BIRTHDAY MONTH=BIRTHDAY COUPONS=HAPPY RODNEY Free shake for Rewards members Strawberry shake- I haven't had an In N' Out strawberry shake in over 20 years, but as far as my memory can recollect, I believe Shake Shack's strawberry shake is just as good. Maybe better. Real strawberries, house-made vanilla frozen custard. This frozen concoction was thick, creamy, and high quality. Service was good. Ordering via the app was simple. Curiously, I did not receive a notification on the app that my shake was ready, nor did an employee bring out my shake to the counter for pickup. I had to ask if my shake was ready, and the manager pulled it out of the chest freezer. Being in the freezer made the shake a bit thicker and in need of some defrosting. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, this Shake Shack also has a drive-thru. I love a good shake, and Shake Shack's are pretty darn good, if you ask me. The strawberry shake hits, and I wouldn't hesitate to get it again. I'm not a fan of their burgers, but Shake Shack's namesake shakes are worth a visit.

I like Shake Shack and ordering via the app. Thought I'd try a different burger other than my favorite, SmokeShack. I ordered the K-Shack BBQ Burger among with fries for $3 (via the app only). My food was ready when I arrived and was still hot/warm. Fries were crispy. However my burger looked nothing like the picture. It looked like squashed up mess. The flavor was average. $11.29 is a lot for a burger. I will think twice before deviating from my favorite again. Restaurant appeared clean inside and out. I didn't have much interaction with employees. Sis like that my order was ready as promised in the app.

Our first time and last time coming to this Shake Shack, fry on the tray has a piece of dark hair on it. Burgers had no flavor at all.

Quality, taste and cleanliness is far apart from being a gourmet burger place. Restaurant was dirty, empty, and sad feel... My fries came with a piece of hair on it

Tried Shake Shack recently and overall it was a good experience, just a bit on the pricey side. Luckily, they had a BOGO deal that day, which made it more worth it but it was a combo of a burger and a chicken sandwich. The burger was honestly the highlight--juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you'd expect. Definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken sandwich, though, wasn't as impressive. It felt pretty average and didn't stand out compared to the burger. If anything, they really shine with their burgers, so I'd probably stick to that next time. Still a solid spot, just be ready to spend a little more.

