This is the worst waba grill I have ever been to. I have been here many times and they constantly mess up my order, I never get what I order. One time I even checked my bag to make sure the correct order was in there and I told the cashier and she tried to argue with me about how I was wrong! read more

Quick, greeting was pleasant enough, and they provided adequate amount of condiments in our to go bag. I would return to this location.

This is a brand new location. Every employee here seems cheerful and motivated to be working here. The decor is very sleek and clean. It is probably the nicest waba grill I've been to. They have TV screens for their menu, which adds to the sleek look inside. They now serve a kale salad, which looks good. Employees come out to clear tables and check in with guests to make sure their food and experience was pleasant. They work quickly and the food is good, as expected. I'll definitely be coming back. I've been waiting for a waba grill to open in the area and since this is right down the street from me, I am very excited! read more

Esmeralda is awesome! The reviews here don't do it any justice. Awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. As far as aesthetics, everything is clean and in good shape. Most importantly the food is always fresh. Overall, A+++ read more

Bleh. So bland and kinda pricey for meat, rice, and boiled veggies. Anyone else agree with me? The chicken was the best tasting thing, but honestly, I think I could get $10 worth of food--equally healthy but tastier--elsewhere. read more

I've been a WaBa fan for years, and eat pretty regularly at locations around LA County. I appreciate the menu, both in variety and value. I know that these are franchises and there's going to be some variation, but this location is terrible. The menu changes constantly, with the options decreasing and the prices rising. I've given it a number of chances, but since it opened the food's been over cooked, mushy and flavorless. Unless ownership changes, there's no reason to go back. read more

Love the service at this location!! They are always so kind and always go above and beyond to bring your food to your table!! Very satisfied

Ive been trying to eat WAY healthier than i have been. So like for the past 8 months, off and on ive been trying "Waba Grill". The food is GREAT & so is the staff! One young lady in particular named Desirie is so sweet and warm, and so is her greeting when your coming through the door... Good food...Good people....Good vibes. Luv me some Waba Grill! read more

Came here today for the first time. Had a great experience. Desire answered all my questions and was very friendly. I got the Chicken Rice Veggie bowl and it was delicious. I will be returning soon! read more

I have placed a couple of catering orders. The first one was for 50 people and the second was for 30 people. WABA makes it so easy on me.... they bring everything and then set it up! I'm talking plates, forks, sides, condiments, everything! Everyone loved the food and it really pleases people who are trying to eat healthier. We order extra veggies and it has been a hit around the office. I highly recommend them for catering. The staff at WABA has all been so nice as well. read more

Went for lunch on Wednesday with my bf. I've ate at other locations before and it was my first time going to this location. I was impressed with the cleanliness of this location. We ordered 2 chicken salads ( they were delicious!!!) and I asked for a side of white rice and my bf asked for a side of brown rice. Desiree offered to make 1 side of rice half and half since they're big portions. I appreciated the kind and fast service we received, she continued to check on us, and always with a huge, genuine smile on her face. As a manager for a restaurant, this is the kind of service every restaurant needs. I'll definitely be back to this location. read more

This waba grill is awesome!! It just opened up recently so everything is nice and new. Of course the food is phenomenal. I always get the chicken bowl and it never disappoints. But this location in particular is great because of the service. I came on a Tuesday and Waba grill usually has a deal where u buy two bowls for $10. However, this location required giving a coupon, but the person who helped me was so nice that she gave me the deal anyways even though I didn't have a coupon. And on TOP of that she gave me a little extra chicken in one of my bowls! Everyone should def come to this waba location. I HIGHLY recommend it!! read more

Love waba grill the food quality is awesome. Always fresh. The staff and everyone is great. I give it 4 stars just because I feel the price is a little high. read more

1st time here and I like it alot....walked in and greeted...lots of good choices food was fresh and good the only reason it did not get a 5 star was because the table was dirty other than that we will definitely be back read more

Ordered a steak plate yesterday to go. I was very disappointed with the small amount of salad in my order when I opened up my box at home. The orange fruit seems to be an afterthought cause I was given what appears to be 1/3 of an orange. Not going to this location again. read more

This location is very clean and the employees here are very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great chicken bowl.

