a box of chicken wings and a pizza
HY W.

I wanted to use an online coupon but I was told by an employee I had to order online because their system doesn't allow them to apply coupons when you order in-store. I ended up making an online order and it wasn't a long wait. There's seating at this location for you to dine-in which is nice. I ordered plain wings and a medium 3-topping pizza. Wings were alright, but the pan pizza was great! Every Domino's I've been to so far has always gone light on the toppings, but not this location! I could actually taste the cheese and the marinara sauce for once. I'll definitely be ordering again from this Claremont Domino's! Fast and great customer service! Kudos to their hard-working employees and delivery drivers!

So cheap it's like they're paying for cheese out of their own pockets

This location is terrible, not enough cheese I don't come here often probably because I forget how bad it is but it never disappoints in letting me down. This time they were so cheap on the cheese it didn't even cover the entire pizza. Go somewhere else if you want good pizza

Box 1 of 2 to paying customer.

Worst experience from the Claremont Domino's Pizza store. Ordered an Xtra Large Extravaganza Pizza and received 6 pieces divided up into 2 boxes with chunks of the toppings spread out throughout the box. It was apparent that these 2 boxes were tossed around. Worst experience from this location. 1 star is too generous. Poor management control.

don't go to dominos in claremont, ca

What changed with your pizza dough? It now tastes like what you would expect from a frozen pizza.

This place has the best gluten-free pizza. The staff is very nice. They get your pizza delivered very fast.

I do wish they were a bit more affordable or had a senior menu but the food is prepared nicely and always taste delicious. My one negative gripe is the music it's just way too loud and not appropriate for people my age to want to stay and order more. I have spoke to friends of mine and we all agree the music is not appropriate for this style of restaurant even classical works but top 40 pop is a bit much and detracts from the French theme vibe. Some French Music would make this place a dream. Since it is a French themed restaurant. Or at least appears to be. But the contemporary music deflects away from the French vibe and atmosphere. So I give a thumbs down on the loud music ie. minus a star. However I feel changing the music only would add to the ambience and the vibe of the place, just my opinion. However, sadly due to the Music, I choose sit outside but when your my age with this heat being so awful it would be so nice to sit inside with the air-conditioner with nice refreshing music. I will cross my fingers it gets better as I would eat there every day. On the upside there is one lovely tall dark haired fair girl at the counter who looks very French and has a European vibe about her aura she just makes the place. She is so kind and welcoming. I have gone in very stressed a couple times and her demeanor is so calm and sweet she makes me feel welcome and appreciated and diffuses my stress level every time. Very few people nowadays have that kind of charm. She doesn't make me feel rushed or brushed off like most service people. I just adore her energy she has the best manners and eloquence of any waitress in Claremont. I'm always happy when I see she's working. I wish I could pronounce her name I think it's Bree or Bly or something like that. Also they definitely need name tags too. But the food is very good.

I've eaten here several times over the years, and it's a unique place to get a steak, or even just…read morea burger or a salad. First, I would avoid coming here during the usual busy dinner rush times. The ambiance is very casual, unpretentious, open seating. So when it's busy, it's loud. When it's busy, the servers are juggling multiple fully booked out tables. So if you're the impatient type, don't bother. Every time I've interacted with the staff, they've been as friendly and as accommodating as possible, for the volume of people that come here. It's just that popular. I'd rather come for a lazy lunch or afternoon meal if you're one of those people that need exceptional service and undying attention. The ingredients are pretty much high end. If you're familiar with the difference between dry-aged angus beef, wagyu raised in the US, or Australia, or New Zealand, or straight from Japan, you'll realize Meat Cellar offers the best cuts of beef around in Inland Empire. Very much the kind of quality you can find at Cut, Matu, Alexander's, Mastro's, etc. Except you don't to drive out through ass-fuck LA traffic, pay $20 valet parking, dress-up, etc. You could pretty much show up in pajama bottoms and a Sponge Bob T-shirt, and they'll serve and treat you like a fellow human being. Interestingly, whereas a lot of people would drive to LA or Beverly Hills to eat a prestigious steak house, it's also the opposite here, where people are driving from Orange County or Santa Clarita to eat here specifically as regulars. On the "lower" priced end, their fried chicken and fancy burger are pretty solid options to order. I also like getting their steak-frites with wagyu blade upgrade, the wagyu picanha, and the dry-aged ribeye. The cuts of beef itself does distinct itself in flavor by how much marbling to beef there is, and certainly dry-aged has a certain lovely, umami, earthy, nutty character to it. Personally, they're all good on their own with just salt - there are an array of sauce add-ons you can get. I can do without the salmon or the filet mignon, but then again, my palate is on team fatty savory flavor. Their sides are doable, though they tend to be all sharing portions. Fries are decent too, cooked in tallow fat. So keep that in mind, you might not like the texture and aroma of fries cooked in animal fat if you're used to eating trans-fatty vegetable oils your whole life.
