make sure there was no allergen cross contamination. Such a kind, thoughtful gesture! Mom and I ordered the sampler to split - a huge tray filed with delish gluten free chips, a delish bowl salsa verde, a delish bowl of homemade guacamole, and a delish bowl of homemade cheese sauce. For my lunch, I got two of my favorite tacos on their menu still, the California Club ones, large tacos filled with roasted chicken, a tasty like crema, and avocado. Not as hungry as I, Mom got an Oy Vey Taco, another longstanding goodie, a brisket based taco, which she enjoyed. Our later than planned Wednesday lunch was perfect.

First impressions, the chips and salsa are amazing! The food is very reasonably priced, the portions are good and the quality and taste is great. They recently remodeled the whole place and more than doubled the seating capacity while adding a brand new kitchen on the back of the building. The kitchen and restaurant are very clean and well kept (I peeked). We have tried 5 or 6 different items and none disappointed us. However, the best part of this place is the family that run's it and the delightful staff. All of them are so personable and happy. After about 3 visits they actually remembered our name. Their pride in the restaurant really shows in the great service and the food they serve. Delias is the epitome of the the local restaurant you will want to support.
