That would be Good Plumbing. Scheduled an appointment for the next day and plumber was at my door shortly after the scheduled time. Described my two issues (needed the toilet wax ring replaced and a leaky shower faucet). He replaced the ring in about 20 minutes. He said that the previous plumber didn't set the ring correctly so he made sure the toilet was set by using an 2nd ring. Above and beyond! As to the 2nd issue of the leaky shower faucet, he checked it out and said it would require a new cartridge but he didn't have the part nor the approval to turn off the water to do the job right. No problem, he gave me an honest answer and quote so that I was informed should I schedule another appointment for repair. To boot, they took $50 off for the Yelp discount for the ring replacement.

I want the world to know that the guys at Pittman Plumbing and Sewer are my heroes…read more I discovered a large puddle of water in my yard. Initially, i thought it was a leak from the lawn sprinkler system. We dug up the area and found it was coming from a break in the sewer. Immediately, i called several companies to get estimates for repair. I most say, because this was an emergency repair, time for a fix was crucial. The trades men called were all known to me, so I was more trusting of their ability and the quotes than if they had been unknown. Thank God that I followed my cardinal rule of getting three quotes. I would say, in emergencies it is MOST important because you are most vulnerable to pay any price quoted. Able Sewers was the largest paniic seller with a price gouging total that they were UNWILLING ti negotiate. Thank God for Pittman Plumbing. They responded quickly, gave me their NON PANIC price and made the repair, upgraded my sewer service, cleaned up the area, leaving the ground smooth and undisturbed. DO NOT HIRE, WE LITERALLY COULD'VE DIED! We hired people to remove and install a new water heater…read morein November 2023 and they scratched and dented up our floor very badly (see a few pics I attached which are worse in person than they look in the pics); which we only saw after the installer left. They are deep and very obvious/noticeable scratches that cannot be fixed without fixing the entire floor in the house, as it's all the same wood and style. I emailed them, called more than 3 times leaving a voicemail and messages with whomever answered the phone. I was told they would let the manager know, but I never received a response from anyone. At that point I figured it wasn't worth it. Then, fast forward to a few weeks, (now 2.5 years later), we find out we had a gas leak. The People's Gas repairmen came quickly and said they were shocked at how loosely the pipes for the water heater were put together! He showed me how he didn't even need a tool to take them apart! In two small twists the pipes were off! So apparently, for 2.5 years, we have had a gas leak and didn't know and are very lucky to be alive at this point. We have a child and have many family members and friends over! We are appalled! So, not only did this company permanently destroy our floor and act extremely unprofessional by totally ignoring us, but they almost killed us due to their negligence! Literally ANY company would be a better choice.

I hired them to repair a broken sewer/clay tile under my home that had been causing my basement to flood whenever it rained. I had been dealing with this issue since earlier this year and stayed in communication with Vicky and Crystal in the office throughout the process. Once the work began, their crew completed the repair within two days, even while dealing with bad weather, which I truly appreciated. Because the damaged area was underground, they had to break open the concrete directly in front of the walkway leading to my porch. After completing the repair, they poured new concrete and installed access caps for future service. I had absolutely no issue with having access caps installed. My issue is how the caps were left. As you can see in the photo, the square pieces protrude above the concrete in the middle of a walking area. This creates a tripping hazard for my family, guests, delivery drivers, or anyone walking to my front porch. I contacted the company and was told they would return to install inverted/recessed caps to correct the problem. It has now been approximately two weeks. Each time I have spoken with Vicky, I have been told she would call me right back or get me on the schedule, but that has not happened. Now my calls are going unanswered. That is extremely disappointing because communication was not a problem while the job was being scheduled and paid for. I paid for the work in full and simply want the area they opened to be restored in a way that is safe to walk across. I shouldn't have to repeatedly call and chase a company to correct something they have already acknowledged needs to be addressed. I appreciate that Do Right Rooter resolved the original plumbing issue, but customer service should not end once payment is received. I would gladly update this review if they return and properly correct the access caps as promised.
