I placed an online order specifically to align with my limited lunch break, expecting it to be ready or close to ready upon arrival. When I got there at the designated time, I was told the order hadn't even been started, despite staff being available and just standing around. As a result, I lost most of my lunch break waiting, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. This was really disappointing and inconvenient. I'd appreciate a refund or some form of resolution, as the service did not match the expectation set by the ordering system. read more

Wanted to try the new prosciutto pizza, but the sauce was too watery and they could not make it for me. To be honest, the watery sauce looked un appetizing.. so I went with the usual pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Now, is it my imagination or have the price has gone up and the amount of mozzarella they put on your pizza gone down? I feel like this is a chipotle move all over again. And now the blood orange lemonade is not self-serve. You have to get it from the server behind the counter. And that was a little impossible since they were always busy and not available to do so cause they were making pizzas for the lineup of people. I don't know. I feel that these places need to do better. read more

Pls be careful and watch your receipts. I came in for 1 pizza BYO. I was tired but when I paid I said "no need for receipt" and did not see tip percentage option when I swiped. I noticed the amount was $39 for a $19 pizza to go. So I said I only ordered 1 pizza. She was going to give me the pizza for free but i said ill will still pay and when she gave my refund receipt, it was now billed 47$ as opposed to 39$ overcharge. I did not want to argue but waited for my refund in my account. Lo behold, its been couple of days and no refund. Did she refund it to her account? I will be careful if they are scamming some folks here. Be warned. read more

This review is honestly for all the Blaze Pizza locations I've been to yet, including this one. With the app and the rewards/points system they have you really can get a lot of delicious bang for your buck. Use those coupons folks. Every other pizza or so we've had a free pizza or some kind of significant discount when we come because of these rewards. IYKYK! The service can honestly be hit or miss at various locations and times but the quality of pizza and ingredients makes up for that in my opinion. I love being able to get creative with my toppings whenever I come to Blaze and I highly recommend Blaze Pizza, 10/10. read more

Went to order the 1/2 pizza and salad. Was told there was no goat cheese because other had gotten there before me and ask for more. Granted this was 7:50 pm on a Friday night. The ceaser salad was almost gone and so i had to have the other salad offered. I almost walked out. Went to go to tables but some were dirty with food still on them so i wiped off the table with my hand. Received my gluten free pizza half and one side was burnt and the other part was not cooked or lightly cooked, as in the past my pizza has been crunchy, but i could fold it in half. The staff looked like they were not excited and maybe there for the paycheck only. The bathroom was dirty. It is said that you can always tell the kitchen by the bathroom. I feel they need to account for more people wanting more on their inventory counts which is the managers job. There were three working so there shouldn't have been a dirty table as there was hardly anyone in there .. very sad. Used to be the place to be but seriously lacking. read more

Happy Pi Day y'all!! PARKING: Plenty of parking here! Just be careful as there's some parking spots specifically available only to certain businesses. There will be signs! SEATING: Plenty of seating here. It seems pretty cozy from tables ranging to small tables for couples to bigger tables for bigger parties. SERVICE: It was extremely busy as it is Pi Day and all regular pizzas in store were $3.14. I knew this already so I wasn't surprised when I waited about half an hour to 45 minutes to get my pizza. I was willing to wait as the original price is usually $13.99. It was so busy, but they were super friendly and helpful while I built my own pizza! Plenty of fresh ingredients and they were refilling them promptly when they were running low. I appreciated how they still gave great service on such a busy day. They made sure to ask if I wanted anything else more before moving onto the next section. FOOD: Fresh out of the oven, it was just amazing. The crust was crunchy and crisp while the ingredients were just perfect. I love how they ask if you want additional drizzles before you take your pizza. I asked for an olive oil drizzle and arugula on top. Yummy! OVERALL: Blaze Pizza is a great stop for a quick bite and definitely even better on Pi Day. I want to thank them for putting on such a great promotion! They even gave a 20% off coupon for next time which I will be taking advantage of! read more

Came in today during lunch , got the build your own with mushroom, Brenda was very nice and attentive. Adam cooked the pizza perfectly ! Sometimes its dry or extra toasty- today was spot on. The place was clean , the tables were clean, the drinks area was neat, sometimes other locations tend to have spills all over. The ambiance is casual , noise level is normal. Parking is easy to get in and out of. Will come back again for sure ! read more

$18 for a small pizza? Plus $5 extra for cauliflower crust? What's in your ingredients? Gold flakes? Magic dust? Water from the fountain of youth? This pizza is basic AF and should start at $9.99 at the most. Lol. Y'all are smoking crack. Good luck lol. I can get a large pepperoni from Capri Deli for less and it's one of the best pizzas around. I like the build your own pizza option. The pizzas aren't as big, so it can feed up to 2! Then, there is limited toppings, they have much more ingredients at maybe a pieology. It's best for going with the pizza combo deals read more

I've always been so embarrassed about my gluten & dairy allergies :( I usually feel like such a bother when I have to ask for specific modifications. However, that changed today thanks to Yareth. She was incredibly accommodating with all my dietary restrictions and handled everything with such a genuine smile. It honestly made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Anyone with allergies knows how stressful eating out can be because you never really know if something is safe or if it could be cross contaminated. But today, I truly felt safe and that's all because of Yareth and her attention to detail and overall kindness. Because of the amazing service I received from her, I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making a usually stressful experience feel easy and welcoming. read more

