She asked us to remove our sandwiches from the basket and she would get us more fries. Then she said she would just bring us more fries. She brought out fries a few minutes later that were as cold as the first ones. We just didn't eat them. We also placed an order to take to the hospital for friends. They only got half of the 2 item order correct. I gave 2 stars and reduced it to 1 after we waited an additional 20 minutes after writing the review and getting the wrong to go order. No apologies just an excuse that the kitchen had an issue.
