In my opinion, she would better serve your shop on the Pizza Prep Line Crew or hand her a bucket and mop to keep the shop looking clean and tight. I ordered the Diavola, and it came out with a beautiful char throughout the crust that added a delicious smoky flavor. The pizza was perfectly saucy, the crust was light and pillowy, and every bite had the right amount of cheese. I can definitely see the care, love and quality that goes into each pizza.