I went to this Shake Shack twice: once during the Shack Challenge, and the other to redeem my free burger/sandwich reward from said challenge. My review of The Market Place location in Irvine mentioned that a $1 Shack Hack of a fountain drink would count as a valid order for the Shack Challenge, and that's actually what I did on my first visit here. I wanted to rest for a little while, but it was early evening when I went, and I definitely didn't want to go to a coffee shop at that time of day. I placed my order in the app for the $1 fountain drink and picked it up just a couple minutes later. When I first arrived, there was a girl who immediately greeted me and offered to assist. I told her my name for pickup, and she immediately went and retrieved my Large Coke Zero. Yes, you read that right. The $1 Shack Hack includes the Large size, so why not?! There were plenty of empty tables inside, so I sat at one and sipped on my drink while scrolling through my phone. Suddenly, it felt like a coffee shop, but with a soft drink replacing the coffee lol. The ambience was great, the noise level was reasonable, and the Coke Zero I was sipping on really hit the spot after a busy weekend being out and about. On my second visit, I went to redeem my reward of a free burger/sandwich. They had recently rolled out the French Onion Soup Burger on their menu, and I wanted to give that one a try. This particular burger can be ordered with one, two, or three patties, and knowing that the free reward would encompass all three, I chose the trifecta. After placing my order on my phone, the app gave me an estimated wait time of 7 minutes, which was quite fast I thought! I would have expected at least 10 to be honest! I came in well before my scheduled pickup time, and there were no employees at the front to assist customers, contrary to my first visit. With the exception of the table closest to the triple filtered water station, all the tables by a window or wall were occupied. I sat at that table for ease of access to the water as well as napkins. From that table, I could see the employees working in the kitchen, but none of them noticed me waiting there. I didn't bother to flag down an employee from the back until a couple customers came in a minute before my scheduled pickup time to pick up their order. I then went up and told an employee my name for pickup, knowing I might have to wait a minute or two more. She went to the back to check on my order, and while she was bagging up my order, another employee asked for my name for pickup. She really waited until after I told her co-worker my name before asking that question?? Anyways, even though service was off at that time, the first employee I spoke to came up to the counter and beckoned to me to pick up my takeout bag. I could tell they were working hard in the kitchen, but maybe a little too hard that they forgot to cover the register at the front. My takeout bag contained the Triple French Onion Soup Burger alongside three packets of ketchup and a sizable stack of napkins, all within a cardboard tray that was about the same length as the bag. It got a little tricky to take the tray vertically straight out of the bag, but once I did, I was able to feast on the behemoth of this burger! Well, at least the patties were a behemoth, but the same can't be said for the French Onion flavor as it wasn't as prevalent as I hoped, especially for the price point. Most of the flavor ended up on the wrapper, but the gruyere cheese really stole the show here! I absolutely loved how ooey gooey cheesy it was, and I wish the same could have been said for the onions as well. The burger also includes parmesan aioli, but I didn't distinctly remember tasting it. It was likely meshed with the gruyere cheese, some of which got stuck on the wrapper. They have a few kiosks by the front door to take your order, which might explain why there wasn't any employee stationed at the front counter on my last visit. However, I did see an employee assist a customer ordering at a kiosk. While I did enjoy the burger, I think you wouldn't be missing out on much if, say, you got some other triple burger for a few dollars less. Granted, I could have added some ketchup, but I shudder to ponder what the francophones would say about that. If I were to rate this Shack Shack on this last visit alone, I would have been vacillating between 3 and 4 stars. However, since I had a pleasant first visit here, I'll round up to 4. Also, if you're trying to get in on the Shack Challenge fun, sorry, but it has ended already. However, if you have the reward, but haven't redeemed it yet, here's another Shack Hack, this time from yours truly: The fine print mentions that the free burger/sandwich can be up to $16.99 in value. However, the Triple French Onion Soup Burger is actually more than that, yet I still didn't get charged upon redemption of the reward! You do get charged for add-ons, however, like bacon and avocado.

Flavor of patties: alright, 5/10. Bread: 8/10. Fries: 10/10. It's a good place to experience once. Or twice. Very pricey for a regular burger spot. It's clean inside, and you need a LONG restroom code to use it. You're going to spend about $20 each person if you get a whole meal. The Dubai shake was good. I've never had a Dubai pistachio anything, so it was good. Service was good. Just a LITTLE slow.

I gave it a second chance, I'm all for second chances...and I'm sooooo glad I did!!!! Wow the summer menu is SPECTACULAR!!! I did the drive thru and it was quick and efficient. The gal at the drive thru even gave me ice water because it was a bit warm out I had a bacon burger with onion straws but ate it in the car on the way hone it was INCREDIBLE! The shack is so cute with string lights and adorable color scheme! The star was the fried pickles with ranch dressing...oh my wow!!! Go get these today!!!

Double Bacon Burger, Spicy Fries, Strawberry Lemonade

Finally a fast food hamburger chain that makes smash style burgers. If you're a burger lover then let me tell you that the smash style burger's here are delicious. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes and angus beef patties. I personally love my burger with mayo, mustard, pickles, sometimes bacon and will usually opt out of the ShackSauce & cheese. If you decide to go with any other spread of your choice on the burger like mayo mustard instead of the ShackSauce, they will nicely let you know that they can not do that for you but can hand you condiment packets so that you can add it to the burger yourself. Minus (-1) one star on the Yelp review for not being flexible on the preparation of the burger. The seasoning on their spicy fries is pretty good too, something different to literally spice up your fries. The pricing on a regular burger combo will run you around $20 which is a little high but fair. Service wait time at the drive thru and in the establishment lobby is reasonable.

