Had a pretty disappointing experience at Wingstop. The chicken came out undercooked, which is already a major issue. To their credit, the employee did agree to remake the wings, but it took another 25 minutes. The bigger frustration was that they refused to replace the fries, which had been sitting in the bag the entire time. By the time the new wings came out, the fries were cold and soggy--basically inedible. The employee stated that they don't do refunds so I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Customer service was bad, and unfortunately that seems to be way too common these days. At the end of the day, it all starts with management. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. Avoid this spot...probably safe to say just avoid Wingstop in general. read more

I have been craving chicken wings lately. I have tried Wingstop many years ago. I never went back due to small size wings at high prices until yesterday. Thought I give them another chance to WOW me. This Wingstop is located at Glendora Marketplace. Tons of parking shared with other businesses are available. Its location is perfect as it is right next door to Crumbl and a couple doors from Krak Boba and there's a Handel's Homemade Ice Cream + AMC just on the other side. Perfect place for date night! For real!! Well, they WOWed me!!! I love my wings bone-in. Lemon Pepper is my preferred flavor. The nice young man behind the counter recommended the Hot Honey Rub for my second flavor. I got 10 wings... 5 of each flavor. Thank you so much for the recommend because OMG... the wings were so DELICIOUSLY GOOD! They were of good size, too. Hot Honey Rub has 3 flames hot... it had the perfect kick! Honey was a very nice compliment to the hot spice. They were "finger-licking good" as KFC would say. Yes, I was licking my fingers in public LOL. It was so much better tasting than Lemon Pepper IMHO. Don't get me wrong... Lemon Pepper was still tasty with its lemony and peppery flavor. I'm salivating right now LOL. I want some more WINGS ahora!!! I saw the 20 wings for $20 special advertisement on the outside window, but as I was ordering, I forgot all about it. Otherwise, I would have gotten that special instead of just 10 wings for $13+. Bummer! It's all good. I will definitely go back soon for that amazing deal. They also offer wing combos and bundles with fries and drinks. A fancy fountain soda machine is available to give you great drinks. They have good inside dining space. Restrooms for customer use only. Paper towels and hand sanitizers are available for use. What would be a nice addition though is hand wipes. Thank you Wingstop for offering amazingly tasty chicken wings! I will be back to try the other flavors. What are you waiting for... go get yourself some great tasting wings today! They gave me burnt wings wtffff. Whenever I want fast food instead of McDonald's, Burger King and Taco Bell I go to Wingstop. But today I had a delivery and it looks like they decided to give me whatever they had left which was burnt overcooked some undercooked wings. I guess you'll get whatever they give you when you have food delivered to your house. I'm so disappointed in Wingstop know that they are not a perfect company, but they should train their employees a little better. Highly disappointed. read more

I'll start by saying that on 11/4/25 this store has 2.5 stars on this app. This is probably our 4th time having issues with deliveries, and it's not with the delivery drivers, but with the store itself. It never fails, missing drinks, condiments, or in this case, missing 15 wings! It was game 7 of the World Series so I knew they'd be busy and had no problem with the wait, but to have 15 wings missing is irresponsible. The worst part is calling them same day and them having their voicemail disconnected and same on Sunday, so when I call on Monday they tell me it's too late, I took too long to report my problem and there's nothing they can do. I will never order wingstop after this incident and I'll be calling their corporate office to make them aware of the issue. I recommend you order from another store. read more

First time eating in at a wing stop location. service took longer than usual. we placed out order at 1:04 pm and did not get our food until about 1:25 pm noticed they don't have a trashcan inside. staff members throw away your trash. relatively nice location given the shopping center that its at! i had their chicken sandwich with mango habanero! really tasty! smothered in there sauce. there bathrooms need a little attention as they are not the nicest looking. read more

Came in here today, and Angelica was so friendly! We usually get the lemon pepper wings with fries as a meal, but she made so many awesome suggestions that we had to skip the usual and go with the new! We had cajun fries and 30 wings ! The ranch always hits the spot with the fries, and the bone in wings were made to perfection! The vibe was chill, and there weren't many people when we got there, but later on in the afternoon, there were more people coming in for dinner and online orders. We are so used to ordering ahead that we forget about the amazing perks of just sitting down and watching the game from inside. Will keep coming back for sure. I called the store and spoke with a Gavin who apologized for the inconvenience and said he would remake not only the boneless but a new set of fries and 2 additional tenders. Never fails that you'll wait an additional 20-30 min AFTER the time your order should be ready. This place is chronically understaffed with a handful of young men that like overworked and stressed. They're understandably frazzled and the lobby area always has anywhere from 5-15 customers just standing around, all commiserating about how horrible the wait is. Fix your online ordering system. I get that you can only make wings so fast and it was CRAZY busy, but when we ordered online, it said my order would be done at 5:45. We placed the order at 4:50 and did not get it until 6:50. They were doing their best, but please give people an honest pick up time! There were about 30 people standing and waiting and missing their World Series parties, many of them giving up and going home. I came to this Wingstop because they advertise that they accept EBT. I made it very clear to the cashier three times that I was paying with EBT Food, even confirming that my order was supposed to be rung up as EBT Food. My total before tax was $51.33, which is correct for EBT Food--there should be no tax--but he still charged me $57.11. I swiped my card and didn't push the issue because they were busy, and the cashier seemed distracted. I assumed he knew what he was doing. The next day, I went to use my EBT cash balance and found it was gone. After checking my balance, I realized the cashier had charged me EBT Cash, not EBT Food, draining the cash on my card. I called and spoke with Daphne, who told me to come in and talk to a manager. When I showed up, Daphne was the only one willing to give me her name. The other employees--a younger chubby guy with a limp, a short older man, and a younger Chinese guy who preferred to speak Chinese in front of me instead of English--wouldn't give me theirs. I reordered the exact same items right there to show them that if EBT Food had been selected correctly, no tax would be charged and the funds would come from my food balance. The proof was right in front of them, but instead of refunding my EBT cash, the owner (Nikki or Susan) told the younger Chinese employee to tell me to report my card lost or stolen to get my money back--essentially instructing me to commit fraud--rather than taking responsibility for their employee's mistake. No apology. No effort to make it right. Just unprofessionalism and a refusal to own up to what happened. Bottom line: If you use EBT here, double-check your receipt before you leave. Their incompetence cost me money, time, and patience, and their "solution" crossed a legal and ethical line. read more

Everything was good to say the least until I saw when the brownie was prepped (8 days ago) and when it was set to expire ( 5 days ago). As a person that uses uber eats quite frequently I believe that there should be higher quality standards given that this is inconvenient for the consumer. I stopped eating at Wingstop 1 year ago because the service and food was bad. The wings were either not cooked enough or too well done. I decided to come back about 1 month ago, and I discovered that it was revamped with new employees and new supervisor. The current employees are very helpful, and have a positive helpful work ethic. Brian and Ernest are the two that run the front, and they have been awesome! The guys in the back cooking seem like they enjoy it and take their job seriously in a positive environment. We got wings last night, and they were perfect! The place was super busy too. They are definitely doing something right now. I'll be coming back for sure in the future as long as it is being run by the guys I mentioned above. read more

I am not sure what i expect when coming here. The wings are always overly salted/seasoned. The service is always super slow. The wings taste like Tyson chicken nuggets (frozen tv dinner). Hands down the bone in over the boneless...but, either way this place has changed in a terrible way. Boneless wings now 70 cents each (on the discounted days), and now they charge for side sauces...i could have sworn they used to give you 1 or 2 on the side for free.
