Since he has a long order she proceeds to stop making my sandwich and grab a pen and write his order on a paper. She used the same gloves to write with the pen and make my food. Kept going back and forth. Same pen that sits in the counter for anyone to grab! I asked her if that pen is only used with gloves and she said yes. But cmon how do I know that. I mentioned it to the guy in the register and he said he would talk to her and asked if I wanted a new sandwich. Unfortunately I had to go so now I'm looking at the sandwich grossed out. I placed an order from this location through Uber Eats and my order was completely wrong. When I called to let them know, the staff member who answered was extremely rude and disrespectful instead of helping me resolve the issue. When I drove back up to get it fixed, they were out of the bread I originally ordered. Instead of offering a proper replacement or making it right, they handed me what was basically 3/4 of the sandwich I paid for. On top of that, I had paid extra for additional meat, but they only gave me the regular portion--even after I came back in person to fix their mistake. To make matters worse, the ingredients didn't look or taste fresh. Overall, very disappointing experience: poor customer service, rude staff, and food quality that isn't worth the price. read more

Didn't think I would enjoy Jersey Mike's as much as I did, but I did. COVID-19 quarantine eating brings on some interesting finds... Take, for example, the #55 "Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak" equipped with jalapeños (how could I deny), mushrooms (mmm, protein, B vitamins, and more), red and green bell peppers (again, how could I deny immune system boosters), grilled onions (hard habit to break) and avocado (because... California!) all on a recommended rosemary Parmesan bread that doesn't overpower the rest of the flavors and is oh-so-soft on the inside. This location is grab and go only... they don't do curbside delivery. The folks here are nice, friendly and fast. I joined the rewards program because I'm a mom. And they have cold and hot sandwiches. And while I'm not crazy about their chips and drinks, the sandwiches are good portions - not great but good - at the current prices. I love Mike's but the service here is absolutely horrible. I ordered online and walked in and asked if my order was ready. The woman at the counter told me it was not ready yet so we sat at a table right in front of cashier who told us the order was not ready. We sat there for over 10 minutes while everyone else's order was completed. Ten minutes later I walk up and ask if my order is ready and they give me the order. It was sitting there for over 10 minutes and no one tells me it's ready when I am right in front of them. And I even gave them a tip on the order. What a poorly run Mike's. You are too lazy to tell me my order is ready when I am literally right in front of you? I always tip and am very nice to everyone who works there so there is no reason to do this. I guess adding a tip is absolutely useless. Avoid this location at all costs and go somewhere else. Horrible service and poor attitudes. read more

If I could give less than one star I would gladly do it . My disappointment is the crew and the cleaning. While taking my order it was fine and making it .But it gets me mad also that the tables are dirty . I guess they didn't train them or it's a restaurant that doesn't care in cleaning the tables for their customers . I usually love coming to this jersey mikes location, they always make my order right and the service is amazing. But my last visit was upsetting. It was about 100° outside but even HOTTER inside. The A/C wasn't working and it was unbearable for me as a costumer to stay inside. The workers were all sweaty and probably sweating onto my sub! It's so hot in there you can SMELL everyone's sweat! Why would ANY costumer want to eat in a place that's hot, humid, and smells!! Whatever the reason is they need to fix their air conditioning problem. I won't be going back until they do. read more

It's always a bad experience each time I come to the J.M. in this location. The first time I went was with a friend around 8:10pm. I guess the employee had something every important to do because before we could even take one step inside they are already kicking us out. The man told us they were closed. I told him that online and even on the store it says they close at 9pm. He very rudely said they were closed already and we had to leave. The second time I went I had a coupon for buy one regular sub get one regular sub for free. The girl who helped us (on the recipet it says Estefann) saw the coupon I was going to use and said I was able to. I just wanted to double check that my mom and I can use it and she said no. I told her the coupon is online so I'm pretty sure everyone who comes across it is able to. Very rudely she said that we weren't able to cause it's one coupon per person. So I told her "Exactly. One. Coupon. Per. Person. We are different people getting different orders." After that her attitude got worse. Once it was time to pay, I payed for my order. With the real crappy attitude that she had she said my mom has to go to the register and pay for hers. Seriously? I told her "does she seriously have to get up from the table, walk to the register, and pay. I cant just get her card?". I dont know what's wrong with the employees in this location but they seriously have to relax and stop talking about the customers within themselves. The company seriously needs to think about retraining the employees or just hire a new team. The worst experience both in person and delivery. Management obviously doesn't care how their employees lack customer service and basic manners. Numerous complaints and zero changes. They purposely mess up delivery orders and are obviously bothered with any in person patronage. Word is getting around locally. Hopefully it is a matter of time before this place closes down. Why you not doing my sandwich? He answered these people came before you! She said no I was here first. We three were before waiting to the sandwich to be done the employee stopped all orders because of the lady and the lady did said she wanted three sandwiches. And she told the person screaming I told you three sandwiches no one. I wanted to tell her dude I was before you leave him alone and wait. But I don't want to mean person like her our sandwiches told longer she asked the worker for his name. He didn't said anything bad to her. I hate myself for not getting their names, but they were working on a Friday at approximately 11am. My food was also very good.
