She labels each meal with the name of the dish and calorie count and cooks it all from scratch, customized to your needs - and I've noticed that they keep in the refrigerator for a lot longer than food from other places because of this! I'm a health nut who has one of these meals every time I'm too tired/lazy to cook, and knowing that the food is healthy and made by a local small business is SO much better than getting takeout from Subway or other "healthy" fast food restaurants. Plus, I've never gotten a meal I didn't like. I especially love that I can mix and match plant-based vegan meals with healthy seafood and meat options. They require ahead of time order (my plate was 1hr wait) and give you this paper with a QR code that directs you to the website where you can choose from tons of different customizable options.