The food is always good since the customer is in charge of creating their own pizza while the staff makes it. Whenever my kids want to have their custom pizzas with their specific requests the staff is nice and patient. Any questions, I have they answer it. Also, the eating area is clean and spacious. The outdoor seating area is nice as well. Highly recommend you join the Blaze Awards program if you come often enough. The pizzas are the perfect size for 1-2 people. Take them to go or eat them at Blaze. Pile a bunch of toppings to make your pizza great! Want less cheese more sauce....you got it! It's your own creation. No judgements...lol. read more

We went there last night. We were greeted by a friendly employee. We ordered a gluten free build your own and a Herbivore. She accidentally added ricotta cheese to the Herbivore. She realized it and wanted to throw it out. I love ricotta and told her it was a great mistake and to leave it on. The gf pizza was a nightmare. A different employee brought out 3 regular crusts before bringing out a gluten free crust. We asked for the gf pizza to be cooked well. It wasn't. I understand people make mistakes, but bringing the wrong thing out 3 times is unacceptable. It was very unfortunate.. We frequent the Blaze pizza where we live quite often and have never had an issue. read more

I'm very thankful for this Blaze Pizza and the workers there. My kid has severe food allergies, especially nuts and dairy. The workers were very accommodating and went beyond my expectations to make sure the pizza had safe ingredients and prevent cross contamination. They provided a full ingredient list so I can check if there is dairy in the pepperoni and sausage. Also they suggested the vegan cheese and it is quite delicious and safe for my kid. Overall my dairy and nut allergic kid really likes their pizza and had no adverse reactions so I will be coming back again. Also, my other kid with no diet restrictions ate their entire pizza and still talks about how good it was. Thank you Blaze! read more

Good service!! Writing this because the lady who yelped before me was in front of me in line and was trippin for no reason and being a normal pretentious Karen to the entire staff & just had an annoying vibe. She was complaining about freaking salad and the salad didn't even look bad, I've seen it look worse at Whole Foods. This is blaze pizza not one of gordon Ramsay's restaurants. Yaris was respectful to her and only said she could leave if she wanted to after being threatened and talked down to. But yeah that lady was trippin. read more

I loved this place until tonight. Ordered 2 build-your-own high rise, a cookie and a brownie. The blonde girl looked like she was pissed and in a bad mood, threw tantrum and slobbered the red sauce all over my pizza , cheese thrown in recklessly. The black guy tried to help out but she was frowning the entire time. The entire staff were hectic (except for the black guy who was always professional and this one Asian dude who offered to help even after clocking out) , looking stressed over bulk orders (understandable but Manager should step in to keep the staff in order) The Staff tonight were arguing loudly, the other guy (short) in the counter, answered his phone and was complaining to the person he was talking to! kitchen was a mess! My order finally came in ( after telling them to check on it because it had been in the oven for a while) pizza was overcooked, burnt for the most part, served in big slices, in an open box because it was too big for the box! They had forgotten the desserts, the short, stubby guy handed me the cookie, cookie was as hard as Cameron Diaz's baking from Charlie's angel movie! couldn't eat it. Had to throw it away! Very bad experience tonight. I was disappointed with the team, professionalism at work, food. read more

My review got removed, not sure why they removed it but here it goes again. Be careful when you eat here because clearly the staff are not careful enough to make sure that the pizza is debris free . We found a piece of plastic in a mouth full of pizza my mom spit out. Her gums started to bleed. We are grateful. She's a slow at chewing and didn't gobble the shard of plastic . When we went into the restaurant to tell them what happened, they did not even offer to replace the pizza or give in-store credit for the next time. Instead, they denied having utensils that color (green) and claimed that they use a third-party to cut and wash and prepare their vegetables/ingredients. No sympathy on the fact that they threw our half eaten slice of pizza away. Instead, they offered me a five dollar credit on a rewards card with the employees name on it , that is so petty because anyone can go and earn that reward that way . read more

I run multiple restaurant locations, so I know that this business is not easy. However, I gave this particular location 3 chances to make it right. I spoke to a Team member, Steven on 2 different occasions since the incident who I made aware of an over done pizza that was not edible. Than went through their automated complaint system which obviously is just as broken since I still have not received any response at this point. My kids school, Gladestone Elementary was doing a fund raiser with Blaze pizza. I did a preorder on-line to help make it easier for the operations. First time customer and because it was for my kids school I got a bit of everything, with 7 pizzas to help both their business and the school. All was good except for my Wife's pizza the Red Vine. Fully burnt, ordered as is with no type of modifications where they also forgot to add their key ingredient basil. As you can see what was given to me at the time is no where close to the picture my Wife was expecting when she ordered. The Red Vine pizza was not edible. Being overwhelmed during a school fund raiser is going to happen and it is expected to have a few burnt pizzas. But on my end, I was just asking to get some kind of credit at a later time knowing that their operations was not prepared to handle the volume of business they got from Gladestone on September 14th. The fact is I made every effort on reaching out, spoke to their team member, Steven where I gave all the detailed information on two different phone calls days apart. Then went through their formal complaint automatic system when no one bothered to reach out. The automatic system runs just as good as their in house system?! California is a very difficult state to run restaurants, but when you can't take ownership to handle business opportunities to help the business grow it is a short lived moment to eventually be out of business. Hoping this gives you better information to prepare for the next fund raiser or at least decline these type of events on not accepting the extreme business where you can affect the integrity of the operations. read more
