My sister and I went to Little Caesars for their "Detroit Style Slices & Stixs" with a side of marinara sauce deal for $4.99 and we were told they don't have that special!!! This is the third location that told us they don't have the special that the company advertised!!! So we decided to order 1 individual pepperoni pan pizza and 1 individual cheesy stixs and split the 2 items... Little Caesars wanted to charge us $5.00+ dollars for the cheesy stixs and $12.00+ dollars for the pan pizza!!! I told the cashier both are on their menu for $5.00+ dollars and she told us the 2 items we wanted were cheesy stixs... 1 with pepperoni and 1 without, so I asked her if they'll cut the 1 with pepperoni into 4 slices and the other into 8 slices... She said they would but the cheesy stixs don't have pizza sauce so I asked her if they'll cut could add the sauce to the pepperoni cheesy stixs and she said they would but the price goes back up to $12.00+!!! Shocked, I asked her to confirm that they were going to charge us $7.00 for a couple spoonfuls of pizza sauce and she said yes!!! My sister and I looked at each other in disbelief and said we'll go somewhere else!!! What the hell is wrong with you Little Caesars?!?! You're not great pizza and your clientele is there for the cheap prices so it's not the quality of your food, but you advertise specials that your restaurants won't sell and you want to overcharge $7.00 for a couple spoonfuls of pizza sauce!!! They got great pizza, but the service is usually a miss for me. I get absolutely no good customer experience however the pizza is good if you want just a pizza pizza.. there are better ones out there but when you're craving pizza or you're feeding a group of kids or even adults, it's cheap and it hits the spot. We usually get pepperoni and mushrooms or what is usually a hit. Is the meat lovers deep pan pizza. Little Caesars is great for cravings for pizza in a pinch. You can order online and walk in and enter your code and grab your pizza usually when I go in I say hello but I get no interaction really back. We usually like this place, and seeing that they had hours until 10pm, we stopped in to get a few pizzas at 8:55 pm, only to be told they had no more pizzas and were closing at 9pm. There were people in front of me who got pizzas, but the employees refused to make any more pizzas and told me to leave. It seemed they were more interested in leaving than doing business. If they want to close at 9pm, then post that, and honor that, but don't post that you're open until 10 pm and tell people your out of pizzas a hour and 5 minutes before you close. I want to start this by the fact that I love Little Ceasars. I debate people all the time with how awesome the bestest is. This is a doordash combo issue. If you order the bestest pizza, they will just give you a hot and ready pizza. I think they just hate that they have to work with doordash during this time. So beware of any online ordering. They don't want you to do it and that's why they are sending the wrong items to discourage you. I just say wrong item sent and get my money back but it's still a waste. I'm usually upset with my visit to Little Caesars. Although many would say there famous for their "hot and ready" pizza, I often find there pizza not ready (although very hot). They are usually crowded, slow, and confusing. I asked to speak to a manager.. a young kid came to the front. I love Little Caesars deep deep dish pizza. It is honestly one of my favorite pizzas. I like the thick soft crust of a deep dish. Their Italian cheese bread is phenomenal. Their bread sticks(when ordered lightly cooked and over seasoned) are great. Their hot a fresh pizzas are ok. A steal at $5. Their wings, I'll pass. They are decent, but I'm a fan of BWW and these just don't compare. They are poorly flavored and soggy. Kind of grosses me out. I like them to be cooked until crispy then sauced. Haven't had Little Caesars in awhile since I don't have any nearby where I live so I was excited that there was one next door to KIatch. Originally, I was thinking of ordering a 1-topping pizza with mushrooms but then I saw the Hula Hawaiian for $7. Yes, the picture on the menu sold me but the actual pizza turned out the same as the picture! No skimping on ingredients here for the Hula Hawaiian! I placed my order first and then went next door to get my latte. I think the latte took longer to make than my pizza. By the time I finally got my latte, my pizza was already baked and ready for me to pick up! Very convenient! Ask for grated cheese and peppers, which they have! The other people buying pizza on the other hand were garbage. First off a man came in and was upset that a pepperoni pizza was $5.69 instead of $5. Sir, yes it has been $5 for over a decade but prices go up every once and a while, $0.69 is literally pennies, there was no reason for you to get upset about it. Then a lady came in and stood in the very corner and then made a scene when no one asked what she needed. Ma'm, go up to the counter like a normal person, it's the international sign that you are ready. So we ordered 3 pizzas from this place and it was good the only thing is that we all got sick ! It was obvious that the pizza caused us all to get diarrhea and vomiting because it only affected the ones that ate the pizza . I decided to call and complain about what had happened and the First Lady that answered hung up so I called back . The second time the manager answered and she was rude from the beginning saying that I was the only complain and that she couldn't do anything about it .
