So went here after the baseball game tonight. The server was fine. The cook on the other hand should be fired. She had zero fs to give and it showed. It took us over an hour to get our food and it wasn't that busy. The cook had no sense of urgency. I have been to this waffle house during the day with no issues. I commented about the small portion of the hash browns. Definitely not the same size as on the menu. The lady just thought I was venting or commenting so told another lady and she got annoyed. None of them did anything about it so I left. Upon trying, the hashbrowns were good, similar to Dennys. The patty melt was awful. The meat tasted old and very strange. Won't be eating at Waffle House again. It's probably some of the worst food I've ever had. They also charge take out fees, and for the utensils and plastic which they should just incorporate into their cost as all other restaurants do. I personally think their menu is outdated and offers zero healthier options. There's a Waffle House on almost every corner here. I predict they'll be going out of business soon once the South catches up to the rest of the country in terms of nutrition and health. read more

I love their pecan waffles. I'm still learning the menu and how to order portions. As you can see my photo, I was unaware that the hash brown would be that humungous. The gravy was bland and it's missing something possibly more black pepper to elevate the taste; nonetheless, t'was disappointing. The service was excellent! Tara was very helpful and friendly, hence the 4-stars. Would come back for the pecan waffles and a couple strips of bacon. read more

This Waffle House was horrible, I'd never eat at this location again. I ordered the steak patty melt with grits. The steak and bacon on the sandwich was very much burnt and the grits almost had the consistency of oatmeal. Please hire better cooks! The cashier was nice but the food was disgusting! read more

Terrible experience. The overall vibe here is anxious and stressed. I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant. Our waitress Jessica clearly hates herself and her job and chose to take it out on us. She was passive aggressive and refused to serve us. The manager tried to make it right, but Jessica continued to run her mouth. If she still works there, I hope she finds peace and gets some more education on customer service. read more

My daughter-in-law took me there for breakfast I was a little skeptical but it turned out to be one of the best breakfast is I've had in a long time, the waffle was nice and soft was cooked just right to hashbrowns eggs cheese was so yummy and the biscuits and gravy , they just melted in your mouth!! If I could give this Waffle House zero stars I would A friend and I came here about a month ago around 11pm and got the worst service ever! The server we got was rude from the get-go and acted like she didn't even want to take our order because it was to-go, like we were bothering her or something. We had to wait 10 to 15 minutes before she even took our order, there was literally nobody in the place! there was a family of four at a booth one guy sitting at the counter and one guy sitting in a booth. She finally came up to us to take our order & let us know before hand that they were out of grits so they won't be serving any and there were no spoons available to go, which was fine. All we ordered was a single cheeseburger and a cheeseburger plate to go, we asked her if we could have some plasticware for the hashbrownsand she said with an attitude there was none available, but yet she only told us there was no spoons available and she had just given some to the family of four and the dude in the booth. When we got our food And walked back to our hotel room to enjoy it we were very disappointed. Our burgers were soggy and soaked in Grease not to mention they look like they were smashed together, my friend didn't have any silverware to eat her hashbrowns with and they didn't even look like they were really cooked. Needless to say we threw everything in the trash and just stayed hungry that night. I definitely wouldn't Recommend this waffle house to anyone that's looking for a late night snack or good service. We ended up going to another Waffle House that morning on ( 111 Reynolds st ) and Got excellent service with no attitude and a delicious breakfast! We definitely recommend this one! read more

I've been staying at a " four star" resort for days and the breakfast I just had at Waffle House is the best meal I have had since I got to town. They just know how to cook things properly. Lindsey and Cyrenus, aka Siri, are awesome. Everytime I visit Biloxi, I make it a priority to stop and see them. They are a welcomed sight of friendliness and hospitality. They always put a smile on our faces. And the food is delicious. Who doesn't love a delicious waffle???? Siri is amazingly charismatic and a true delight. Whatever the pay her is not enough, I assure you. Speaking of not being paid enough, Lindsey kicks butt and the food is perfect everytime. Out of all the Waffle Houses that I've been to this one is the BEST! From the time my family and I walked in we were greeted and updated on the wait time! It was 6 of us and the place was packed!... We didn't wait long at all! The manager on duty Chris was awesome! He helped his staff wipe tables... swept the floor once customers got up and had everything in order!... also Wanda our waitress was wonderful and very cheerful.. we got our food in a timely manner and the food was great by the way!! There was another employee by the name of Molly that chatted with us and just made us feel so welcomed!! This is definitely the place to eat breakfast when you're in Biloxi!! read more

Had the best service of our whole trip to Biloxi. I didn't catch our servers name but she was in a pink shirt and the name tags was like lil Debbie or something.