Embarrassing but had to post. Was a little absent minded before delving in. Better next time

Stopped by and ordered a double Shake Shack. Nice and flavorful. Also ordered a beef hotdog with onion relish and mustard, (got to me with just onions but ai was able to add some catchup and ranch that made it happen for me). Topped that off with an order of Onion Rings that hit the table nice and hot. Only my second visit here (the first was Veterans Day and it was awesome), and both times were pleasant experiences and the meals were tasty. The place is a buzz with family couples and individuals enjoying their meals and experiences and that's a place ai don't mind sitting and partaking. Surely will be back for more. Gratitude and give thanks Shake Shack and staff for another memorable meal experience til next time.

I have had a few instances where I have had to drive back and request assistance for my order being incorrect. I ordered a shack burger with no cheese and add avocado, once the burger did not have the avocado and when I got home I had to turn around and go back, the second time they added avocado but there was no lettuce and tomato. I have also ordered cheese fries on two separate occasions and they have put the cheese on the bottom rather than on top of the fries which provides a difficult experience trying to eat them. Overall love shake shack but really not to sure that the quality or presentation of an order is prioritized.

This is the mac & cheese that is supposed to come with breadcrumbs. It looks straight out of the microwave.

Food is horrible !! No flavor I was expecting a decent burger, it was not good at all and pricey the mac & cheese looks like it's frozen on the pictures they have breadcrumbs. I don't see one breadcrumb don't come save your money.

I really wanted to try the Dubai pistachio chocolate shake that is back at Shake Shack, I found it to be pretty good, a little pricey at $10 for a regular sized shake, but it had a a pretty good pistachio flavor with a nice chocolate crunch when you squeeze the cup to break up the chocolate. I had never been to to this Shake Shack and I thought the service was pretty fast, the ambiance was nice, and the food was decent too!

Took the boys to get dinner. It took us 18 minutes for someone to take our order via drive thru and then 18 mins to get our food. They just opened so it was to be expected. And it was a Friday evening We couldn't use the free burger deal it's only if you go inside and use the kiosk. Use code burgerblitz from Dec 16-24 for a free burger. They forgot my boys pickles on the side. They were very busy I get it. I'm glad they had a chicken sandwich option since me and the boy are trying to stay away from beef. Little boy had a hot dog and they both seemed to enjoy their shakes more than anything. Get the double patty if you are hungry the Pattie's may be on the smaller side for the average Juan. I'm sure I'll be back I may let it die down a little and ask for our pickles.

