Oh my gosh is this food horrible! I should have known right when I walked in. All the employees were just not the most professional. They were messing around with a line full of people. The food was horrible. The chicken had the texture of some other type of animal. The beef had a very rubbery texture too. The veggies tasted like they were smothered in butter. I ended up taking about 4 bites of my food and threw that crap in the trash...eeeeewwwww never again will I step foot in one of these nasty restaurants. Just because you advertise that you are a healthy food location, isn't an excuse to be disgusting. This place was truly terrible. My first tip is don't come here. I came here with a group of four, two of us ordered the chicken-steak plate for $7.79, and the other two ordered the half and half bowl for $5.99 (same thing as the chicken-steak plate). The plate was a rip-off, the bowl had more food. Too bad I didn't want any more food. The teriyaki beef was absolutely disgusting!!!!! I've tried better dog food. I have no complainants about the chicken but it was ruined by the beef, it was just inedible. I'm a guy that always finishes his food but I could not do this with that disgusting food. To make matters worse the small restaurant was filled with loud Mexican families screaming across the restaurant. Pros: They have free jalapenos. THATS IT. read more

I gotta give them credit for their attempt at healthy food. Problem is that they can't make brown rice to save their lives. Hamster pallets would be the best description. Also, the chicken breast is so dry, that you actually need to dip it in a glass of water to swallow it down. Is it to much to ask for a little flavor? Wow I tried the chicken veggie bowl and it was amazing. But I went in one day and I was in a hurry. For some reason they took so long to give me my order. I noticed everyone else got their food but me. I told the lady who was giving out the orders that where is my food and she looked and my receipt wasn't even on the chefs view. She then told him to make the chicken bowl. I noticed she put onion on it when I had ordered it without onion. I was so mad that I just told to leave it the was it was. Heard good things about waba grill so I had to try it out since I was out in the area for disneyland. Walked in and was 1st in line. I was ready to order but the ladies in the front were just staring at me. Not one hello or anything. Am i really that ugly? LOL! Next thing you know a spanish couple walks in and they say hello and are you ready to order. I pretty much laughed at how they ignored me. Pretty hard to get me angry so i kept my cool. Went to the Waba Grill for the first time. Thought I would try the Steak and Chicken plate. The steak was cut up like dog food. Just small scraps of meat and the Chicken was good. Now the question is "Would I go back" and I think the answer is only if it was the last place that was open. I sent a message to the management of the Waba Grill however have not received a reply. I think the Yelp is a great tool. I watch Mystery Diner and restaurant steak out on TV. I feel this business might make it but will never do well until the product is much better. The parking is not good at all. I wonder if I will hear from the Waba Grill. read more

I'm not sure why this locations reviews are so low, but I enjoyed my chicken vegetable bowl. Nice size bowl with nice chunks of chicken. This was my first time trying them, I thought they were a mom and pop joint. I didn't know there were other locations. I'm sure to visit the one in Ontario. read more

The food is alright. I like having the jalapeños on the continent bar. The people at register talk to you like you're a nuisance though and the girl helping me looked like she obviously didn't like her job. Whatever I get it.
