I went with the combo and then my food comes no fries so I ask about it and she tells me only a drink comes with the combo. I'm not gonna argue or make a scene over not getting fries. That's fine but the menu says the combo has fries and a drink. Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with Caesar Dressing. It does not come coated like a Traditional Caesar salad. The wrap is dry because the dressing is in the side. That's weird to me because I ordered chicken CAESAR wrap. Pouring globs of dressing on the top of my wrap like I'm eating a breakfast burrito is not ideal. The soda machines had little to no carbonation so the sodas are super syrup heavy. Even the tea options tasted off. They do offer beer, perhaps I should have gone that route. The place was clean but we were the only ones in there so I can't speak to the cleanliness of the place on a busy day. I called the location and asked if I can come back to pick up the right order because my wife is craving it. The server said yes and don't need to bring the wrong order. I downloaded their cake app and put in our order. Waited 15 mins and went in to get our order. They said they didn't receive the order. So I pulled up my receipt and they made my order. They are newly opened and figuring things out, so I wasn't mad. The buffalo fries were okay they definitely need to add cheese to them it's just the fries , chicken and sauce on top . So while in line at Coffee bean and tea leaf in Glendora Greg saw this place called the Buffalo spot in his rear view mirror. We LOVE wings. So i looked it up. Just barely opened.....but within the last 24 hours they had some very jaw dropping and horrible sounding reviews. They were mean and racist! So the outspoken and second chance giving people we are we decided not use the app and walk in and order. I walked in and announced "HI! We saw on yelp you had some very bad reviews within the last 24 hours, so we thought we'd come and see how horrible you really are!" She looked concerned but i laughed and so did Greg so she laughed and thanked us for still giving them a shot. We told her that we had never heard of them and if she could explain about their food. In all honesty, we werent really hungry yet but dinner was in an hour and they have 14 SAUCES!!! PLUS IT WAS .55 cent boneless wings on Tuesday! Alex, was extremely nice and informative and was training a new girl. We were very patient while she was showing her how to put in our order. Then Greg said that he thought the reviews were wrong about them. She then informed us about the incident that happened the day before was a very serious one that led to the employee being let go. She did not state what happened or that the customer was in the wrong for being upset. She was very sweet and professional. Something changed, I've been here a few times and it just seems like it's getting worse and worse. The last two times I came here there was barley any buffalo chicken in the fry plate and every time I come it seems like they're skimping more and more on the sauce. My last plate was so dry, there was barley anything on it. I asked for some more sauce and the girl up front said they charge for it. I asked for some ranch and they charge for that too. I then said okay, is there a corporate number in which I can file a formal complaint? She then started yelling at me and stated I was harassing her. Not too sure how I was harassing when asking for a manger or a number for corporate...anyways, she then started harassing me and being belligerent and disrespectful and accusing me of calling the store multiple times and harassing her and her coworkers. I let her know that this is my FIRST time calling and I don't appreciate being accused of calling before this time. OBVIOUSLY I'm not the only one who had a complaint about the food recently. I finally got the girl to apologize to me as she was speaking to me very rudely, I asked for her name like anyone with bad service would and she stated I was making her uncomfortable and refused. That's just funny as I was a calm and respectful customer who was calling to make sure no other people get sick like I did. DO NOT EAT HERE AND IF YOU DO, EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