The ice cream was a 5/5 for me, the toppings, and waffles combined well giving a crunch to the soft ice cream. Update: They're no longer affiliated with Fivestars!…read more I've since gone two additional times to try their waffle bites. My last trip was kind of spontaneous because I suddenly got a Fivestars reward that day for these waffle bites. However, when I arrived, I was looking for the Fivestars tablet only to be met by a Clover tablet instead. It felt like I went through a time warp because the employee working behind the register didn't seem to have any idea what I was trying to say regarding Fivestars, though he did notice a little trifold card on the front counter mentioning Fivestars. I asked if he could get his manager so I could explain, and even show, him my Fivestars reward. The reward said "already accepted", which he almost thought meant I had redeemed it already, but if that were the case, then it would have said "already redeemed". Given that they've now done away with Fivestars, I'm not too surprised he may have gotten the words "accepted" confused with "redeemed", but luckily, he was happy enough to honor it for me. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, though he did ask me to repeat the topping and the drizzle that I wanted. I chose the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor ice cream with Fruity Pebbles toppings and a Strawberry drizzle on top. Since I had already tried the cookie flavors before, I figured I'd try the fruity flavors this time around. He said he needed about 5 minutes to prepare my waffle bites, which were presented a little different than last time. Last time, I got the Cookie Butter flavor with *Cookie* Crisp and Peanut *Butter* (see what I did there?), and it came in a small plastic takeout container. This one came in a large plastic cup, and I'm thinking the logistics may have changed a ton between my last two visits. I did appreciate how the employee asked if I wanted the waffles on top of or beneath the ice cream before making the waffle bites; I chose on top. He also asked if I'd like powdered sugar on top, to which I agreed. Unfortunately, neither of the waffle bites I got from my last two visits impressed me that much. As a matter of fact, the only thing that impressed me was the strawberry drizzle. Everything else fell kind of flat. While generous in size for the $8 price tag, the Cookie Butter and the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream didn't really taste like these flavors at all! For whatever reason, the peanut butter didn't add much flavor, but the strawberry drizzle added a lot! How even?! In short, the waffle bites weren't that much of an upgrade from the ice cream scoop that I had on my first visit. I'm willing to say "too much good was no good" here. The waffles themselves were good, but they can only do so much when a flavored ice cream doesn't even taste like that flavor. It's worth noting that on my penultimate visit, when I got the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, I saw two employees behind the front counter who were ready to take my order. I asked them to explain what the waffle bites were, but it took them a couple of tries to actually understand what I was asking. From what I gathered, the waffle bites were similar to the ice cream scoop I had on my first visit, but with the addition of a warm waffle to supplement the ice cream. However, the step-by-step process remains the same. I was initially told it would take 6 minutes to prepare the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, but it actually took 15! It seemed like one was training the other or they were trying to gather the ingredients and/or the steps needed to create the waffle bites. After about 10 minutes, I was told by one of the employees they had to make a new batch of waffles because the first batch had burnt. The music was getting pretty loud, so it was hard to hear him after that, but I didn't want to hold up the kitchen prep process any longer. I just said "Alright, sure" so he could continue preparing my order. I do appreciate how he let me know of this so that I'd know the reason for the extended wait, but I wish they weren't so ill-prepared during my visit. So overall, still 3 stars overall. I appreciate the prior partnership with Fivestars, but these missed opportunities have led me to believe that Cravings is just not for me. I doubt I'll try anything else on their ice cream menu, and considering that there are only a few parking spots in their lot, it will take a lot to get me to try their hot chicken. And speaking of lack of parking, I also want to mention that on my second visit, I saw two open parking stalls right in front of Cravings, one on either side of a car. That car had its driver's side wide open so that I couldn't park there. I had to park on the passenger side of that car, which he left much less room for. Perhaps a microcosm of the clientele in this part of town? Everybody deserves a second chance, right? Unfortunately, not everybody can make the most of them, and this is just one example of such. Thanks for the sweet treats Cravings, but I'll get my next one somewhere else.

A small serving is practically three scoops, offering excellent value. **Strawberry Ice Cream (Waffle Bowl): 5/5** Handel's truly elevates a timeless favorite with this exceptional strawberry ice cream. It had an irresistibly creamy texture while allowing the fresh, vibrant flavor of real strawberries to shine through in every bite. The crisp, freshly made waffle bowl added a delicious buttery crunch that perfectly complemented the luscious strawberry ice cream. **S'mores Ice Cream (Chocolate-Dipped Waffle Bowl): 3/5** This rendition of the beloved campfire treat had plenty of potential but ultimately missed the mark. While the ice cream itself was smooth and velvety, the graham cracker flavor overshadowed the toasted marshmallow and chocolate notes. The chocolate-dipped waffle bowl added a crisp textural contrast and a subtle hint of chocolate, but it wasn't enough to make up for the otherwise one-dimensional flavor profile. While our experience was somewhat hit-or-miss, Handel's demonstrated why it has earned such a loyal following. With its extensive selection of flavors and substantial portions, we're excited to return and explore more of the menu.

This had an amazingly satisfying crispy crunchy exterior, with an airy chewy interior! I can't imagine how much better it would be when freshly made at the store! Even an hour and a half later was delicious... Me and the kid quickly devoured our 3 each and struggled to leave 3 for wife before we had to go to an activity. When we returned, wife was also raving, what was that, where did you get it? Trust me, you will not be able to eat just one. I'm greedy, I definitely want more than 3 next time! Donut ball itself wasn't overly sweet, just delicious period. I guess it's the toppings that add the sweetness. Only tried the classic (honey cinnamon, walnut). The other flavors will probably be amazing desserts, but I think all I need is just the donut ball by itself. Honey and walnut adds a bit of sweetness and bite, but the base donut ball is a shining star on it's own in my book! Good thing was the honey was mostly on the bottom and walnut crumbles on top, so you can rub as much or not of those as it fits you. Few days later, each of us were still talking about this greek donut. Just looking for a reason to grab this again. Father's day is coming up, I think it's time for a Party!

