Delicious food! Welcoming and warm customer service! I came in on a Wednesday afternoon. I placed a pick up order online. As I got there I was greeted by the worker behind the register. There were a couple of people already waiting for their food to the far left by the soda machine. There was a guy on the right side waiting and I stepped to the left since there was a pick up orders sign there. There was another person behind me. As we waited for our turn, the worker was calling out and making the orders that the people were already waiting on, it was apparent that pick up orders are not priority - although I was helped first. I felt bad after since the guy to the right was waiting and he should have gone first. I'm sorry about that. It was my first time here and I didn't know. There really should be a sign or something that says pick up AND in person orders so that we all line up in one line or for the worker to straight up say, "who's next?" Before helping people (just a suggestion). Although online my order said it's be ready by a certain time. I still had to wait about 5-10 minutes more. I ordered a BBQ blaze sandwich with fries and 2 mild crispy tenders. The wait was not too bad. As I got my order, the lovely worker made small conversation, which was nice. I got home and I come to find out there are no pickles in my sandwich :( (it said it came with pickles online). The fries were delicious but towards the end they were stale, and crispy. The chicken tenders were sweet and delicious but I didn't like the oil hanging out on the bottom. Maybe next time I'll try a dry rub flavor and be sure to have the pickles in there before I leave and try another type of fries. For these reasons I give it a 4/5. I cannot wait to come back and try more things from their menu. read more

Just an fyi Be careful ordering food online and picking up from Wingstop La Verne. They are just handing out orders to anyone that walk in and announce a name on the bags right in the front. I ordered online and paid, then proceeded to go and pick it up. First I was told they couldn't find my order, then I showed him my receipt. A few minutes later he came bad to the front to say that it was picked up already. I was like by who I'm the only one who knows about my order and I'm here to pick it up. I told the mgr either make my order or give me a refund. He ended up making my order. Overall Manager was rude and a A-hole. I'll never spend my money there ever again. On the 4th of july my daughter decided to treat the 5 of us to Wingstop. I was the only one who never had it. They said it was great. She ordered the 69.99 deal. We went to pick it up and she brought cash. I brought nothing. The bill came to just about 80.00. we were 2.22 short. So we dug through my car and came up with 1.80. not good enough he says. Back to my car we have 2.22. being this took some embarrassing time the food was quite cold. Now for the food. The chicken was so burnt it was shriveled to the bone. All four flavors were burned and awful. The fries after microwaving were ok but not worth the 2.40 extra for one of the orders to have lemon pepper flavoring added. Seriously a little kindness regarding the last 40 cents would not have gone unnoticed. For me this was my first visit and most definitely my last . It was my first time trying Wingstop, and my expectations fell somewhat short. I didn't really like the flavor of the Korean sauce (as a Korean, it didn't really taste Korean), and the mango habanero one had this strange plastic/chemical-y smell emanating from it. That was really offputting, but the spice levels were pretty intense. I wonder what the Atomic tastes like because the mango habanero was fiery enough that I needed to take a break and finish it later. Even for the Korean sauce, I could feel my lip burning for a while after I finished eating. Also, the texture of the sandwich was lacking. I don't even like McDonald's but their Spicy McChicken was better in quality than theirs. However, I'll give them some points on the presentation since the bun on the sandwich looked fluffy and it withheld its shape. However, the visuals on the wings weren't as aesthetic. Compared to Dominos chicken wings, Wingstop's are bigger and meatier. I don't think I'd come back though just because I wasn't wow-ed by anything. I realize food service workers are overworked and underappreciated, but I did not particularly feel welcome by the cashier when I was there. Plus, I hope they make it possible for customers to pay by card online because it would make more a much smoother transaction process. Friendly staff, clean bathroom, quick service. We like the boneless Original Hot and Garlic Parmesan flavors. Today I ordered them a La carte 10 PCs, which is comparable in price to the 6 pc combo with fries or veggies and a drink. I watched as Jose answered the phone and he was very professional and kind to the person throughout. Spacious inside with 8 tables, including 1 large round one that can seat 6 comfortably and 6 counter tables by the front door also. Wingstop has raised their prices by 10 dollars on some items since the last time I've been there. The food is the only thing thats good about this location but its not even worth the price you pay and time you wait. The staff is very uninterested in their job and overall somewhat unprofessional. They seem like they flat out hate their jobs and want to quit. However, the manager working in the back seemed to have passion for their job, so props to them. Inside, the entire floor was packed away and all the tables where up so eating there wasn't an option. Lastly, every single time I've gone to a wingstop it took them over 30 minutes to prepare my meal no matter what size. I suppose it's the quality that your waiting and paying for but I just don't think it's worth it. Overall DO NOT come here unless prices change, this will probably be the last time I eat wingstop just because of the price which really sucks... We like to order online and pick up at this location. Haven't had a problem with our online orders and the wings and seasoned fries are always delicious ! They have several tables and chairs for customers to sit in if you prefer that as well. Sometimes they personalize how they write our names, which is a nice touch. Right now they have a limited edition with hot honey rub and it's a must try. It is sweet and spicy at the same time with a nice crunch when you bite into the wings. I personally prefer all the dry wings (lemon pepper and Louisiana rub) because I feel that the wet ones have too much sauce on them. We have also tried their chicken sandwich. Great sandwich with the same type of seasoning you would typically get for your wings. Order it as a combo so it's not too dry. There's a reason why we keep coming back for more..because it's a guilty pleasure and a way to reward ourselves after a long day. Decided to doordash from here tonight, spent 40$ when my food was delivered my bag was sealed shut.. and when I opened the bag half my order was missing! The way the bag was sealed there was no way the doordasher took anything without ripping the tape part. I called Wingstop to ask about what we can do to resolve this issue. The lady assured me she put everything into the bag. And I kept reiterating that the bag was sealed when it arrived. I asked for a refund on what I did not receive and she put me on hold to text her boss. She said he would refund me tomorrow when he comes in at 10. But her tone made it seem like she was just trying to get me off the phone. Im highly disappointed honestly. And I don't believe I will ever receive the refund. So doordashers beware. First time here. The wings were saturated in grease and the fries were just okay - soggy. The bathroom situation was confusing. They are both gender neutral but anyone can walk in. One has a urinal and stall and the other has 2 stalls...it's just strange because they gender-neutral bathrooms that I have been seeing usually have one toilet and you can lock the door and be in the restroom by yourself. We asked that they provide 15 wings undressed so that the children in our party could eat and the manager told the front worker no. We asked to speak to the manager.
