I want to love chik fil a but going to this location at least makes it difficult. They always mess up my order. I ordered the new Jalepeno spicy chicken ranch sandwich and it came without Jalepeno and without ranch or sauce of any kind ( didn't notice until opened at home) Also messed up another portion of the order and instead of just fixing it they asked if we wanted to pay for the mistake. Like no, you should just fix it! We ordered the correct way. How is that our fault? Like you didn't listen. Fast drive thru and pleasant customer service. Sandwiches, salads, fries are all still excellent quality. However, I tried their new Frosted Soda Dr. Pepper and it had so little Dr. Pepper, their signature vanilla soft-serve comprising 95% of the drink flavor. Lacking in soda flavor and had too much of an overt sweet aftertaste. And they didn't fill up the beverage all the way, disappointed and probably wouldn't try other Frosted Soda flavors, would not recommend this new beverage treat item. read more

This was my first trip to this Glendora Chick-fil-A. I'm glad they are part of a larger shopping center so it is more spacious to get in and out of. I've been to other locations and sometimes it's a cluster f and it's a giant deterrent when I know the parking situation is bad. I like to park and then get my stuff for takeout vs having to sit in my car and wait. I order through the app and was able to pick up my food right away. Omg! If you like waiting, then this is the place for you! Hardly anyone inside the restaurant, about 5 cars in drive thru...and we're still waiting for more than 10 mins. The 12 minute mark was when I actually asked about my order which was basically two breakfast meals. The cashier (Faith) said they were still working on it. Scratching my head! Anyways, order was placed at 9:02a and received at 9:19am...I just hope this isn't standard practice! Faith did mention there was a glitch to their system. I love this chick-fil-a. The restaurant was clean, and staff were so friendly and helpful. Jenna Estrada took our order, and she was very bubbly and so sweet. She even gave my kids cute little cow hats! Daphne also checked in with us constantly and was very kind too. The breakfast was good. We ordered the breakfast burrito, chicken sliders, and spicy chicken deluxe. The food was hot, and the chicken and fries were all crispy. I also tried their dragonfruit drink with lemonade, and it was refreshing, sour, and delicious! They also had a little toddler play area that was pretty clean. I had a frustrating experience with my order, but I do want to give credit where it's due. I arrived around 10:10 AM and ordered a few chicken biscuits through the drive thru. After waiting at the window for several minutes, I was asked to pull forward. About 10 minutes later, an employee came out and explained they were out of chicken biscuits and would need to substitute one of the items with a muffin. I was completely fine with that. Unfortunately, after another long wait, I eventually went inside and found out there had been a miscommunication with the kitchen and my order had not been made correctly. Overall, the order was significantly delayed and there seemed to be some confusion regarding what was happening. That said, every employee I interacted with was extremely kind, professional, and apologetic. Once they realized the mistake, they handled it well. They refunded my entire order while still providing the food, and everyone I spoke with genuinely seemed to care about making things right. The experience itself was disappointing because of the delays and order issues, but the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, respectful, and did everything they could to correct the situation. read more

Went through the Chick-fil-A drive thru today (05/14)just to buy a gallon of iced tea. What should have taken maybe 10 minutes ended up taking over 30 minutes because Wyatt and Kaera were busy socializing with the car in front of us instead of keeping the line moving. I understand being friendly with customers, but there's a difference between good customer service and holding up an entire drive thru while having a personal conversation. Sitting in line that long for one item was frustrating and a huge waste of time. Chick-fil-A is usually known for being fast and organized, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The food was delicious. The service was beyond my expectations. Today 11-8-25 I was completely broken crying my heart and soul out sitting inside the restaurant while my girls were in the playground being kids not aware that our lives will change forever after today. Liz not aware of my heart break came to my table asking if she could remove my trash and tray, I looked up and answered her with a yes and thank you. Came in tonight on a busy Friday night, Hank took our order, we ordered a few sandwiches and fries and 1 chocolate chip shake. Very nice and respectful gentleman, he quickly took our order and took our payment got the line moving very quickly. When we got to the windows the young lady in a black sweater was so quick to update us on our order. The food was amazing the chicken sandwitched were delicious and well cooked. It was a Thursday evening and I needed to pick up something from Sam's Club. My daughter was with me and she was hungry so I asked her what she would like to eat. She wanted to eat Pho Beef Rice Noodle Soup at Pho Bambu. I said no because we still have noodle soup at home. Anyway, we ended up going to Chick-fil-A since it is in the same shopping center as Sam's Club. Convenience is everything for the most part. They had a nicely decorative and lit drive-thru and building for the holidays or maybe it's a regular thing for them to be special LOL. We chose to walk-in instead. Staff was friendly and nice. Ordering via line was quick and easy because no one was in front of us. But after we ordered, tons of people walked in. I always say just our attractive energy LOL. We normally go for the chicken tenders and deluxe chicken sandwich. This time we went with the same plus a Cobb salad. I sometimes get their strawberry shake, but not this time. My daughter and I decided to eat here. They actually have pretty tables with a vase of real flowers on them. Not sure if it's just for the holidays, but a really nice touch. Hope they have them all year long. Great place to bring a date LOL. Anyway, everything we ordered was delicious. Love the tender and moist chicken filet and its huge size. Love their various choices of sauces on the side. My favorites are their Original, Honey Mustard, and Polynesian sauces. What I find neat is their station of condimemts and stuff. They have "MINT TO BE" basically fresh mint balls and Purell hand sanitizing wipes. Something a little different to be unique from other fast food joints. Way to go Chick-fil-A! I've been to this location three times this month, and every single time, they've been out of the Kale Crunch Salad. I could understand if it was 15 minutes before they closed, but I was just there at 7:45 PM on a Saturday. The time before that was even earlier. Since they stay open until 10:00 PM, running out of a staple item more than two hours early three times in a row really points to a management issue with forecasting and ordering. I want to be clear: the hourly staff is great. They are incredibly polite and kind, and you can tell they feel bad having to apologize for the shortage. But this isn't on them; it's a logistics problem. I've also noticed what seems to be a high turnover of employees here. It feels like a quick on your feet environment that might be wearing people out. There are other famous California-born chains (the ones that have their own training "universities") where the staff is fast-paced but clearly happy and well-supported. I'd love to see that same level of stability here for these workers. Management shouldn't let a busy lobby give them a false sense of security. Just because the registers are ringing doesn't mean the store is running as well as it could be. A district manager or a VP really needs to look into why they're consistently running out of product so early in the night. The employees are doing their part; they just need the management team support to provide them with the inventory to help them serve their customers....... read more

I used to love going there. But their service in the last 3 months has really gone down. I have driven through the drive through, ordered unbreaded chicken nuggets. Got home and got breaded ones which I can't eat because I'm gluten free. Called and got corporate and let them know. They told me to return them and i would get grilled ones. So today my hubby orders a Cobb salad and says unbreaded chicken and also orders nuggets as well that are unbreaded. He gets the salad and again it is with breaded nuggets. So he sends it back so they can remake it with unbreaded nuggets. The nuggets he received were fine. We had also asked for no corn. So when they brought the salad back the chicken was unbreaded but they had added corn. I then complained when they brought it back corrected. The director let me know I was ordering them wrong that's why it was wrong because they newbies who are taking orders outside don't recognize the word "unbreaded" which to me signals no breading on my chicken or grilled nuggets. I would ask the corporate to teach the trainers and employees that unbreaded and grilled means virtually the same thing. This would help with a lot of wrong orders. read more

I have to say that this has to be one of the cleanest well run fast food places I have ever eaten at, the staff was all freindly.
