I preferred this waba grill over ALL others until last night! I ordered the $6 mini bowl. I asked Louis if he could add a tiny bit more teriyaki sauce. When I got home, my white rice was completely saturated with the sauce. The brown soggy rice was gross. So I called & I complained about it . Whomever I spoke to said come in and it will be replaced. I said fine. I'll do that. I drove 8 more miles to get it. Everything was going good, then Louis came back to the counter to give it to me with an attitude. So that's the reason I'm writing this.. He needs to have better human relation skills. I don't know what his problem is but I don't need to hear/ see it !

The food is good for a healthy quick bite. Location is in a nice strip mall. By other major stores. The location was nice and clean. Lady behind the counter was nice too

My son ordered three chicken bowls from WABA San Dimas. He came back and showed me the bowls. All three looked like a kids bowl. There was little rice and chicken. These are not like the bowls from last week! Come on WABA, don't be like Chipotle, is all I'm saying! Rebound from this!

i came here last night and was ordering off the kid named Santiago and the guy with glasses in the back was making my food and it was absolutely outrageous i spent almost 13$ dollars on a bowl of chicken and veggies for a baby amount of nasty chicken and the veggies looked old and cold, when i was ordering off santiago he had and attitude like he didn't wanna be working for the job he signed up for!! the dining room was also nasty it was very dirty !

The carrots and broccoli look like they've been sitting for hours and are so dry. I paid $15 for 2.2oz of salmon!!?!!

I paid $15 for 2.2oz of salmon... that's disappointing. My carrots and broccoli are dry and gross, so was the salmon. There's two pieces of broccoli in here too! This is sad. This feels like it was an order that was placed and someone didn't pick it up. So they didn't make a fresh one

Ordered takeout from here tonight and I get it ,we're in a bit of a financial crush but the portion size was absolutely pathetic. When I called to complain the guy became confrontational and invited me to come in and talk to him face-to-face. We will never be there again!

    Stingy with the sauces now!!

Good and fast service however they became stingy with the sauce packets. They will only give you two waba packets per order. If you want more it will be an additional .33 cents per packet.

They were also very nice to let me sample their bun bo hue broth, which was very good and not too spicy. My girlfriend really liked their broth as well and thought it was authentic for Vietnamese standards. However, I decided to opt for the Pho Brisket sandwich as I didn't feel like eating any heat for the night. The pho brisket sandwich was pretty big, and the meat was very tender. The pho broth was rich and it is southern style too. I loved dipping the sandwich into the broth. The greens and picked onions were fresh, and the fries were crispy and the right amount of salt. I really enjoyed my meal and definitely next time I would like to try the bun bo hue style sandwich.

That request almost never…read morecomes out of her mouth, so we had to honor it before she changed her mind. & Broth is tucked inside the Glendora Public Market, easy to find once you're there. I ordered the Tai Lan, which is a fun cross between phở and a noodle salad. Sliced tender ribeye sits over garlic oil phở noodles on a bed of greens and fresh herbs, tossed with a shallot tamarind sauce, topped with crispy garlic, and served with a side of their 24-hour bone broth to sip or pour over. The ribeye was genuinely tender, the tamarind sauce had a nice tangy-sweet kick, and the crispy garlic tied it all together. Added some sriracha for a little more flavor and to give it a kick. Best phở I've ever had? No. But it's a clever modern take and I left very full and very happy, which is exactly what I needed. And if phở isn't your thing, the menu sprawls into wagyu phở, garlic noodles with filet, lomo saltado, sandwiches (which look amazing) and even Vietnamese coffee with sea salt foam. Plenty to explore. This is now the first spot I'd send anyone to in the Glendora Public Market, and a real step up from the ramen place that used to be in the same space. Already plotting my return.

Kaiba (La Verne) exceeded all expectations! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen & 3 Gyoza ($15.99 - Lunch…read moreSpecial). It's spectacular! The noodles are firm, springy, and fresh. Its broth is rich, creamy, and savory. Every bite felt like heaven. (Important Note: Currently, there's a Yelp Check-In Promotion! Free Ice Cream, Soda, or Hot Tea for one in-person Check-In.) I arrived at Kaiba (La Verne) on Saturday (around 1:45PM). Parking is easy. The lot is spacious & big. Service felt professional, accommodating, and welcoming. My server (Jayden) worked hard. Jayden maintained a bright cheery demeanor; Jayden was very attentive & quickly assisted me; and Jayden always worked non-stop in the background. My food arrived around 6 minutes and 15 seconds. Very fast!! As mentioned, I found happiness in my meal. This Tonkotsu Ramen felt memorable and special. Its egg is silky, falling apart effortlessly as it hits the tongue. Its chasu is charred, tender, and thick. The broth is creamy and rich. And most importantly, the noodles are bountiful and springy. I felt all my stress seep away with each euphoric bite. In addition, the Gyoza tasted fresh and crisp. Its filling came juicy, and I reveled how each bite left a light crunch. And the Green Tea Ice Cream (Complimentary with Yelp Check-In Promotion) tasted chill, smooth, and refreshing. All in all, the value and quality of this meal felt unmatched. Concerning ambiance, Kaiba (La Verne) felt a little sporadic. It's clean, spacious, and well-ventilated. However, its appearance is a little ugly since folded plastic bags and boxes are sprawled outside in plain view. Still, I appreciated the food photos on the wall. Kaiba (La Verne) also has utility. I appreciated the flat screen TV; it plays the football game. Also, I observed a high-chair for kids, so this location is family friendly. The location also felt spacious with its high ceiling. Overall, I had a lovely, magical experience at Kaiba (La Verne). I am very excited that the hype is genuine. I left full and happy. If you love ramen, this is an easy recommendation. 5 out of 5. Shabu Wara has been our go to shabu shabu spot since moving to this area and it's been great. Service was never their strength, but we glanced over it since it's the only descent shabu shabu restaurant on the area. Over the past few months, service has gotten exponentially worse with each visit. Our final straw was being seated and left unacknowledged for 10 minutes. No drink orders, no "we'll be right with you", nothing... This would've been the point of walking out, but my kids were saying they were hungry and going to another restaurant at that point would've been too late for their bedtime. I ended up walking up to a server who was about to help another table that was seated after us and said we'd like to order as no one's helped us. After finishing what he was doing, he walked up to our table with an ordering tablet and didn't say a word, just stood there staring at us. He took our order, got it wrong a few times, then FINALLY got our food. Not one server checked in on us the whole meal. Not one server offered the check. Just constant flagging down servers for everything. As I mentioned before, I reached out to management via email to try and bring this up on a professional level, but my multiple emails were left unanswered. I write this not to bash a business, but in hopes management sees this and starts correcting how their staff operates to not destroy an otherwise good restaurant.

I was surprised at how much food they give you for your buck.