Good food but they are missing the waba sauce and hot sauce pumps like the other waba grills! Kinda of bummer to not have them out and only have little packs.. otherwise it's clean and food is good, all credit cards accepted read more

The food here is decent. But not worth the prices. My husband always orders the same thing. We get charged different prices every time we come in. The manager just told me his employees charged me wrong before. For the same order. I just paid 25 dollars for two bowls. Not even plates. I understand charging for avocado, but I get charged for NOT getting rice in my bowl. Then again for wanting broccoli only instead of the other vegetables. What a waste of money. read more

Ate here last night with my wife. We ordered shrimp bowls. The shrimp was chewy and cold. The veggies were tasteless and dull. The rice was just okay. Next time, I'm just going to 5 Guys. read more

I have been craving waba grill for the longest time so i finally went today for lunch but took it to go and to my surprise, i apparently bought a hairy chicken bowl! I was soo disgusted, i called them and they offered me a new bowl but i didnt want another hairy ass bowl so i asked for a refund instead. check your food before you get hairy pubes on it!!! read more

Very nice staff, Sabrina was really nice and professional. The service was spot on and the facility was clean.

I had the pleasure of having my order taken by a very rude cashier last night and her hygiene was questionable. Luckily the food was great and tasted fresh!! read more

I'm a big fan of WABA but $29 for a salad and three chicken bowls is a bit much. Why does healthy food have to cost so much?

I am HUGE on customer service and today I have experienced the best customer service I have ever experienced at this location from Desirie!! She provided excellent customer service she had a positive attitude, very helpful and went extra mile to tenderize my vegetables(I have braces). Food was great!! Will absolutely return and recommend this location for best service! read more

I had a bad experience awhile back and the staff member remembered me when I came back today . She apologized and gave me free avacado, which both meant a lot to me to have to apologize and approaching me. Thank you for that & im so happy with the staff and how they handle situations ! :) read more

I'm here 8/22/19 this is my second time dealing with a young lady that doesn't like her job at this location she has been rude both times for no reason. It's ridiculous how not welcoming she is to your customers. I will not be coming back here again. I hope you guys train your staff. Walk in to any other local place like chipotle or in n out and everyone is so happy and the environment is different this girls attitude makes you want to stay away. It's 7:27 pm also maybe you can give this girl advice there's is only three employees one girl here at the moment. Forgot to mention that she started slamming stuff in the back, last time we were eating she starts mopping next to us and we were eating with a strong smell of fabuloso right next to us I though that was uncalled for there was still an hour left before closing. This location has also been sold out of white meat both times. The sauces are not out for you to use when your dining in. If this was my store I definitely would keep a close eye out it has a lot of potential and I love WaBa grill but do to her attitude I will not come back to this store. read more

From a welcome greeting, fast and friendly service, to fresh food. Sabrina and all employees seem to love what they do and i cannot stress enough on how important this is for a business . Maybe they can show Dickey's bbq how to properly run a restaurant My go to spot since they opened!! Good job you guys and girls are awesome.. OWNER please create a visible tip jar these employees deserve it .. read more

Of all the waba grill locations this one is the best one ive been to hands down, ive gotten partial cooked chicken before and the chicken from this location is the best juicy and not dry and the server was so helpful here. The servers name was desiree and she was very courteous and professional. The cooks name was Jose as well. I work at the costco and im surely going to be back read more

They don't even deserve a star I found dirt in my salad and when I brought it to their attention she looked and me as she didn't know what to do I explained to her that I always go their and she didn't even offer an apology I will not come here no longer CUSTOMER SERVICE makes a difference hope they can re enforce that !!!! read more

I work a couple doors down and this is my third time being in here. I'm amazed by how fast they can get your order out. They even brought my order out to me this time! Very clean everytime I come in, not a crumb in sight. It is a little pricey, but for the quality of their food it's worth it! read more

I wish I could put 0 stars. I was going to do a review on wabalistens but there is NO store # on the receipt. I went in to order my dad a bowl and the lady behind the counter was super rude and seemed irritated. It took forever to get the food. Very very disappointed I go to Flame Broiler but never been into a Waba but def wont be going back to this location. read more

This location of Waba grill is very well maintained, the food is served quickly, the service is cooperative, neat orderly and clean. It's a nice place to relax at and enjoy a meal. The location is open and easy to be accessed by customers, parking is no issue here. There are some outdoor seating for those who enjoy eating their meal while basking in the warm sun. Quality of the food is better than other locations that serve in a similar fashion. Personally a lovely place to enjoy a lunch break at. read more

Went to the grill ordered a bowl combo chicken and salmon, they wouldn't put chicken and salmon together in a bowl, Simple task? Went to the Habit instead they will give you any kind of combo meal you want, you think WaBa would want the business ? Oh well their loss for not being more flexible.... read more