Chose this due to location and suit the occasion, recommend for that, not something I would go out of my way for unless something stood out on the menu - for me this is because I'm not a super sweets person or rather, my taste is picky since a lot of things I'm pretty ambivalent about like dark chocolate and like 30-60% of cakes I will not care to eat to give you a background on my taste profile - like savory/meat to add another context for my opinion/taste

I really had thought that I had tried some of the best ice creams shops out there until I…read moreexperienced Sorry Not Sorry Creamery!!! It's an experience to say the least. It lives up to all the hype and then some. I met a friend for lunch in Cerritos and figured while I'm out here we can pop in and give them a try. I live an hour away and I would make the drive out here again just to buy some more ice cream to take home in a cooler. That's how impressed I was by the overall quality, creaminess and taste of the ice creams. Glenna was helping us out behind the counter and she was so sweet and so nice! The other man that was working there was also so friendly and nice. We were sampling several flavors and I decided to buy the flight (4 kids scoops) size because every flavor I tried I loved! I brought an ice cooler with me so that I could eat a little of it and then bring the rest home. I chose the Seasonal Guava Cheese Crisp (my FAVORITE). Think of Porto's guava cheese pastries as ice cream but better!!! Double stuffed cookies and Cream was a close 2nd. So yummy! Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie - if you're a chocolate lover like I am you will not be disappointed in this decadent choice. 4th scoop was the Seasonal Pineapple Upside Down Cake which was fruity and light. I also sampled the Salted Pistachio Brittle, Ube Honeycomb and Bumbleberry Cheesecake flavors and they were all delicious! They have a good selection of Vegan flavors as well. Overall, the hype is real! Go! The customer service is excellent. The store is very clean, bright and airy. They have some tables that you can stand at and eat your ice cream and a couple benches inside. Plenty of parking.

Their ice cream truly lives up to the hype; it's incredibly creamy and perfectly sweet! The aesthetic of the shop is super cute, with neon LED lights decorating the walls. I should mention that there isn't any indoor seating, so it's strictly a grab-and-go spot. I've been to this location numerous times, and I've even brought my family along to give it a try. My go-to flavors are the Double Stuffed Cookies & Cream and S'mores. Out of the two, I'd say the S'mores is definitely my favorite. It tastes just like an actual s'more, with generous pieces of Hershey's chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and sweet, crumbly graham cracker pieces. Yum! Overall, I definitely recommend Sorry Not Sorry to anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth!

Employees are friendly and helpful, even during the busiest times like this Saturday evening. Big windows show the cleanliness inside the store, and how hard the employees are working to fill orders. There are tons on flavors to choose from. Tonight, I opted for a Black Raspbery Truffle and Strawberry Cheesecake sundae with chocolate sauce and my son chose the Salted Caramel Truffle sundae. Both hit the spot on such a hot evening. Can't wait for our next Handel's treat.

We saw how large the scoops were on other customers' orders so we each decided on one scoop in a bowl. They have various cone options and waffle bowls if desired. There were quite a few young people working hard in the little enclosed kitchen. We ordered and picked up outside at the window. I was dying for an ice cream sandwich but theirs featured oreos as the cookie so I passed. Hubby got vanilla ice cream, his go to flavor, and i tried the blueberry cobbler. His scoop was a little larger than mine, so that was a bit annoying. He enjoyed his vanilla. The blueberry cobbler was divine; the vanilla was swirled with a good amount of blueberry that tasted fresh. The "cobbler" bits were pieces of sugar cookie, which were not bad but not much flavor, just sugary. There were crumbles as well as little cookie bits. We agreed they offer a quality product and a good sized serving for the price. I would return to try some of the other flavors!

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the portions were so generous that my friend and I were able to share.
